bruce wayne posted this i think
Funny how all of the Robins are like:
Cass and Damian: “My parents trained me since i was young to be a top grade killer. I didn’t have a childhood and i struggle to express my feelings and connect to others due to my lack of communication and emotional development growing up.”
Jason and Dick: “My parents died because of a villain, leaving me traumatized and resentful.”
And then there’s….
Steph: “Yeah, my dad is an asshole. I just….hate him. So i became a vigilante. Why i became a Robin? I just low-key felt like it.”
Tim: “Bruce just seemed kinda…….lonely and pissy.”
this is so sick — tbh batman ninja is still one of the best batman movies i've seen, please if you haven't watched it already, consider this my recommendation please and thank u xoxoxo

he immediately goes home to practice flourishing his cape, and orders 1000 candles and a canal boat. He also vows to protect gotham - his beautiful, dramatic, campy gothic city - from becoming anything like the neo-futuristic eyesore that is metropolis.
also, ever since then, when he's feeling particularly melodramatic, he'll play the title song, and sing the "dun dun dun"s as "nuh nuh nuh"s, imagining it's his theme song.
I saw a thing about Tim making a game out of the number of people who want to kill him and I just-
Imagine
The core 4 have a tally board. It's stuck to the wall in the kitchen. The board is separated into 8 sections with their names each on it twice. They're playing 2 games at the moment.
In the first game they mark a tally under their name for every person who either wants to kill them, or wishes extreme ill will upon them. Tim's section has significantly more tally marks than the others, having inherited most of Batman and Nightwing's previous enemies when he took up the mantel. Though over the years the other three have gained their fair share of enemies too. Their tally counts were nothing to scoff at.
The second game they were playing was counting the murder/assassination attempts against them individually. Again, Tim's count was significantly higher because Gotham.
(There is a smaller tally board in the common room keeping track of their collective near death experiences.)
This is a perfectly normal game to them, they'd been playing it for years! However, after surviving an assassination attempt on an independent mission they realize it is perhaps not normal behavior to celebrate the attempt, by screeching "this murder tally's gonna put me in the lead!" and immediately calling whoever's at base so they could add it to the board.
They originally turned it into a game because laughing about it made it less scary, they were so young.
Tim : Why do you always have to reference your death ? It's not always the time and place, you know ?
Jason : "Jealousy is what makes bitches talk".
Tim : I-- What ?! Why would I be jealous of--
Jason, shrugs : That's for you to figure out and work on.
this is from a while ago but in honour of deadpool's recent resurgence, i am once again thinking about spider-man/deadpool and the movie potential just goes so crazy
