All I want is to return to Gaza… to my home, or what’s left of it, to embrace the memories within its broken walls. I miss seeing my neighbors who were like family to me, and my friends who carry with them the stories of my life. I miss the sound of the mosques’ call to prayer, the scent of the sea, and the streets that hold my steps, my tears, and my dreams.

But the reality is harsh… I’m stranded far away, unable to afford the journey back. Gaza is not just a place; it’s my soul, my home, my life. Returning means reuniting with my loved ones, reclaiming a part of myself lost in the chaos of war and displacement.
