Trying to control things puts us out of control. Releasing our need to control (with the Sedona Method) puts us in control. So what can we learn from this to apply to our lives? Allow what IS to BE. Don't resist it. Karl Jung said, "What you resist, persists." Let go of the need to change everything you see and experience. It might be there to teach you a valuable lesson. Let go of wanting to be right and make others wrong.

''WANT is a paradox. To obtain something, it is important to WANT it. However, WANT means lack of what you want. The more you WANT something, the more you affirm the lack of it. It is better not to WANT but to allow whatever you need to come to you. Otherwise WANT will sabotage you, becoming a block, a barrier. (...) And you know that WANT harbors fear and other negativity. It is better to substitute WANT with ALLOWING. Created by Lester, the process of Releasing, consists of five steps: 1.  Become aware of the emotion and lovingly accept it. 2.  Feel the emotion somewhere in the body.  Anger for example is often felt in the pit of the stomach or in the chest.  Find that spot and feel your anger there. It won’t take too long before you notice that the more you concentrate on your anger, the weaker it becomes.  This happens, because instead of “feeding” it with your energy, you are withdrawing the energy by calmly witnessing your emotion. 3.  Identify the emotion as Wanting Approval (WA) or Wanting Control (WC). 4.  Relax into the emotion. 5.  Release the emotion.  As you keep your attention on it, let it go by asking - Could I let it go?         Yes! - Would I let it go?        Yes! - When?                         Now! Inhale, while asking the last question.  Then open an imaginary window in the spot where you feel the emotion, and with exhalation, let the energy flow freely out of that window, while saying “Now!” Imagine bluish, almost transparent energy flowing out. A feeling or emotion is nothing but energy; it is neither “bad” nor “good.”  We give it different names in order to relate it to different mental states.  The energy flows out… It is gone!  Still, ask yourself: And More? …  Answer: Yes!  And let more of it to flow out… And More? …   Yes!  And let even more of it out… And even More? … Yes!  Let more of it out… And even More? … Yes!  Let more of it out… And even More? … Yea!  Let more of it out… Try to feel the feeling again.  Imagine situation that made you feel angry.  It would help you to locate more anger within you. Keep repeating the process until you find yourself out of AGFLAP and in CAP (Courageousness Acceptance and Peace).  It is important to continue releasing until you are at peace.  It may take time, but time thus spent is ten times worth the effort. You will find that nothing is more rewarding than your state of peace. There should be no thinking or analyzing.  You must say “yes” regardless of how you feel about it.

Lester underlined that releasing will be more effective when we are in the state of either Courageousness, Acceptance or Peace. The entire process of releasing must be always done lovingly. Therefore, before starting the releasing bring yourself into one of the states of CAP with loving attitude. It is easily done when you imagine the end result of a particular releasing: wonderful relationship, money in your account, new house, whatever you are releasing on. Remember to start with accepting and loving yourself unconditionally.

The state of loving peace is the only appropriate state to be in.  If you’re not peaceful, find out what is it within you that deprives you of peace and let it go. When we have no Resistance, no Fear and no Wants, when we don’t wish to change anything but accept everything the way it is, we are free.

Let us start with letting go of whatever we are feeling right now and move into Courageousness, Acceptance and Peace. We begin with Courageousness. It’s a wonderful place, where we are willing to do whatever it takes, no matter what: a place of absolute willingness to do anything. We are adventurous, alive, powerful, self-sufficient and secure. We have a vast vision. We have been here before in this wonderful place and can access it from our past memory, when we were in trouble. We are here right now. On the scale of action, Lester says, ‘Courageousness is a willingness to go into action without fear, to give, to correct, to change whatever needs it, the willingness to let go, to move on.’ It is a very distinct state. Notice how you are immediately becoming more aware, as you move into this state. And from here, let’s move into Acceptance. Just a shift, a different way of a being expressing itself: Acceptance. Get the feeling: everything is OK just the way it is. On the scale of action, Lester says, ‘No need to change anything. No judgment of good or bad. It just is… It is beautiful just as it is, and it’s OK just the way it is. It is wonderful out there… I am enjoying everything just as it is. So take a look, wherever you are, sitting, driving, whatever it is that you’re doing. Can you allow it to be beautiful just as it is? Can you allow yourself to enjoy your surroundings, which includes your body, just as it is? Can you love your body just as it is? The room you are in, just as it is? The city you are in, just as it is? And will it be OK with you to make the decision, and it is just a decision, to feel about wherever you are in life, being just beautiful? Well, the mind may check on this and that, and yet, it is all Awareness, Beingness, and it is always beautiful. Other words Lester used to describe this: fullness, gentle, glowing, gracious, harmonious. And again, notice where you are right now. What it feels like. Be aware. Contrast it to the state of Courageousness… There is a cool air about this state of Acceptance. When you notice the differences between the two states it will allow you to access this state of Awareness more freely. From this place of Acceptance, where everything is OK the way it is, allow yourself to move to a state of Peace. On a scale of action, Lester describes it as I am, I am whole, complete, totally into my Self. Everyone and everything is part of my Self. It’s all perfect. Whatever you’re now feeling, whatever you’re experiencing… can you let it go and let it be even more perfect? Would it be OK with you, if you dissolve the boundaries, whatever they are: boundary of your body, your house, your car, your property, boundary of your country... Can you dissolve these boundaries, and allow everything to be seen as your Self, your own Beingness, Awareness.  Immediately, everything becomes quiet, even more serene, more still. Would it be OK with you if you live in peace every day, all day? Would it be OK with you, if everyone you’ve met will be radiantly peaceful beings, a part of you, of your own Self? If everyone is seen in total serenity, total peace, the world is automatically becoming peaceful and serene. Other words to describe this: stillness, kindness, tranquility, unlimited, whole.

And check to see if our friend the mind has been active lately, trying to figure things out. Can you let go of trying to figure it out? Mind always has a list of favorite things it is trying to figure out. Could you let that process go and allow yourself just be and rest in Awareness? Let us ask the mind if it knows the solution of whatever you’re trying to figure out. Of course it doesn’t. It is one of the most pointless exercises in our lives, to keep asking the mind for an answer, when it doesn’t have an answer. And when we do this, it comes back at us with a judgment. It says, ‘beat yourself up! Is there something wrong with you? There we go again: asking me about something I don’t know!’ Is that helping us to get the solution? What it does… it keeps us on the surface of our mind: all that asking, beating ourselves up. So now we have a decision to make. Are we going to keep being negative, beating ourselves up, standing on the surface of our mind? Or, do we want to let that go and move into productivity, quietness and deepness? Of course, we want to be quieter and deeper.

From this state of wholeness look at your life and see if there is any part that you’re resisting. Anything in your life that frustrates you, irritates you that you try to exclude from your wholeness? See if there is any question, any sensation about that. And just instantly let that energy go. Let it go some more…, and more… And will it be OK with you, if you reclaim that part of your life in terms of yourself? We are responsible for our pictures: everything that we picture is part of ourselves. Would it be OK with you if you make a decision? Irrevocable decision that says I am going for freedom, no matter what. Why not?

as you probably know, the thoughts you think and dwell in create your reality; that’s a non negotiable. that includes the good, the bad, and the indifferent. and up until you discovered conscious manifesting, pretty much everything you’ve manifested was done unconsciously (aka the indifferent). i feel like i say this all the time, but everything literally starts with you, it’s always started w you & it forever will. remember? since your thoughts manifest.

taking accountability means taking responsibility for something you did, something usually wrong. in the loa community, taking accountability means realizing that your thoughts have created these circumstances. and it’s completely ok because you can think new thoughts and create something new for yourself. ik it can be tough being “ugly”, friendless, or whatever, but you made that assumption. and you’re keeping that assumption alive by always thinking it and always identifying with it. your thoughts can create and uncreate (revision), use that to your advantage. i don’t understand why y’all know thoughts create and keep thinking thoughts you don’t want to keep creating… i don’t.

step out of living with a victim mentality!!!

like i said, you manifested all of this for yourself. so stop crying and complaining about you can’t manifest, and nothing ever works for you. fucking stoppppp i do not want to hear that shit! nothin good has ever came from complaining and crying about all that’s wrong, you have to do something about it! because everything does work for you! maybe not in your favor but it does work. you say you can’t manifest, then you can’t. you say the void doesn’t work no matter how many times you try it, then that’s what’ll happen. do you see how you’re in control? why can’t you complain about good things then….? it makes absolutely ZERO sense to victimize yourself… just shut up and think new thoughts. i don’t understand. it’s not hard, you’re not an exception, you’re not too weak to manifest, it’s not fucking rocket science yall! stop victimizing yourself, it’s no help. you’re not a victim to the law, you’re the operant power!

it’s time to finally confront yourself!

this might be emotional and uncomfortable to do (depending on your situation) but it has to get done! there’s clearly a reason as to why you’ve yet to see you’re manifestation in the 3D. it could be a number of things:

you keep reacting and dwelling in the 3D

you aren’t persisting as you should/giving up too early

you have a victim mentality and keep enabling it

you don’t think you’re worthy enough of your desires

you don’t apply the law to the best of your ability aka your half assing this shit lol

now, confronting yourself of this can be hard cause who wants to admit when they’re wrong right… lmao nah i’m playing😂😂 fr tho it can be challenging but like i said, it’s going to get done. so here’s my recommendation:

1. think about when you first discovered the law. how did you feel? was there a weight lifted off your shoulder? did you feel like you found the answer you’d been looking for all this time?

2. what do you want to manifest and why? in this case, you want to manifest your dream life. what don’t you like about the one you have now? what does your dream life even look like? compare the two. how will living your dream life make you feel?

3. why won’t you just change your thoughts & persist? why do you insist on dwelling in negative thoughts? why do you persist for 1 day then give up? why do you focus on time so much? why do you complain about everything wrong and do nothing about? answer these questions to yourself.

4. it may be uncomfortable completely changing your mindset because your ego is protecting you from what it doesn’t know yet. but think about the life you are depriving yourself of by not changing your mindset/thoughts, only to keep complaining.

making your own rules to simplify the law & cutting down on loa content

one person will say, “repeating your affirmations, won’t make your manifestation come faster, the belief will” and some will say “repetition in your affs is key, it saturates your mind w the new story” and these are both correct in their own way. but it’s about what you want to do, what you like better. (and that’s how y’all start complicating the law. you’re like “which do i do, everyone keeps saying the first one, but this one girl said the second one.” and then you start spiraling, so you go research some more and then you come across a new blogger who has a different approach to manifesting, so now you want try that….yeah it’s a whole cycle, i’ve been there) that’s also why being on tumblr all damn day is NOT beneficial. you will drive yourself crazy reading all these posts and opinions of different people. the law is the most subjective topic ever. nobody can determine SHIT for you. only you have the ability to do that.

whether you are just starting with the law, or you’ve been “trying” with the law, stop being so obsessed and dependent on every success story, every post, every bloggers opinion on your question. stop it. this is the best way to get confused. you just need to know the basics of the law:

1. decide what you want

2. affirm or know it’s yours

3. persist no matter what

and that’s it. any other question (regarding how the law works or the laws’ rules) you have, can be answered yourself.

“how long does it take before i see my results?” YOU tell me.

“does it matter when i affirm?” YOU tell me.

“can i change my appearance and make it seem like i’ve always looked that way?” i. do. not. know. YOU tell me!

“can i get my desires in less than 24 hours?” i personally can but that’s just me. so YOU tell me.

ima put manifestation to the side real quick. generally speaking, you cannot have a mind of your own or a life of your own, if it’s based off of what OTHER people think. that is then, not you. social media in general isn’t healthy because of its influences. we all know this. it can leave you feeling insecure seeing how others are living versus yourself. what they do in they’re life, who they interact with. and that can be very deteriorating to your mental.

same things goes for over consuming loa content. if you keep consuming info instead of applying, you’re gonna have so many different ways on how to go about manifesting, you gon be one lost ass mothafucka. trust.

get off of tumblr, and apply the law of assumption. when you get off of tumblr (or any loa infested platform) you start to figure out what works best for YOU, not sally, sammy, sarah, or susan. YOU!!!! bc you’re not always surrounded by everyone’s opinion. it’s about you & what you like. i cannot say this shit enough. you’ll come to your own realizations like “oh i prefer to think that living in the end is more beneficial than repeating affirmations” merely bc you weren’t influenced by everyone else. that’s why the law is so simple. bc it’s so subjective, you make it work how you want.

stop trying to feed into everyone’s personal assumptions about their personal loa journey.

i know some people who have never believed a single affirmation that came out their mouth and still got their manifestations. and i know people who don’t affirm at all and just make the decision that it’s theirs and still get their manifestations. because they made their rules according to what suits them best. you just have to persist.

the reason y’all complicate the law (and especially the void) is bc you don’t have your own rules, you have everyone else’s rules and it clearly ain’t working for you honey. i’m not gon lie, a lot of the rules in the loa can be contradicting to one another. that’s why you pick which you like best and stick to it (or ofc make your own). don’t use it for 2 minutes and 29 seconds & then see another rule and be like “this might work better” then switch. because like i said it’s very contradicting & not helpful.

Hello there! Your story is very motivating. I have been trying to enter the void for the last 4 days. I tried meditating for more than an hour several times but it doesn’t seem to work. Even though I get very relaxed and no thoughts. Any tips?

Hi sweetheart 💜

Now, to enter the void, I do next steps:

Relaxing my body and clearing my mind with meditation. I use guide meditation, sounds of nature or delta waves. And breathing techniques for the mind

When I feel absolutely relaxed, I begin to imagine that there is no space around me, I am in black weightlessness. I do the same with my mind and fill it with darkness.

I start affirming "I am", "I am in the void" and all that. Within 1-2 mins I enter.

I think the important thing is not to strain your mind to try to get in because that is the opposite of relaxation. The mind should also be relaxed as should the body. And don't expect anything. Just go with the flow and allow yourself to easily enter into the void because that is where you will eventually go through these actions❣️

Hello ,

I have know about manifesting for like a year and I like stuck and I would really love your help.I have manifested a iPhone when I first learned about law of assumption form (hyler) and I was so happy. Then stop being friends with one of my friends for 7 year and I had no friends and so I found Sammy and I try what she said but it didn’t work I did it for 3 months and so I’m like what ever so I try a lot off things so then I found tumblr and I found your account and it clicked but I still wasn’t manifesting any thing .i have been over wight my hole life (I m still a minor) I’m 275 pounds 5,5 so one of the things I have been wanting to manifest is wight loss and I what to get my dream body overnight (lose over 100 pounds) 1 .i have seen some one do this

How are you? I'm so happy that you discovered my blog and you decided to Ask me first, and i'm sorry i didn't reply to your Ask immediately since i'm in exams period.

Let me tell you that you're feeling like you're trying to manifest not Being.

You have everything that you want the moment you desired them.

Ask yourself: when you manifested that iphone how did you feel? Were you stressing that it won't manifest? Were you feeling like you're putting too much effort to manifest it? Were you checking the 3d for results?

If you didn't feel like that then that the Key, learn from your experience.

Manifestation doesn't require putting efforts, affirming 24/7, listening to subliminals...etc, you already have them, yes you do.

For example: i decide that i want to eat a pizza so i'll manifest it, what i'll do? I decide that it is done, my parents brought the pizza already, you speak it into sentence that it already happened, and you're subconscious gonna be like "oh! We have pizza!" And it will start working for it and boom! It will show up in the 3d.

See? Did you think about it too much? Were you overthink it? Thinking how it gonna happen or when it gonna happen? No, you decided you have it and you moved on doing something else.

Now let's move on to the mentality of believing that xyz is difficult to manifest than xyz':

I'm here to tell you that manifest a 1€ is the same as manifesting a 100000€ dollar, and manifesting seeing a butterfly is the same as manifesting a 16 billion dollar mansion.

But you might Wonder why Big desires take too much time to manifest than small desires 🤔?

Well you believed so, you made that assumption and you believed in it, if you believed that you'll get it faster and the 3d gonna conform faster then it will happen.

Make the assumption like that "the 3d Always reflect my 4d instantly"

And for the self-concept, you don't try to be, just be.

You don't need to affirm for self-concept, just decide that you're the creator of your own reality and that you receive all your desires instantly.

It takes a decision to be made, simple.

Now quit thinking that nothing works for you and that you can't manifest bigger things, change that Mindset of yours and the World would be your oyster.
