Sudden realization:

If deep down I think methods give me an higher chances to shift, then they do because it’s a subconscious manifestation

If deep down I think I will shift without any effort then I will because it’s a subconscious manifestation

Wether you have it or not will always be your choice, for example: you see something scary on the 4d(it's your imagination after all, you can see anything), but you don't like it because it scares you. BAAAM, you decide you won't manifest it, so it doesn't manifest. Now switch, you see smth cool you want in the 4d, you decide you have it, BAAM, you have it in the 3d.

Everytime the 3d shows you the opposite or when you're in doubt just go check the 4d and persist that the 4d is right.
