Faztastic Pizzaplex Cheese-Loaded Fries:

Ingredients:

- 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into fries

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits (optional)

- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Olive oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Place the cut potatoes in a bowl of cold water for about 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Then, pat them dry with a paper towel.

3. Toss the dried fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.

4. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

5. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon bits over the fries.

6. Return the fries to the oven for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped green onions if desired, and serve hot.
