prompt: describe yourself in the form of a recipe!
here’s mine:
start by basing your soup in a hearty vegetable broth, complete with jersey tomatoes and twigs and flowers from random philadelphia parks or the jersey pine barrens. sprinkle in paprika, the smiles of her family and friends, saffron, and her collection of rocks and shells from the shoreline. add in her favorite phrases from the current book that she’s reading to enhance the flavor. as the soup simmers, you may hear the sounds of dodie, pinegrove, queen, gorillaz, and her current obsession of carol king. serve in a colorful bowl designed like a mosaic in barcelona. all other ingredients can be found while mindlessly walking through the aisles of a philadelphia trader joe’s.
Saying that man and woman are the only genders is actually LESS nuanced than saying that earth, water, air, and fire are the only elements.

Yes yes YES
I've always been a bit unsatisfied with how Adventure Time dropped Finn's desperation to find other humans. Like, yeah I know they sort of brought it up again with Islands, but here's the thing: you're telling me that Finn-- the boy who got that excited about Susan maybe being human-- wouldn't go nuts over Betty's introduction to Ooo?????
I think a more satisfying arc for both Finn and Betty would've been Finn seeking her out to ask all these questions about Human Things he's never been able to ask anyone before (especially since this takes place after his and Flame Princess' breakup)!! And he would want to help her in her quest to bring Simon back-- at least, until he starts becoming torn between the morality of it and his selfish desire to be around more humans.
uuUUAUGHGHH just imagine how fabulous the conflict would've been 🤌🤌
