Whumpees and Kind Restraints

Whumpee has just been rescued by Caretaker. Yet, even when away from the danger of Whumper, Whumpee proves to be a danger to themself. Careatker is forced to restrain them, to keep them safe

• A conditioned Whumpee has grown so accustomed to punishment that, with Whumper absent, they feel the need to punish themself. Cue mitten restraints to keep Whumpee from grabbing things or hitting themself. (For bonus points, even plastic silverware is too dangerous, leading them to being spoonfed)

• Conditioned Whumpee has been taught that their friends are dangerous, that everyone is dangerous, that Whumper is the only safety in this world. They need to be tied down to a bed to keep from attacking and harming others, or themself.

• Whumpee desperately wants to return to Whumper. The moment Caretaker turns their back, Whumpee is trying to escape out the nearest window. Anytime they aren’t being watched, they need to be tied down somewhere, to keep from fleeing.

• Caretaker feels terrible about tying Whumpee up, even as the restraints are soft and comfortable. They resist for as long as they can, but, it gets to a point that Caretaker can no longer keep an eye on Whumpee 24/7. They need to sleep and eat as well. Even as they hate it, restraints become the only option

• Whumpee begs not to be restrained, they’ll be good, they promise, they won’t attack– Yet, every time, they do

• On the other hand, Whumpee who begs to be restrained. They’re a monster, they’re going to hurt their friends, please don’t let them hurt their friends.

• Whumpee has nightmares, or worse, they sleepwalk. Without restraints in their sleep, they thrash, injuring themself in the process. Maybe even a nightguard in their mouth?

• What about a tracker? Whumpee has a tendency to flee their new home, especially when they panic. A tracker bracelet can keep them safe. Imagine a terrified Whumpee, curled up in the middle of the forest at night, shivering, as Caretaker tracks a dot on their phone. They hug Whumpee when they finally find them, begging them to please never do that again.

• One night, Whumpee wakes up, tied to the bed, to see someone entering the room. Whumper. Is it real? Sleep paralysis? A horrible dream? Whatever it is, Whumpee can’t move.

• And how can I forgot my favorite, “I know, I’m sorry, it’s for your own good.”

An attraction umbrella that is characterized by the horror genre. The feeling could be sexual, romantic, platonic etc. However it's solely based around the feeling of seeing ones affection as horrific in a horror sense. Other themes can include; blood, screaming, and comfort.

Whump Tropes: Gasping

(Tw: choking, drowning, death, knives, abuse)

Whumpee gripping uselessly at fingers around their throat, clawing as they choke and gasp for air. Their world slowly turning sideways and fading to black.

Caretaker cradling a coughing, gasping Whumpee as blood fills their lungs. Just watching them turn blue and not able to do anything to stop it. They just whisper over and over: “You’re going to be okay. You’re going to be fine.” Neither one of them believes it.

A Whumpee yanked out of the water by their hair, choking on the air, clawing at the side of the tub. Desperate to get in more than a few lungfuls this time before they are thrust under again.

Whumpee taking in sharp spikes of air, no longer able to stay silent and stoic as the whip cracks down over and over again on mutilated flesh.

Whumper relishing the little gasps, squeals, and shivers that the lightest touches create. Trailing their fingers anywhere they can reach and occasionally digging into freshly healing wounds to hear Whumpee’s sweet little sounds.

Whumpee gritting their teeth as they clean and stitch up their own wound. Clumsy, shaking fingers digging into sensitive skin, but at least Whumper is gone and they can make as much noise as they want. Air hisses through clenched teeth as they dab at the wound, wondering if they really have the stomach to stitch it themselves.

Caretaker too shocked to suppress a gasp when Whumpee disrobes. For the first time, they see just how many scars and bruises are sunken into Whumpee’s flesh.

A terrified Whumpee’s little gasp as they feel the cold sharpness of a knife pressed against their throat. They try not to squirm around it as Whumper grins at their adorable response.

Just, whumper yanking their head around by their hair, by the gag, by their chin or neck

Whumper pushing their head down and telling them they won’t be hurt as much if they use that lovely tongue of theirs for what it was meant for

Or perhaps whumper shoving things through the gag and down their throat. Fingers, toys, other miscellaneous body parts

How their jaw ends up aching from their mouth being held open so wide. Their tongue aching form use, from having it grabbed, pulled and abused. Their throat hurts from screaming and the damage from whatever items were forced past the gag.

Maybe the gag is left in, and whatever time whumper isn’t there, they still have their mouth forced open.

Prompts for any food related whump?

Whumper making Whumpee all their favorite foods. "See? You have everything you could ever want right here with me."

Whumper hand-feeding Whumpee. They can't trust Whumpee to feed themself, so Whumper ties them down tight to a chair, bringing spoonful after spoonful to their lips. Whumpee is too hungry and exhausted to fight them.

Or better yet, Whumpee tries to fight them anyway. Scalding soup dribbles down their chin, neck, and chest - searing them. They fight anyway.

"Eat it. Now. (...) Don't make me force you. That would get ugly very fast."

Gross, but Whumper forcing Whumpee to eat themself. Carving off long strips of flesh from their thigh and cooking it into meals. Whumpee never knows when it's them.

OR Whumpee knows exactly when it's them. And they're too terrified to fight Whumper on it, obediently forcing bite after bite down. Praying they can throw it back up later.

Whumper stirs an ominous powder into Whumpee's tea right in front of them. Whumpee stares at it. "What? Are you not going to drink it?" "What did you put in it?" Whumper just laughs. "Me? What makes you think I'd do a thing like that? Stop asking silly questions and drink."

Whumper forces Whumpee to cook their meals. Whumpee has no idea what they're doing, so they get punished over and over and over again when they do a poor job.

"Are you really not going to eat that? Ungrateful brat."

Whumper forces steaming hot food into Whumpee's mouth. They force them to chew and swallow, even if Whumpee's eyes are brimming with tears and they are clawing at the hand clamped over their mouth. (@wormwriting 👀)

Whumper shoves food at a starving Whumpee. "You have two minutes. Then I'm taking the plate away." Whumpee scrambles, shoveling in as much as they possibly can. Praying they can keep it down.

Whumpee is cooking food for Whumper. They slip some rat poison in the mix, desperately hoping Whumper doesn't notice until after they've eaten it. And that Whumper doesn't force them to try it first.

"Go on. I know it's your favorite."

Whumper forcing Whumpee to eat something they're allergic to. Whumpee has no idea if Whumper is trying to kill them or just scare them. They don't know if there's an epipen in the house or if they'll have a bad enough reaction they will die. They just have no clue, so they claw and bite, but Whumper shoves it down their throat anyway.

Whumper forces Whumpee to eat something that isn't food. Like dirt. Or marbles. Something Whumpee doesn't think will kill them, but they really have no idea.

Whumpee shoveling food in so fast that they throw it back up. Kicking themself for wasting the only food they had. Trying to ignore the hunger. Promising themself they will do better next time.

Whumper stands idly in front of a starving Whumpee, leisurely eating their dinner. Whumpee stares at the scraps that fall to the ground just out of reach. They could try. They could crawl forward and stretch out to get them, but they know the chain around their ankle is just barely too short. And they won't give Whumper the satisfaction of watching them slither for a mouthful of scraps.

Thoughts about gagging ✨

Oh look it’s more mouth whump no one is surprised

TW: gagging, knives, guns, duct tape, belts, mouth whump, tongue whump, piercing whump, dead dove. More prompts in the notes, all warnings are tagged there.

Sneak up behind them and wrap a sharp, thick wire around the front of their face — yank them back and dig the wire into the sides of their mouth

Shove the point of a gun down their throat

Use half a roll of duct tape on their face

Pin them facedown to the floor and force a strip of fabric between their teeth, wrench their neck back and tie it tightly behind their head

Better yet, gag them with a belt and use it as a leash

Put a cloth face mask over their mouth to hide the gag underneath.

Bonus points if they’re forced into a public setting like that

Press the tip of a knife down on their tongue to keep them still

Shove your fingers down their throat to keep them silent

Kick their head into the floor and shove the tip of your shoe down their throat

Press a wadded up ball of fabric into their mouth and seal it off with a generous amount of duct tape

Knock them onto their back, force a belt or strip of leather between their jaws and press down hard, pinning them to the floor

Or the inverse — catch a belt between their teeth and push forward until their head cracks against the ground

Dig your fingers into the sides of their face to pry their jaw open, and just shove whatever’s laying around within reach into their mouth to shut them up

Answer a phone call so casually, pretending everything’s fine, while they’re bound and gagged underneath you, wishing they could cry out for help

Catch them while they’re trying to escape, swing a length of course rope around their face and into their mouth as you pull them back

Force a length of chain between their teeth and wind it around their face over and over, lock it in place with a heavy metal padlock. Hard to forget your place when your face is wrapped in chains to match the rest of your body.

Gag them with their own tongue! Pull it out of their mouth as far as it’ll go, pierce it, attach a chain to it, pull them around by it — awfully hard to talk when your tongue is being yanked out of your mouth
