My son 😫🙏
really need bishop or sheldon or who tf ever to swing by during lunch one day and be all handsy with jeremy because I need to see the vein that pops out of jean’s neck and the way his gray eyes turn to hard slate and his hands twitch with lethal intent and how cat or cody or whichever poor unfortunate soul has to somehow stop this 6’2” angry frenchman from committing murder in broad daylight, mhmm
sorry but can i just say how hilarious it is that neil ended up on the foxes who have bright, obnoxious orange uniforms and is from baltimore where the O’s (their baseball team) have bright, obnoxious orange and white as their colors too. and neil fucking hates baseball. and yet……..
sorry to say but i desperately need an over 100,000 word slow burn of abbot and robby falling in love with them being idiots, them struggling to deal with their trauma, robby navigating his relationship with his religion, abbot having chronic pain, tragic backstory, nonlinear healing, etc etc etc
they are so so fractured and broken and i need them to be in love and messily figuring out how to heal with each other
my absolute hatred of having to write intros and conclusions is torturing me this finals season...... an intro i can sort of understand but can't you just form your own conclusions goddamn. like i spelled it all out for you already
neil josten definitely picks at his scabs. and it annoys aaron to no end. imagine that aaron just starts swatting at his hands whenever he tries to pick at scabs because he can’t deal with neil having them for any longer. and andrew just lets him because he knows it’s better if neil actually lets his injuries heal and honestly, it’s funny
somehow i survived finals week and moving out……… still up in the air if i have any brain cells left and the next few days will not feel real but hey now i can drown myself in aftg all summer 🤭
They’re gonna work it out on the remix
i know the obvious allusion with the title “the broken cage” is that jean is breaking free of the nest and finally taking important, meaningful steps towards healing. he’s the bird, he’s the raven turned golden that we have been following. and the nest and all its cult culture has been trapping him in a cage he didn’t know how to leave. and i do think this is true. i do think we will see jean breaking free of his cage
but i also think it’s an allusion to jeremy. because that man is very much in a gilded cage right now, locked up by his family. i think tsc3 will be jeremy breaking out of his own cage too and working towards healing and the future he actually wants
