The Orange Blossom Special

*points at username* of course i named it after a fiddle tune

It was originally a dip pen test, with a bit of gouache for the orange. I love how wobbly the lines are and how imperfect it turned out (●'◡'●) inking traditionally is so much more enjoyable than digitally.

This is not exactly what I was expecting when I started this drawing, but it’s where I ended up and I’m not mad.

I saw the Halloween card @poopyballz28 posted of Kozue and I thought it would make a nice yandere. And I’ve been meaning to do a Tomie inspired piece for some time now (while also practicing my coloring because I still don’t know how it works). Hopefully you don’t mind!

In the show Kai gets send back in time the most, so he gets to talk to his teen self.
