Honestly starving can be different for everyone especially method wise. Granted I don't promote any of my methods,I'm fully aware of what I'm doing and what I can handle someone else might not. For example I enjoy dry fasting - where as someone else wouldn't enjoy it as much.

So my biggest tip would be having water every hour or 3 liters. It really does help. ♡ Hope this helps!!!
