So I’m pretty sure I have tonsillitis :( but the good news is ice cream is great for helping my throat. I brought a pint in and mindlessly lapped it up watching a show on my laptop, before I knew it the pint was gone but it tasted so yummy I had to have another. I waddled out of the tub to my freezer and grabbed another pint since my loving feeder @bigwhiteguy12-blog bought me a bunch of my favorites yesterday. He takes such good care of this swollen belly. Anywaayyy I may or may not have taken a few trips to the freezer because now I’m floating in this tub like a beached whale 🐋

Alternatively to protein powder, you can purchase Mass Gainers protein powder that has like 1400 calories per serving.
If u drink this shake w the mass gainers protein it will be like a 3,000 calorie shake and I think your stomach will literally explode it will be so stretched and full. Like, ur belly should be in agony if u make that version 🤣💀
Nutrient-Dense Belly Milk Recipe_
Ingredients:
- 1 can coconut cream
- 16oz raw cows milk(best option), organic grasss fed whole milk, or any other non-dairy milk
-1-2 scoops of vanilla bean protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
-2 frozen bananas or .5 cup coconut sugar or raw honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine coconut cream, milk, chia seeds, hemp seeds, protein powder, vanilla powder (or extract), and salt. Blend until smooth.
2. Add cinnamon and ginger (if using) and blend until well combined.
3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

But some of you might not need a billion dollars to feel inspired to try this. What if you did try to finish 20,000 calories in one day? Here's my strategy:
Start with 3 solid high calorie meals:
Breakfast: Peanut butter french toast (4 slices, 1500 calories)
Lunch: Rice bowl (1000 calories). Lightest meal, since you'll probably need a break
Dinner: Pasta inspired by Cheesecake Factory, like Alfredo or Napoletana. (~2500 calories)
For drinks, never have just water. Soda, juice, Gatorade, and sweet teas are all good options. Five 8 oz servings at 200 calories each adds an extra 1000 calories.
Snack with nuts throughout the day. One ounce of pecans is about 100 calories. Have a few handfuls throughout the day and easily add 1000 calories.
Your secret weapon is going to be a shake, of course. This recipe is easy enough to drink - not too heavy, but plenty of calories. Milk, cream, peanut butter, fruit, and of course, weight gain powder. 72 ounces to drink throughout the day, four pints total, enough to spread out with and between your meals. 12,000 calories.
That's 19,000. Top yourself off with spoonfuls of peanut butter or ice cream to push through to the finish, each one has about 100 calories each.

Ahhh, that's the big question, isn't it? We haven't really talked about a goal weight yet! Right now, we're taking it pretty easy, honestly, and kind of just handling life. We both have very busy personal lives. I think ~soonish~ we're going to do some "hard gaining" and actually make an effort to pack some real weight on. *I* want to try for a very fast 50lb gain. We're just waiting for the right time. But end goal? We're going to see how things feel as we go. But BIG. (;
