Thanks to grants from the Ontario Trilluim @ontrillium Foundation, @centre3_ has been to put together various programs to help those who currently have or have had issues with mental health - often for free. A little hiking along the Hamilton Bayfront Waterfront trail on a mild, and what was supposed to be a mixed sun/cloud (saw no sun) day. The Mute Swan young have gotten a lot bigger. Appears that 3 survived. Looks like a beaver has set up shop along the trail. And a good looking hawk/falcon posed nicely for a few of us enjoying the day. After visiting the Devil's Punchbowl, I went down to Van Wagner's beach to look for some small pieces of driftwood for an upcoming project I want to try. With all the rain, water levels are very high and the beach front has experienced a lot of erosion and accumulation of debris. (at Van Wagners Beach)
