Hello Neil, how do you feel about being 4th in the tumblr review 2023?
I suspect there are worse places to be than sandwiched between David Tennant and Michael Sheen.
Indeed
😇👿⭐
thats kinda gay bro
are you a werewolf?
Yes.
In light of some recent allegations that came out about Neil Gaiman, it's okay to have complicated feelings when a beloved celebrity does something shitty.
It's okay to feel betrayed and let down when a beloved celebrity does something shitty.
It's okay to have to re-consider your relationship with a shitty celebrity and their work.
It's okay to have once loved and looked up to someone who turned out to be a huge piece of shit.
It's okay to still love a shitty celebrity's work while recognizing that the celebrity is a shitty person.
The shitty and unhealthy thing to do is to dig in an insist that your fave celebrity did nothing wrong.
/this is why we can't have nice things meme
patient not gonna use this for anything
WHAT WTF?!?!
😢

Y'ALL IT LOOKS LIKE AMAZON HAS GREENLIT THE SCRIPTS FOR SEASON 3!
I did not initially know what exactly this meant, but @youryurigoddess shared this image with the update over on Twitter along with a great explanation of what that means! I've summarized it in a couple lines later in this post, but definitely check out their thread for more details!
(Also a big thank you to @youryurigoddess for noticing this post, since without your Twitter post I'd never have seen it at all! I didn't see it posted on Tumblr, or Mr. Gaiman's Twitter, and I haven't yet gotten my hands on a Bluesky invitation.)
Basically, the scripts were already commissioned previously, but having them greenlit means that Mr. Gaiman & Crew took the scripts to Amazon to make the pitch, and Amazon was into it!
It's a process, but it sounds like it's moving along just as we've all been hoping! 🤞
I have 4 very important questions, Mr. Gaiman;
1. Do you wear wigs?
2. Have you worn wigs?
3. Will you wear wigs?
4. When will you wear wigs?
No
Rarely
Unlikely
When next I am transported to the 18th century and resume my job as a judge.
