I finished this bind a few months ago but had to wait to post about it until the author @cemeteryangel725 got her surprise birthday copy! This bind wouldn’t have been possible without lovely art from @quona and support from @shipper-of-all-things 🥳 The story is a raunchy human AU full of so much love and sweetness, I highly recommend it ♥️♥️

May I interest you in some Beltane-themed witchy pollen magic? Revelers dancing around May Day bonfires in the woods? How about we add some lust-addled Crowley and sweaty Priest!Aziraphale to that, too? Yes? I thought so! I painted this for the Spring is Here! High Pollen Count Event in collaboration with the absolutely fantastic @tawnyontumblr. I know you know Tawny's fics. I don't need to tell you how good they are. You can and should go read the fic that inspired this painting on AO3: 🔥 All Fired Up by TawnyOwl95 🔥 (Rated Explicit, mind the tags!)
The trunk of the birch tree was smooth against Aziraphale's back. He held on to one of the branches above his head, getting bark dust in his nails as Crowley sucked on his jaw. The last of Aziraphale’s buttons came open, his shirt now only held in place by his clerical collar. Crowley's hands moved down, and Aziraphale's belt hissed as it was drawn from its loops. If Aziraphale turned his head he could still see the fire flickering through the trees, the shadows flitting back and forth. If someone came this way - Aziraphale didn't care. His mind was full of Crowley. The drums still beat in time with the blood pounding, rising up as Crowley's mouth coaxed it to the surface of Aziraphale's skin, fed on him like a starving man.

@goodomensafterdark, love you goblins, hope you like my art.
one thousand and one nights ----
LOOK AT ALL THESE FABRICS I PAINTED (faint sobbing in the background) This piece is for the Good Omens Minisode Minibang, wherein my lovely author, Dashicra (@ineffableomenshusbands) wrote a WONDERFUL fanfic of femAziracrow in the world of Arabian Nights that I encourage you to all go read right this instant. (Rated M, nothing kinky but, as always, mind the tags)

My contribution to week 9 of the Ineffable Prompt-A-Thon by @ineffablyruined is a Crowley ouroboros (a Crowloboros, if you will) surrounded by Celtic knots, both of which symbolize the cyclical nature of existence.
Me: lemme make some custom brushes so I don't have to painstakingly draw a million little scales...
Also me: *proceeds to use said brushes in a complex interlace pattern that requires painstaking masking/erasing in order to make the various sneks fit together the way they're supposed to*
The end result was so worth it tho...
Plus hey, I got to learn how to make brushes from scratch and now I can draw many more goofy sneks hehehehe

In terms of the general construction of Crowley’s scales, I used this piece from a few weeks ago as my general guide:
Later on (once I actually decided that I wanted to incorporate Celtic knots) I went through the entire George Bain Collection looking for ideas, and eventually settled on this one:

It was my first time drawing Celtic knots, I hope I did them justice!
my attempt at a translation from the original Japanese, please forgive errors: -------------------------- That kiss.
It wasn't as sweet and melting as I thought it would be.
Well it's not like I don't think about it, sometimes. I've seen pairs of humans making love countless times. Indulging in sexual pleasure according to their desires.
I've been with him for an eternity, and I've known him for 6,000 years. Playful, mischievous. I've thought how fun it would be to kiss him, just to see his surprised face. But I... I can't joke about something like that. I am stupidly in love with him.
A portrait of myself that I've started painting to match the portrait I did of my friend and business partner. We're using these on our businesses'eses's website in lieu of photos because fuck having photos of ourselves out there on the internet.
Reblogging my very first Gomens art as I approach 500 of you lovely people choosing to follow my art blog here on the hellsite. This is the piece that started this whole saga.
I love each and every one of you as if you were my own blorbos.
help me, you tear down my reason

This is my ransom note to Neil Gaiman love letter to the ineffable idiots and the Gomens fandom. There will undoubtedly be more because I caught the brain rot so bad.

Scaly semi-snek flaming-like-anything-ginger freckled Crowley because why not? I wanted to mess around with a very pale, slightly creepy color palette for skintones, so this was a good exercise. And anyway, I could draw DT's glorious swan-like neck every day for the rest of my life and never grow weary of it.
Michael Sheen's nose --hell, his profile in general--will be my undoing. He is SUCH a challenge to draw, which I adore. I used quite literally 4x the references for 'Zira than for Anthony Janthony.
About: All digital, all Photoshop, baby. Orig. 4483 x 5391 px. ~2 weeks of off-and-on painting when I got tired of my work art. Title is taken from Closer by Nine Inch Nails because I pretty much exclusively listened to The Downward Spiral on repeat while I worked on this piece, because that's the kind of angsty teenage headspace I'm in??? I'm fucking 34 years old, I thought I was past this.
Laying down some color flats on Crowley for my next piece. Working title: Little Railed Riding Hood

DRAMA!CROWLEY, ACTIVATE!
So we meet here again, in front of another flaming-as-anything-ginger Crowley. We can't keep doing this, you know. People will talk.
More info and hi res under the jumpppppppppppp.
I wanted to try my hand at a standalone portrait of Crowley before I jump back into what will inevitably be another Aziracrow portrait---I'm thinking 1920s theme. Flapper Crowley & Aziraphale? But that's for another time.
I wanted to try grey scale under-painting in digital art. A success, I hope? I'm pretty happy with the portrait (for now, give it a week and I'll hate everything about this painting, happens every time!)
I struggled a bit on the eyes in this piece. I normally paint straight color to canvas, so I have a method to my madness with painting eyes. Not so, here! This was new territory. I'm not 100% satisfied, but that just means I need more practice.
ALSO, GOLGOTHA HAIR WITH A BRAID WHAT WHAAAAAT
And because I learned how to paint snake scales for the last portrait, I decide to reprise that theme and torture myself again keep practicing them, this time with iridescence. I wanted to keep the scales low-key, though, almost as if they're just emerging or maybe the viewer caught a momentary glimpse of scales through the veil to an ethereal occult plane. Additionally, I wanted some good creepy claw hands with long fingernails (big fan of creepy, me) for a proper demonic manicure.
About: All digital, all Photoshop. Orig. 7200 x 5400 px. ~1 week of off-and-on painting. Title is taken from Reptile by Nine Inch Nails because I guess I'm still naming art after 30 year old albums? Is this a thing I do, now?
...and if so, can you imagine what I'll have to draw to use lyrics from Hurt in the title?
