Hey remember in the last post where I said my period was super light and there were no cramps? Yeah we’re back to how my periods were before. You ever cry in the back of your work bc your organ is ripping itself apart from the inside? I have. Would not recommend.

HOWEVER!!! However, I do have good news:D I’m starting to grow hair on my stomach!!! And chest!!!! It’s currently suuuuper short and thin but seeing where it’s all growing I’m gonna be SO hairy come spring/summer I cannot wait>:DD There’s even like three hairs that ARE super long and thick and dark and I can’t wait until they all look like that:DD

And now onto the obligatory Shit My Parents Get Up To portion, they suggested I live in a sundown town to save up money. Not joking. My grandma lives and works out west (like an hour and a half from here) and she has a spare bedroom I could rent once I saved enough money working out there and my mom’s been trying to talk me into going. But ya know, I’m Trans. and Mexican. and Pagan. Not things you wanna be in a gd SUNDOWN TOWN!!!! And this is after I got a job, I haven’t even gotten my first paycheck here what the hell are these people talking ab???? I’m gonna get a second job then get the hell out of here what the hell man.

So apparently last year the National Park Service in the US dropped an over 1200 page study of LGBTQ American History as part of their Who We Are program which includes studies on African-American history, Latino history, and Indigenous history. 

Like. This is awesome. But also it feels very surreal that maybe one of the most comprehensive examinations of LGBTQ history in America (it covers sports! art! race! historical sites! health! cities!) was just casually done by the parks service. 

Reminder that famous conservative figures are con artists. “Alpha male" influencers like Andrew Tate deliberately isolate you and exploit your loneliness for profit. They teach men ideals that make them repulsive to women, and then sell them "solutions" to make women like them, which obviously fail. Andrew Tate doesn't want you to become a "sigma male", he wants you lonely and miserable because that's when you're most dependent on him. Conservative influencers take advantage of ignorance and loneliness, and this is the end result.

Keep your messaging simple:

“Trump fired everyone in charge of airplane safety, and a week later planes started crashing into each other.”

That’s it. That’s the messaging. Don’t get bogged down disputing Trump’s false claims. Just blame him, in short and repeatable sentences.

Update! Luigi's Attorney Dickey confirms that his "outburst" where he tells the cameras that this is unjust, was because he was never read his miranda rights and was under the impression at that time that he was being denied the right to a fair trial, an attorney, or any legal representation.

He is angry and terrified in that footage because they have failed to follow basic procedure to inform him that he has any rights at all. This is a major red flag of police corruption. This is UNACCEPTABLE and further means any interrogation they did of him is unlawful, and inadmissible in court.

I love Josh’s anti-classism so much. I grew up in a single parent household that didn’t have time/the ability to cook. I taught myself as an adult and ended up loving it. I cook with this stuff a lot. Shit, the RealLemon juice ends up in a lot of my cocktails. Sure, I like fancy ingredients when I can afford them and I have things I get picky about using - but I have bad hands, mincing garlic is painful as fuck. There’s a lot to be said for knowing how to work with what you have. Don’t shame people for trying, don’t shame people for feeding their families things that they enjoy.

Quietly losing my mind over the fact that Elon Musk has straight up orchestrated a coup of our executive branch and like....I don't even know what, if any, system we have in place to fix this. Like... He's just taken control of the money and locked out the actual appointed officials. What the fuck.
