Doctor X (1932) - dir. Michael Curtiz; 2-strip Technicolor photography by Ray Rennahan
1947 Catwoman drawing from last year :))) she was just SO cool in the golden age
Rip to whatever electro was going through in this scene but this was SUCH a killer fit
Two pieces in gouache - the left was a photo I found on pinterest and the right was a photo I took on my trip to St. Augustine, looking out at the ocean from a peephole in the Castillo de San Marcos :)
I am this 🤏 close to starting a perry mason related side blog. Dangerously close. I'm warning y'all 🫵
She’s thtuck
I've been practicing backgrounds over the last week, and this was originally a study of a photo I took in Maine last year. I looove the beach and water is so hard to paint lol but I'm getting better. I read the Emily Windsnap books a lot when I was younger.... I love them so much and I still read them EVERY time I go to the beach, they perfectly describe the feeling of the ocean and what it's like to go to the beach. The illustrations are just UGH THEY'RE SO GOOD and I want to EAT them. Also I wanted to be a mermaid really bad when I was a kid lmao. So yeah! I was orignally going to stick a random mermaid in here but I thought what the heck. emily :)
I'm designing an oc and I feel like I need to lean into the cringe a little. I'm just not cringe enough. I'm too afraid of peoples opinions. help
eepy....... I started this sketch two months ago when i finished Perry Mason but i forgot about it :/
uh. star wars character I never plan to use but wanted to make anyways. She's a former padawan who flunked the trials and was a mechanic for a bit, she's a nautolan/human hybrid. I used to be the most FORMIDABLE clone wars nerd, take my word for it <3
fyi I have more vintage batman villains in the works!! I'm planning on doing riddler, catwoman (redesign), ventriloquist maybe, poison ivy maybe, robin also maybe???? thoughts and suggestions welcome <3
