So a free tool called GLAZE has been developed that allows artists to cloak their artwork so it can't be mimicked by AI art tools.
AI art bros are big mad about it.
Fun History Fact: The overwhelming majority of cowboys in the U.S. were Indigenous, Black, and/or Mexican persons. The omnipresent white cowboy is a Hollywood studio concoction meant to uphold the mythology of white masculinity.
Honestly, the most depressing thing about this entire Harry Potter fiasco is how telling it's been about people as a whole.
Like it's pretty fucked up to think that people would rather fight tooth and nail and come up with every single excuse and explanation and flimsy reasoning that they can think of so they can justify playing the shitty wizard game and giving money to the shitty TERF who actively wants trans people dead.
Like, the trans community went "Hey can you not play this mediocre wizard game that actively puts money in the pocket of a person who wants us dead, as well as endorses a franchise that'll continue to do that" and people's overwhelming response seems to be that they value their own nostalgia and apparent burning need to play the game over trans people's lives.
Can't wait for Rowling to brag a few months from now about how she's been putting all her recent income towards the 'Shoot Trans people in the streets' bill while everyone claims that it's not THEIR fault, THEY just wanted to play the funny wizard game
The fact that they casted Goldie Hawn to play her was also clearly a very thought through choice as she appears so cheerful and bubbly in the first minutes of her scenes (because of her characteristical smile and blonde hair)!!!
So glad someone else is talking about Nastya I loved her character
ok but how does no one remember nastya goncharov? plays violin and viola, katya and goncharov’s adopted daughter?!?
youd think more people would remember her, given that she sacrificed herself for katya - her MOTHER. - in the boat scene. and her death was the first time the ticking clock truly was brought into focus? iconic moment. i don’t usually cry when watching movies but when i heard the clock’s ticking reflect the song she was playing in the dinner party scene i was SOBBING.
sorry i just love nastya goncharov
by me:
Serpents under The Moon
Linked together,
arms times four, four friends
two lovers
linked together
(let's play a game)
under the night
(snakes?)
(or limbs?)
four arms intertwined,
hisses,
a greater power.
two lovers, one snitch
(let's play a game)
(which is which?)
did you watch goncharov when you were way too young and have your neural pathways permanently rewired or are you normal
