Guess who’s back after months of being gone! I have a few different posts to make, but this will be the first. Also, a lot of these drawings were made months apart so the art style is a bit fluid.

First up, I’ve been trying to figure out how to draw characters from Rescue Bots (see: my favorites). Kade is the first newest attempt!

The design for the Overlord belongs to them and I would highly advise checking it out! The art and story are absolutely amazing!

Doodle 1 is just based off of the cat with the knife pointed at it, because the Overlord has the same smug energy. All the time.

My dude is lying in Doodle 2 because he will say this and then get offended by an insult ten seconds later.

As for Doodle 3...

I had an odd theory looking over the TFE episodes (and I am writing this at like 3am so someone else could probably put it a lot better than I can)

What if Bee was a Decepticon at some point?

There’s a little bit of evidence for it - he seems to be on personal terms with a lot of the Decepticons, to the point of apologizing to one of the Insecticons during the battle for the Allspark. He has Decepticon tech - maybe Optimus gave it to him, I’m not sure? Either way, he seems to really know his way around it. Swindle seems to have a very personal vendetta against him, specifically referring to the Battle of the Bay, which is definitely an important battle as it’s when Megatron defected and Dottie lost her leg.

And then there’s the whole thing with Breakdown! I could be remembering this wrong, but does Breakdown mention Optimus “getting between” them or something? They could have been friends pre-war of course, and that’s more likely, but it just makes me wonder.

I’m sure there are other examples. And perhaps he was a spy instead. Perhaps I’m looking too much into this, haha. It just seems like it would fit into Earthspark’s theme of change, and would be something very new with Bumblebee, which they seem to be trying to do with a lot of the classic characters.
