Okay you done inspired me. I know this isn't about followers, but I started thinking 'what about forced to guess how many lashes they've had?'.

Sooooooooo, here. Have a scene that no one asked for:

Counting

Whumpee’s knees ground against the carpet, the rough fibers clawing into the place where what calluses they had worked up had rubbed free again. But that pain was negligible compared to the burning strikes across their back.

“Guess again.”

Whumpee grit their teeth. They’d long since given up trying to keep the tears from falling. Their eyes burned with the salty wetness. They dripped freely from their cheekbones to the floor, sparkling all the way down until they splashed against the rough carpet.

They tried again. “F…forty……six?”

Whumper laughed loudly that time. “Not even close!”

A pitiful cry squirmed up their throat as the belt came down again, slashing across the other marks.

It burned. Oh god, how it burned.

Whumpee’s legs were shaking, threatening to give out again. They forced themself to stay up on their hands and knees. If they slipped again, Whumper would only beat them until they were back in place. ‘Where they should be.’ They were only grateful that Whumper had allowed them to fall onto their hands as well - they usually were forced to remain upright.

But they’d never had this many lashes before either.

At least, they didn’t think they had. They had lost count.

Which was the whole point of this fucked up game.

It couldn’t be more than forty…right?

They tried again, voice quivering. “T-thiry s-ahk!-s-even?”

They should come up with some kind of strategy. Start counting high and count backwards until they hit the right number. But what if they were wrong? What if it was higher than expected and they never reached it? What if they guessed far too high, and had double the lashes?

Whumper chuckled - then lighting struck again, hot, slick leather ripping into them again.

Whumpee screamed, elbows buckling.

They forced themself back up.

And tried again.

Whump Prompts: Recovery

Content: Recovery, murder, abuse, captivity, [implied] past minor whump, restraints, [mentioned] vivisections, branding, conditioning, muzzles, past non con.

Whumpee recovering from the trauma stemming from, not only all the abuse they went through, but the fact that they had to murder their abuser to get away from them.

Whumpee finally getting to experience the outside world for the first time in what feels like forever. Gawking at nature and how pretty everything is, excitedly pointing everything out to Caretaker as they go.

Crying when they see children playing in the park for the first time since their captivity because they had their entire childhood taken from them.

Learning about all the new inventions that came out while they were gone. Caretaker introducing them to mobile phones, that board game they'd been looking forward to playing before, the new gaming consoles, all the music Caretaker saved just because it made them think of Whumpee! It delights Caretaker to know that they get to show it all to Whumpee, after all.

The personality changes that have happened, whether that be due to conditioning/trauma/etc. A stoic whumpee now getting emotional at everything (not just because they're scared or sad - there's also a lot of happy/joyous tears shedded), an aggressive/angry whumpee who is just so loving and filled with adoration for everything, and vice versa.

Learning to break old habits. Realising it's okay to have and express opinions instead of bottling them up, it's okay to walk on their own two feet, it's okay to not want to spend every waking hour restrained because they're "dangerous".

Hating the freedom. Wanting structure and consistency in their life again, wanting no autonomy because it's so scary after years of living without it.

Having to learn to accept their more prominent scars. The outline of where their muzzle always sat around their face, the visible scars from all Whumper's poorly executed surgeries/vivisections (also the low-quality stitching up they did!), the mark from where they were branded.

Whumpees who immediately try (and fail) to go back to who they were before. They don't want to admit that it's not possible - they're in complete denial and end up hurting all their friends and family in the process.

That said, also having to grieve because they've lost the person they were. Does Caretaker secretly grieve with them? Do they miss the person Whumpee was?

The amount of hospital visits and treatments Whumpee needs to get following their return. Bones healing incorrectly, diseases they may have caught, badly infected wounds.

The letters they write to their abuser. Whether they actually send them or not is an entirely different story, but what do they say? Do they beg for forgiveness? Do they hurl insults at them? How coherent are their words?

Caretaker not getting to see them for the first few days/weeks because they spend so much of it holed up in their room, trying to forget about what happened. Maybe they're just so happy to finally be alone without having to worry about Whumper turning up and wanting something from them.

Sexually abused whumpees who experience hypersexuality.

Whumpees who become chronically overstimulated by the time they escape because of all the constant noise/bright lights that Whumper had around them.

Small things to scare/upset your whumpees

Taking away/ruining their comfort items

Giving them impossible choices.

Overworking them.

Behave erratically. Become unpredictable. Be calm and rational about things that should upset you and lose your shit over minor things until they can't tell what's coming next.

Making up rules that contradict each other.

Denying them food and water.

Touching them when they don't want you to.

Threatening to give them away/sell them.

Scare them while they're holding something to see if it breaks.

Tearing up/getting rid of what little possessions they have.

Threatening them with something really drastic (make sure not to do this too regularly or they'll eventually catch on!)

Cutting off their airflow and pretending to walk away.

Give vague instructions and watch their dumb little brains try to fill in the dots.

Tell them they're bad. That's all. Cup that adorable little face in your hands and tell them they're doing a bad job and just watch the tears start to pour.

Yell at them to get their attention, just to tell them you love them.

How cute and sweet and pliable they are like that.

Fun Little Ways to Remind Whumpee of Who They Belong to!

The good ol' branding! Never fails! Extra fun if you have to remove the previous whumper's brand first!

The Artistic Whumper™'s Tattooing! Is it somewhere easily visible or is it somewhere slightly hidden? Did whumper have to remove whumpee's previous tattoos?

Collars! Yes!! Can never get enough! Do they have bells in them so that whumpee can't sneak around? Of course we have the excellent shock collars! Do they have a tracking chip that whumper may or may not let whumpee know about? Is it so tight that it reminds whumpee of its existence with their every breath? Or is it loosely hung around their neck as a casual reminder?

Changing whumpee's name? How quickly does whumpee accept it? What does whumper have to do to make them accept it? By the end of their conditioning, does whumpee remember their original name or not? Does whumper give whumpee their surname? Do they get a human name Or do they simply get a set of numbers and/or letters?

Changing whumpee's appearance? Whumpee with dyed hair watching their hair grow so much in captivity that the dye is only on the ends now? Or does whumper dye their hair a different colour? Or does whumper simply cut most of it off? Alternatively, whumper having short haired whumpee grow long hair because they love pulling it around? Defiant short haired whumpee cutting their hair off to rebel? And that's just hair! Clothing? Whumpee who loves fashion being forced to wear bland clothes or clothes they don't like? Whumpee who loves simplicity being forced to be decorated by whumper or forced to decorate themself according to whumper's standards? So! Much! More!

Whump Prompts: Punishments

Content: Suffocation/asphyxiation, stress positions, restraints, wounds/injuries, collars, [implied] pet whump, force feeding, starvation, forced to hurt, [forced] self harm.

Forcing them to hold their arms out in front or beside them.

^^ Giving them something weighted to hold while they do that.

Cutting up the bottoms of their feet with a knife or a whip so they can't walk.

Sprinkling some salt into their open wounds.

Reopening old wounds.

Hanging them upside down from the ceiling by their feet.

Putting a reverse gag in their mouth so they're constantly gagging/struggling to breathe.

Whump Prompts - Coffee

Whumper bringing a hot cup of coffee to a shivering Whumpee’s lips. It scalds them instantly, but Whumpee knows they’ll die if they don’t get warm fast.

“What? Did you expect sugar and cream? Get used to disappointment.”

Whumpee is starving, twitching and curled up on the floor. They immediately brighten when Whumper sets a cup of coffee down in front of them. Then their face falls as they realize it’s stale, over-brewed, and cold. They can barely choke it down and all it does is add to the churning acid. 

Whumper throwing scalding coffee on Whumpee. Whumpee writhes and screams, trying to swat it off of them while Whumper calmly pours another cup.

“You don’t need sleep. Here, have another cup.”

Whumper offering Whumpee a sip of coffee. When Whumpee accepts, Whumper takes a sip themself, then presses their lips to Whumpee’s, directing the morsel into their mouth.

Whumpee forced to make coffee for Whumper. Whumper dumps it on them if they aren’t 100% satisfied with the quality.

"More. I want it boiling."

Forcing Whumpee’s hand over the brewing coffee as it drips down - blood eventually mingling with the brew as Whumpee screams.

Grounds ground into open wounds.

Caretaker brining Whumpee a cup of coffee in the morning without really thinking about it, and Whumpee just….staring at it. Someone just offered them something. Not because they had to or because Whumpee earned it. They just…gave them something. To share in a moment with them. Whumpee can’t comprehend it.

“How much of this would you have to drink before your heart gives out? Nevermind - let’s just see.”

Forcing Whumpee to eat coffee grounds. 

Whumper’s hands shaking with the excessive caffeine - it makes the cuts jagged and tearing.

Whumper wrenching Whumpee’s head over their cup of coffee, letting the cascading tears drip into it before throwing Whumpee aside again. Drinking it silently while they watch Whumpee sob on the floor.

whumper’s arms wrapped tight and possessive around whumpee’s injured form—too strong to be fought off, or perhaps whumpee is just too weak by this point.

maybe whumpee gets their hands bound in front of them this time, so they can fit in closer against whumper. and its more comfortable too— “shh, let yourself enjoy this.”

whumper cuddling with their hand around whumpee’s throat, not squeezing or anything, just… resting there.

knowing that if they tried to pull away, that hand would tighten instantly and squeeze until whumpee was dizzy and writhing back against them

and size difference… their throat, so small and soft and delicate under whumper’s rough fingertips

the way whumper’s hands would fit around their waist— the way they could press in under their ribs until whumpee is choking and their chest is spasming

whumpee shivering when they feel low whispers in their ear. just… so sticky and possessive

whumpee waking up with sore aching muscles from being kept in the same uncomfortable position all night. they sleepily try and flex their muscles and move around—then they’re hit fully awake with a jolt of cold panic when they realize where they are—and that they still can’t move at all.

waking up with whumper’s arms still tightly wrapped around them and trying desperately to squirm away, before they feel whumper’s hold tighten around them and hear a sleepy possessive growl in their ear, “mnn… no. you stay.”
