Hey y'all, my nephew was diagnosed with ADHD and autism. He's a little boy and his parents want to give him the best care they can. Folks with ADHD and/or autism, could you please provide suggestions, life tips, anything we should avoid? Stimming tips or ideas? We would love to know.
