Link stands against the killing of 22835 people, humans with lives and memories and stories and ambition and favourite music and favourite movies and melodies they would hum while walking home. he stands against the brutality of collective punishment, of bombing refugee camps, religious buildings, universities, and the erasure of what made the land of Palestine so beautiful in the first place. Link is the representation of courage in the face of total darkness and erupting of evil. His character stands to represent that even if young, weak, or powerless, you can fight evil, you can raise your voice, you can persevere. And what bigger bravery isn't there than of those living in the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Gaza? what bigger symbol of courage is there in the world right now than the palestinians who are despite the countless oppression and violence resisitng against genocide, mourning their loved ones and fighting like hell for the living? Link is right there with them. They are Link. And we should be Link too.
