Whoever named them Hard Master and Soft Master - genuinely, what were they on? Not to mention Silent Master. Could you imagine? You walk into the place where you were raised and find that they've decided to honor you by riffing on the fact that your vocal cords don't work? And Blind Master? Like, I know logically that they're just describing these people in a single word, but still. It couldn't have been Wise Master or Kind Master or Generous Master.
