This is Flash Osborn, aka the Huntsman. They’re inspired by daddy longlegs, which are also known as huntsmans. And no, they’re not a fusion of Harry Osborn and Flash Thompson. The latter is dead, and more details will be given at a later time. Along with the general run-of-the-mill spider powers, Flash can teleport(which he does instead of web-slinging) and show zero signs of life without actually dying.
