baby iskierka for @tane-p! i’ve been having a hard time drawing dragons despite being very motivated for it ever since i started listening to the temeraire audiobooks, so this was a lil exercise to loosen up. i started with loose, spiralling scribbles and used them as base for the poses, ignoring anatomy completely, which is great and very relaxing
“Senpai” :“”) Aaaaaaw you’re so sweet, anon, you reminded me of Sakurai :’) Please don’t apologize and feel free to send me your knb requests, headcanons and stuff. You know, actually I wanted to do this eyes thing a long long long time ago, but I didn’t know what fandom to choose and then I just forgot about the whole idea. So thank you for reminding me! And yeah, this is the first part, there will be the second one, but later x)

(still not sure if i’m satisfied with how the white-out looks on the toned paper. too much? just right? i’d like to have an alternative, something lighter than the base color and usable on-the-go. i tried white gel pens but they’re not opaque enough. thoughts? critique? all welcome)
