i feel like the youth should be reminded that the point of shipping is not for a ship to become canon. the point of shipping is to collect all the canon crumbs like starved mice, run away cackling and make some fun little scenarios with them just for the hell of it.

So basically tell your family to give you smaller portions, they should probably understand that you want to lose weight. Just don't tell them about ED and how you don't like yourself or something because they'll start telling you some motivational crap. Just tell them that you want to live healthier. Start riding a bike, skateboard, rollerblading or walking to school and also move outside of school. Find a physical activity that you enjoy - for example I like riding a bike and exercising on an elliptical trainer. If you have friends tell them that you want to lose weight too so that they won't talk you into eating and will help you with it. Additionally, you can buy tablets that reduce appetite and help burn fat. Don't worry if the packaging says that the tablets are not for teenagers. If it says so, it means that it works. Instead of sweet snacks, eat fruit, after a while you will get so used to it that you will not like sweets and you will choose the fruit yourself. Once in a while fast for a few hours but not too long because it's not healthy. Don't eat at least 3 hours before going to bed (sometimes you can but only if you really need it). how the FUCK do i lose weight. I'm so tired of this fat belly ruining every outfit i wanna try, Shirt pulling, the skinny wrists but fat upper arms. I'm tired of getting big portions of food from my family BECAUSE of my size.

It's so pathetic. I'm desperate. Please give me tips on how to stop fucking eating. To those seeing the numbers go down on that scale, how do you do it ??!!
