Almost everyone in the fandom seems to agree that Lance made up the rivalry because of his repressed emotions towards Keith. Because he's a disaster and Keith's a disaster and their emotions are a disaster.

I feel like Keith would have some kind of sorting system in his head where he categorizes people by their importance and threat level. Shiro, for example, would be given an importance of 5/10 (that's really high) and a threat level of 3.5. (that's pretty low, Shiro may look scary, but Keith learns really fast that he's just a pile of emotional mush trapped in a disproportionally body.)

All of the students at the Garrison are automatically categorized as -3/10 in both importance and threat level, except Griffin who gets a -300/10 for importance and 8/10 for threat level. (he's evil and is absolutely asking to be punched anytime he opens his mouth, except adults will favor anyone over Keith so Griffin can get away with crap while Keith has to deal with his temper, hence the high threat level.)

So, Lance would automatically be place really low, and once you're placed low, it takes a whole lot to get Keith to notice you. He doesn't do it on purpose, even the categories are automatic and he barely thinks about it, also he's face blind and really honestly hates the Garrison and has only stayed this long because Adam is nice and a good cook (and Shiro is kinda ok too).

At most, maybe Keith would go, 'hey that dude's kinda cute,' at some point while people watching, but he thinks that fairly often and would forget the face in seconds. (He's not picky, okay?)

Like, compared to Keith, Lance's obliviousness is NOTHING. All it would take for him to realize the dumb crush is for Hunk to go, 'Lance, bud, I love you, but please for the love of garlic knots, stop your aggressive flirting with Keith.' And Lance would get all red and sputter out, 'What??? No! Keith? Ew? What no! He's so hot-headed and stubborn and can't talk to people to save his life, and sure objectively his eyes are kinda pretty and he seems to have some messed up-half dead sense of humor in in him and, oh. oh. OH.' And that would be that. (Pidge would pop her head into the room and pass a $10 bill to Hunk. (Where did the money come from? What are they gonna use it for in space?? No one knows.))

Keith would be some sort of repressed demiromantic or maybe he just doesn't give enough of a crap about people or maybe he gives too much of a crap and all of his feelings are too muddled up for him to identify the crush. Whatever it is, he does not get it till Shiro grips him by the shoulders and yells it in his face.

And then Keith can't look at Lance without his whole face turning red.

He's a mess.

They're both huge stupid messes.

And the team is sick of them.

(Keith moves Lance's threat level up to 38/10)

I’ve been dealing with major toothache the last three months and finally was able to see the dentist and to no one’s surprise I had multiple infections which is why I had severe toothache with the worst migraines I’ve ever had (I couldn’t even put myself to sleep). I can’t afford dental bills, even for emergency procedures without risking being short on rent and bills again, my current hours at work help me pay for my basic living expenses so I can’t pay for dental work or even some basic needs.

Ok so after the ending of coi, everyone was talking about how cordelia and matthew were going to be together, or at least have a romantic scene. And i knew that this wasnt going to be true and had an entire theory with proof ready but never posted it. So here it is,

When we first heard about the last hours series, Cassie had told us that the love triangle in this series wasnt going to be the normal 2 guys one girl trope, but rather one guy and two girls. Which is James with Grace and Cordelia. Which told us that this is going to be the main love story the book focuses on.

Now, at the end of coi, and the spoilers we got for cot, i knew that many ppl thought that there was gonna be a love triangle with james cordelia and matthew, which falls into the cliche love triangle trope of 2 guys one girl. BUT Cassie told us that it wasnt going to be like that. So knowing this EVERYONE shouldve known that cordelia and matthew are NOT going to be canon.

Cassandra told us herself that it wasnt going to be the one girl two guy love triangle. After the end of coi, we knew that the love triangle was over and that cot was going to focus on building james and cordelia's relationship.

For those who thought matthew and cordelia were going to be together, shame on you. We are talking about the ENTIRE FUTURE of the Harondale bloodline if cordelia chooses matthew over james.

Now that i have gotten that out of the way, im going to rant about some things that happen in cot, so for those who dont have their copy yet and havent read it, thanks for reading my post, love y'all.

Now for my rant,

In EVERY SINGLE SITUATION where james and cordelia are together, james tries SO HARD to make her believe he loves her. And what does she do when they have a moment ? LEAVES HIM. LIKE GIRL HE IS HEAD OVER HEELS IN LOVE WITH YOU. AND YOURE LEAVING HIM AFTER IT ? NOT EVEN A SMOOCH ? Ok ik he broke her heart but hear me out, HE REVEALS WHATS INSIDE THE NECKLACE (which im not saying what it is, those who know, know) AND YOU JUST LEAVE TO FIND MATTHEW ? GIRL, can you please just think over this ? Ik matthew is in a hard place rn but if u continue to do things that make him thing you love him then he AINT GONNA LEAVE YOU WITH YOUR MAN JAMES, WHO PROBABLY CARES MORE FOR YOU THAN MATTHEW.

Also this is NOT hate towards matthew, he is one of my favorite characters, i just hate that this is what is happening in the story and he just falls as a victim of fault. I love u matthew, hope you are happy, wherever your little heart takes you.

I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SAY WHY MATTHEW HURTS HIMSELF SO MUCH. LIKE BRO, YOU KEEP GOING FOR THE IMPOSSIBLE LOVERS, YOU KNOW CORDELIA HAS HAD IT FOR JAMES SINCE YOU HAVE BEEN KIDS. OK IK THAT JAMES MIGHT LOOK LIKE HE LIKES GRACE BUT NO. HARONDALES LOVE BUT ONCE AND THATS WHAT HAPPENED TO JAMES. HE JUST HAS A STUPIT BRACELET THAT TELLS HIM OTHERWISE.

Also, on the topic of the gracelet, HOW THE HELL DID ANNAS NECKLACE NOT FIND THE DEMON ENERGY COMING FROM THE GRACELET LIKE WHAT ? Ok maybe its just rlly good demon enchantments but like bro, not even a tiny blink at the gracelet? ALSO NO ONE SAID ANYTHING TO JAMES WHEN HE SUDDENLY WAS WEARING THAT BRACELET WHICH OMINOUSLY SAYS " Loyalty binds me" ON IT. LIKE THAT IS SO CREEPY, AND NO ONE THOUGHT TWICE ABOUT A 12 YEAR OLD KID WEARING IT ???????

I was reading the "Whos gonna die in cot" theories when i remembered something about the epilogue of clockwork princess.

When Tessa is remembering Wills death (sorry, ik we all hate to remember this but hang in there) and she was thinking of all the family they had. And so i read it back, and found this

Um, sorry, but uhhh WHAT HAPPENED TO THOMAS ??? Like is this how Cassandra is breaking the news to us, does thomas die ? PLS NOO, do Thomas and Alastair ever get together. WAHT HAPPENS TO HIM ???

OMG ALSO "Cecy's blue eyed boys" ... kit ? Cass pls dont take him. Both Anna and Alexander have blue eyes, and ik Anna is explained as a girl, she could have changed to being seen as a male, i mean we all know what she does, but if one of the "blue eyed boys" is anna, and the other alexander, THEN WHAT HAPPENS TO KIT ?? He has brown eyes, does he die ?? Cass pls dont do this to us.

Wow, so in conclusion, both THOMAS and CHRISTOPHER are either not at Will's death (which is weird, like y would they not be yk) OR THEYRE DEAD. WE ALL KNOW THAT CASS SAID ITS AT LEAST ONE CHARACTER THAT DIES. OMG IM NOT GONNA BE ABLE TO SLEEP TONIGHT.

my mother taught me to crochet when i was young. she was left handed, so she taught me how in the bathroom mirror so her hands would be in the right position.

she learned to crochet from her grandmother, who was right handed. her grandma was the one that originally used the bathroom mirror to teach her granddaughter properly.

i find something poetic about that. here in this bathroom mirror, through generations, we adapt to our young who have a different way of learning and interacting with the world
