I’ve always liked Pop Art, and my professors have encouraged me to play around with other artist’s styles. Not just to imitate them or anything like that, but to teach myself new things, so I gave it a shot. It was a pretty fun exercise, and I’ll have to try this again sometime.
Hawkeye / A Gift For Corny
I got nitpicky as per usual, but I’m finally finished and really happy with how it came out. Happy birthday, babe!
Technicolor Girlfriend
I was playing with color jitter on my pens in Clip Studio, and that evolved into this. And I’m really happy with it!
June Omoya
Ended up drawing the inkling of a character that’s definitely not visually based on Jimmy Page to distract myself from all that’s going on right now. I’m pretty happy with how she came out. I like her poppy tattoos in particular.
I spent at least 8+ hours on this, and it shows.
To me at least. I tend to scrap my stuff before the clean line work is even started. But I’m very happy I pulled through with this one.
Hopefully this isn’t too badly compressed, but I worked hard on it.
Red Dead / Like A Dragon
I have been thinking about Red Dead Redemption and Like A Dragon nonstop the past few days, so have a little outfit swap.
I’d draw Kiryu, Ichiban, and Yagami in Arthur, John, and Jack’s clothes, but the hour is late (as I’m typing this and putting this post in my queue). I’ll have to make a part two another day.
I just felt like drawing Loki again.
I want more art of Soma when he’s older. I want more art of Soma being Mexican. I want more Mexican vampires in general. But I am lacking in mental fortitude and talent, so here’s all three of those things blended together, rendered with all my love and the last of my dwindling creative energy, for y’all’s viewing pleasure.
