Cool!! I have a lot of ideas but I haven’t written anything yet.

I have a proposal: we write the third season.

It sucks that it was canceled, but if WE write it, we can make the sister as quirky/ridiculous as her brothers, add some deeper meanings that we’ve already been talking about, etc. We can share rough drafts and ideas. Obviously we don’t have to, but it’s an idea. Plus, not all the stress would be put on one person to write.

You know what? I don’t care that it’s canceled (lies) IM STILL GOING TO COME UP WITH THEORIES AND IM STILL GOING TO LOVE EVERY BIT OF CONTENT!!!!! Though it’s really disappointing (understatement) that The Mysterious Benedict Society is cancelled. I’m sure I’m not the only one when I say that we appreciate everything people have contributed to the fandom!!! Thank you for every moment you spent making something for all of us too see!!!!

This is a really interesting answer, I didn’t think about it like that. Now that you mentioned it, it makes a ton of sense. I mean like, Nathaniel even admitted that he did his research about Nickolas’ family to the point where he knew where Number Two’s parents’ house is, a place where she hates to go back too. He knows about Milligan because of the Brainsweeper thing, I don’t know if he knows Rhonda though.

I just saw something from bi-demon-ium about if Nickolas was the only one kidnapped and now I’m wondering why Nathaniel took Number Two as well. Like, for intimidation purposes or to make sure Nickolas couldn’t do anything, like why? Or was she just there at the wrong time?

I’ve been thinking about Nickolas’s and Nathaniel’s sister and do you think she could be a telepath like Constance? There haven’t been any others like in the books, so maybe? I’m just imagining the group getting kidnapped or the sister just coming in and Constance and her just having an entire telepathic showdown while everyone else is wondering why their just starting at each other.

I’m reading The Mysterious Benedict Society And the Riddle of Ages and I don’t know if it’s just a coincidence or not, but I noticed how (only Constance and Kate so far) have tapped their nose and pointed when one of the others get something right like Mr. Benedict does and I think it’s literally the sweetest thing ever. (Other than Constance wearing Mr. Benedict’s old suits, which would be hilarious to see in the show (probably not going to be a thing but still) )

They’d either be chaotic best friends that judge everyone around them, or equally chaotic enemies that also judge everyone.

Someone needs to get Kaz Brekker, Artemis Fowl, and Five in the same room together.

Can someone please explain to me what Trenton Lee Stewart was thinking by making not only Number Two be described looking like a pencil, but also her real name being Pencilla? Also, her preferred name being Number Two? Like the number two pencil? Like, was he just like writing with a number two pencil and was having a hard time picking out a name for her, looked down, and said “Ah, well isn’t there an idea.” Like WHY! I LOVE IT BUT WHY!!??

Mr. Benedict’s facial expressions are hilarious to me, especially when he’s looking at his brother, like “THIS BI**” in the most polite way possible.

I’ve already seen some things on this, but what would have happened it Nickolas had been brainwashed and just. Froze. In front of Nathanial. Like what would have happened? (Also let’s completely ignore the fact that they said they needed EVERYONE but decided not to at least check on Nickolas, I mean I kind of understand but they didn’t even mention him.) Would Number Two finally be allowed to beat up Curtain?(kind of joking. Kind of.) Would Curtain figure out how to save them? If not him then who? Don’t get me wrong, Nickolas faking being still in the fake happiness state and using to his advantage was amazing ( and yes it was slightly cruel but than you think about what Curtain did and feel zero remorse.) but it would have been interesting to see the alternative. (That or I just have the need to traumatize all my favorite characters.) WE COULD HAVE GOTTEN MORE BACKGROUND ON THE TWINS😭😭😭😭😭😭 still, I like what they did.(that could have made Curtain’s redemption arc less ‘rushed’ because he could have saved Constance and Nickolas by figuring it out.)

I have a question. Who took the dart out of Curtain’s neck? Like was there a vote or whoever touched their nose the slowest had to do it? Probably Milligan because he most likely put him in the bag (I’m glad I wasn’t the only one that thought of Milligan carrying Nickolas 😂) but I can just imagine Kate and Milligan being like:

Kate: “…”

Milligan: “…”

Kate: “ Well I’m not going to do it.”

Milligan: “Of course not!”

Kate: “ Than why are you looking at me like I should.”

I’m probably overthinking it but I thought it and now it won’t go away. (PFFFFFFFF what if they just left it there 😂)

Oh wait, didn’t he technically already do this? In the second episode he literally gets knocked out with a taser and then was like “it’s fine, everything is completely fine. I wasn’t almost just kidnapped!” 😑.

Why do I get the feeling that Mr. Benedict would be that one character to get stabbed but never say anything about it. Like, he would probably try to handle it himself if it wasn’t life threatening. Until he passes out that is. (A certain tall person realizing beforehand and making sure he’s ok.)

Why is it always the less known shows that have the best characters? Like The Mysterious Benedict Society, literally a show/book that has amazing representation, characters, and plot, but isn’t nearly as popular as it should be?

Hey!!! I want to write more on The Mysterious Benedict Society and I have a few ideas of my own, but if any of you have any more that’d be great!

I know Alastor can open up portals and has a ton of other powers, but what if he could conjure more than just giant tentacles? What if a giant mouth that can just reach up and eat people. I don’t think this is an actual thing because I haven’t seen anything on it. If he gets most of his power from a shadow realm, why not conjure a giant cat or something. (R.I.P Vox lol 😂.)

Why does Andrew from Ron Gone Wrong give me Dr. Curtain vibes? I don’t even know I watched Ron Gone wrong with my family and now I can’t stop thinking about it.

Pain Of Knowing

(This is based on the amazing show The Mysterious Benedict Society, the newest episode.)

Happiness. Unlimited pure joy. A flash of light and it was gone. Guilt, sadness, self-hatred, grief, betrayal, all emotions he greeted as though they were old friends. Wave after wave of crushing emotion enveloped his mind, turning it numb. He should tell the others. He should tell them that it worked and he was free. He should’ve, but he didn’t. It was too much, too much too soon. Despite himself, he missed the fake happiness. The way it calmed his mind even as he fought against it. He missed the way it erased the pain of knowing. Knowing what was happening was wrong, that his brother was the one who caused it all. Knowing he was being manipulated, put in place and moved around like a chess piece on a board, but not having the strength to stop it. Simply gone. Gone with a wave of a hand and a smile. He would tell them. He would tell them when every thought in his mind didn’t claw at him, when the near constant weight on his chest lessened. He would, soon. Just not now.

I don’t know if anyone has thought of this yet, but what if Alastor was engaged when he was alive? Most likely not a sexual one because of his sexuality of course, but what if? Like Alastor deep in thought messing with a ring on his finger (over his gloves or even without his gloves on) and Angel or Charlie comes in a sees it but is either to scared or to hesitant to ask about it? (Husker knowing what happened or at least a part of it.)

(This is probably a stupid idea but I kept thinking about it.)
