Here we go!

Predebut Era - Coffee Dates

I love this moment/implied moments because of how cute the whole situation is. First you have two trainees, Jongin who once was scared of Kyungsoo and Kyungsoo who at the time wasn’t sure why the Jongin was scared of him. Then you have Jongin forcing himself to drink coffee, something that he claims taste like poison, just because he wanted to ‘hang out’ with his hyung and show that he likes the same thing kyungsoo does to impress him. And lastly, the selfie. Kyungsoo’s face is really close to Jongin’s. In fact, his cheek is touching the upper part of Jongin’s cheek which is, when hugging (in this case back hugging) a common show of affection. Because it causes two people to get really close to each other with their faces, something most people are quite uncomfortable doing unless really close with the person, it causes the cheek-to-cheek hug to be more intimate and possibly affectionate.

Mama Era - Neck Rubbing

I really love this moment because of how chill everything about it is. First, we have Jongin rubbing Kyungsoo’s neck. He does it very casually, and he does it quite dominantly. And the neck is one of the most intimate places on your body. This is why when people hug (especially when apologizing), they snuggle their face to the neck to show a more intimate feeling. Touching the neck is also a way people comfort themselves, especially when they’re are nervous. Then we have Kyungsoo looking up at Jongin quite submissively (not in a sexual way but in a he’s simply giving into Jongin’s touch here). And he doesn’t do anything to push Jongin’s hand away, which is a common thing people do since they don’t like being touched on the neck (usually because it’s intimate or they feel threatened since that’s how you strangle people).  It’s all so intimate and natural, I adore this moment.

Growl/Wolf Era - The Eskimo Kiss

This moment dear lord. Everything about this sends warmth through my heart. I really wish there was another angle but I feel that this angle is regardless more impactful than any other could. You can visibly see the moment that kadi’s foreheads hit against each other. Then you notice their noses touching, which is very intruding to personal space. This is something closer than ‘close friends’. It’s truly something else. If there’s anything that defines Kadi it’s how happy they are when they are next to each other.

Miracles In December Era - Kadi back hug

I really love this gif a lot because usually Jongin back hugs Kyungsoo or he’s the one initiating the skinship but instead Kyungsoo does it. I like how instead of just back hugging him, Kyungsoo also pulls him back, closer to him. Then he looks at lay with some kind of look that I can’t really describe but this whole moment is just really cute.

Overdose Era - Jongin helping Soo

This moment happened during a performance of Moonlight. Jongin took the liberty to grab a chair and put it near the stage so that Kyungsoo could come down. This is moment that’s not really talked about and no it’s not something big but that small gesture was very cute. Plus it’s always nice to see Jongin helping Kyungsoo out rather than the other way around. (Thank you to yuhi-dusk for the gif <3)

Call Me Baby (Exodus) Era - Jongin almost hitting Kyungsoo

I couldn’t find the gifs nor the fancam of this moment so I had to link the video. If you fast forward to about 2:52-2:56, watch it but look at the right side of the screen. Then go back and pause at 2:53 so you know what I’m gonna talk about.

This moment is almost never talked about and I don’t know why. As we all know Jongin’s passion is dancing; he loves it more than anything and will continue to do it until he is physically unable to. I have seen many clips of Jongin fancams, or just videos of Jongin in general because I love his passion and his way of dance. He’s bumped into members before, he’s messed up before, he’s accidentally hit another member but he never stops; he laughs it off or he’ll continue dancing but he won’t stop. In this scenario though, he does. His arm almost hits Kyungsoo and if you still have the video paused you can see that Jongin doesn’t just stops his arm, his whole body freezes and he’s just standing there. 

In body language, your body freezing is a result of feeling shock (there’s more reasons but this one relates to Jongin in this situation the best). He became afraid of his own actions, shocked that he almost hit Kyungsoo and he noticed that immediately. In the videos I’ve seen, he always physically came in contact with the people but never stopped; yet here he never actually hits Kyungsoo yet he stops as if he hurt him. 

Sing For You Era - Kyungsoo tying Jongin’s Bow tie

So this isn’t exactly during sing for you era, rather a sing for you performance but hopefully you’ll accept it. Also, a lot of people have been asking me to do an analysis of this moment and even tho I am going to do a mini analysis here to describe why I love this moment, in the future at some point I might do a full kadi exordium analysis.

Anyway, I absolutely love this moment because of how domestic this is. In the gif set, you can see that Kyungsoo notices Jongin not being able to tie his ribbon. Then without Jongin asking too, Kyungsoo pushes his hands away and ties it himself. At no point does Jongin show discomfort or close offness, which many people do when someone is doing something they aren’t used to. The only gesture he does that shows this are his crossed legs but they were crossed way before Kyungsoo interacted with him (same goes for Kyungsoo). 

I’ve also noticed that when I see people tying someone else’s tie, they will always look around or move their head up to distract themselves from the person that’s really close to them. Couples though, often watch as their partner ties the tie, either watching their hands or watching the person’s face; they’re used to the person being close to them so they feel no oddness in the gesture. 

Then finally in the last gif of the set, Kyungsoo finishes and he strokes Jongin’s chest. This is done a lot to smooth out a tie; you’ll often see it on tv how the wife finishes and straightens out the tie so it doesn’t look wrinkly. Kyungsoo does the same. He straightens the legs of the bow tie. It’s not the best bow tie haha, but the whole moment is domestic and natural, which is more important. 

P.S I am in no way calling Kyungsoo a female nor that he is the women of the relationship.

Ex’Act Era - Kadi’s Reaction to Jagi word play

This moment happened at the ex’act album showcase. I both hate and love this moment. I hate it because I can’t stand see Kyungsoo’s reaction, how my child (yes he is my child) is so visibly upset. I also hate it because it really breaks my heart that they had use Kadi’s Jagi moment against them in attempts to make saying ‘Jagi’ between friends normal (which it is not). 

Now I love this moment because it indirectly confirms Jagi which indirectly confirms kadi. If Jongin didn’t call Kyungsoo jagi during that May concert, they both wouldn’t have reacted this way. If Kadi didn’t call each other jagi, they wouldn’t have reacted this way. But guess what? They did. Now I already made a whole analysis of this so you I won’t go into full detail as to why their reactions confirm Jagi. 

Well there you have it!! My favorite kadi era moments. I made this so you guys could have a little something since I’ve delayed the big analysis and have given you guys nothing for waiting so long (I feel like Frank Ocean haha). I hope you enjoyed this and I will be posted a couple more things to keep you guys entertained(?) while I keep working on the other analysis.

Truth behind Asian Media & Entertainment companies

First of all, I decided to be anonymous because of course, I don’t want to lose my job. Any people I know in real life might find me in no time, so I don’t want to take the risk. I will be stating some examples, I’ll try to be less specific as possible so I wouldn’t give in the identity of the artists I’ll be talking about. Anyway, if ever I don’t make any sense explaining things, I apologize because English is not my first language. 

Second, why am I writing this? I’ve been seeing indirect arguments between some Kaisoo shippers and some Kaistal shippers regarding SM Entertainment, etc. I will have to be honest here: it kind of annoys me when some people drop statements about Asian media as if they know everything about it. Also, I feel really bad for the people who are manipulated. So, I decided to reveal what I know. But I wouldn’t be shocked if there are still people who will chose not to believe in what I have to say, so, I’m not here to force you to believe. I just wanted to share some truth behind BIG entertainment and media companies like SMent. (I emphasized BIG because not every companies does this because of the risks & because they’re not powerful enough like the BIG ones). I want you to be open minded about this, I don’t want everyone to be totally fooled. 

Third, yes, I’m a fan of EXO, SNSD, f(x) and Shinee. They’re the only groups I thoroughly followed since the beginning. But I will not state who my biases are and who do I ship because it doesn’t matter, I will not be biased on my statements. I will be stating facts from real life experiences I have from studying and working in Asian media & entertainment industry. I won’t be on Kaisoo shippers’ side, nor Kaistal shippers’ side.   

Lastly, I don’t work for SM Entertainment or any entertainment companies in South Korea. I work for a big media and entertainment company somewhere in Far East Asia (East and Southeast Asia, I’m sorry I don’t want to be very specific about this for obvious reasons). I’m not going to claim that everything I’m going to say about media companies are 100% evident and true in SM, but everything I’m going to say is a common practice among media and entertainment companies in East and Southeast Asia.

I will answer questions/arguments/assumptions that frequently come up because of the Baekyeon & Kaistal issue and this insider info in 2012. This is just an eye-opener for those who are not familiar w/ how the media & entertainment industry in Asia works. My purpose is to let you guys be aware of some of our practices, I don’t intend on going against any companies and any people. 

Is everything scripted? What they say on interviews are scripted?

Not all the time. Expected and general questions are usually half scripted, half scripted because we only say the gist of what they have to say, we don’t require them to memorize everything, of course. This is for PR purposes, it’s for their image and the image of the company. The artists know it anyway, that they have to keep their reputation good no matter what. Also, it’s the company’s decision if the artist will have to keep quiet about a certain topic.  

Are artists really packaged? Aren’t they showing their true personalities?

Not all the time. We only do this to artists who are considered important for the company, or the company’s favorites. One example is this actor-singer under our company, we debuted him with a manly image, a lady’s man type (because he really is handsome & looks manly). But in real life, he’s actually gay. There were scandals about him being gay because he was caught two times (he’s so stubborn about going out at night, I’ll talk about this later), 1st: w/ another actor from the same company, 2nd: w/ a male singer from the same company, but our company remained silent about it (it’s actually a strategy as well, keeping silent about a scandal, because if we refrain from talking about it, then people will forget eventually). So the company continued on giving him projects as if no scandal has ever happened. The journalist who reported both incidents later apologized in public, she/he received a lot of hate actually because the public really loves this guy whom they truly believe is straight. There is also this one singer whom we debuted as a “sexy-type” lady. But she’s actually the girly and shy type in real life.  

Are artists really paired beforehand? 

Again, not all the time because we only do this to important and favorite artists of the company. We choose those who look physically good together. Actually, there’s a certain pair that has no chemistry at all in real life, like they don’t even care about each other (but they became friends eventually since they’re always together). They each have their own private romantic relationships w/ non-celebs, but since they look physically good together, they were paired. So our company reported & confirmed that they are dating in real life (I’ll talk about fake dating later). But fans saw the guy with another girl recently (even took a picture), but the company remained silent about it, as always. Probably soon, they will release a statement that “they’re only friends” if the issue is still alive for a long time. BUT! There are paired artists who eventually started real romantic relationships because they actually fell in love. Like this dancer couple (who got married) and these two singers (who, sadly, broke up). ALSO, there are a few real relationships whom we took advantage of IF and only IF they are famous & are loved by fans as a couple (this is kind of rare though).  

Is fake dating really a thing/marketing strategy?

Yes. If we learned that a lot of people loves seeing them together, then we will show what the public wants to see. But we mostly do this to create hype for both artists & their future activities, and of course, the profit that the company can get from it. But what if the public suddenly doesn’t want to see them together? How about the fans who would be brokenhearted? This will be bad for both artists! Honestly and unfortunately, the company doesn’t care. It’s true that we consider all publicity as good publicity. We actually have this phrase: success from scandal. After the scandal (any kind of scandal actually) arose, we will not bring that up ever again. We’ll continue giving the artist their activities to still promote them, & proceed as if nothing happened. This is very effective actually. Anyway, I saw someone said that why would they do this to get attention, they’re already famous! Because we only use the “reporting/confirming a fake relationship strategy” for artists who are already famous. We will never get the attention we want if we suddenly report that there are two not-so-famous artists dating.

Do entertainment companies have control over what other media reports?

Yes. But only those big, influential & powerful companies can do that, especially those who have partnership w/ other media companies. Those who have the money. Even the government and powerful politicians can control what the media reports. Media practitioners actually have this code of ethics like others have, but there are still people who chose not to follow (journalists who accept bribes!!!). But that’s a different story. You know, money is such a powerful thing. You can’t underestimate money when it comes to businesses. 

Does the company have control over everything involving the artist?

Basically yes, since the artist have to ask permission before doing anything that the company didn’t ask them to do. Like, even if the artist has free time, they still have to ask for permission if they can have a vacation on a certain place, or if they can hang out with this person. There are artists who are stubborn about asking for permissions actually, they sneak in and do what they want. Because of their stubbornness, scandals may arise (it happened for a few artists actually, like what I mentioned earlier). If that artist is very important for the company, we will still keep him/her even if he/she is very stubborn. But of course, we will warn him/her, but we will offer some benefits for them to obey and stay w/ the company. If the artist is not so important, we will have to ask him/her the question: “this or the company/contract/career”. So yeah, company favorites are pretty much treated very differently than the others. 

In conclusion: here’s a famous saying, “truth is stranger than fiction”, w/c is true in so many different cases. Remember that NOT EVERYTHING shown is TRUE especially about celebrities who are under a contract w/ very big companies and agencies. We will never fully know every truth about these artists, especially their true feelings, personalities, relationships, sexuality, and their private lives. As for Baekyeon & Kaistal and others, since the insider info was posted in 2012 and what stated there are actually practiced in the entertainment industry, there’s a high probability that the couples are fake. There’s also a possibility that they’re real and SM just took advantage of it, but it’s less likely. BUT, we will never know if they actually felt something for each other or not. Maybe they did fell in love w/ each other, or they actually have other romantic relationships that the public doesn’t know. Or they’re actually single. Who knows. There are many possibilities but they only know the truth themselves, of course. 

Once again, I have nothing against SM, any people, any ships. The sole purpose of this is to be an eye opener for those who are not familiar w/ the media & ent industry in Asia. I am not claiming that everything I said are 100% evident and true in SM Ent, but everything I said is a common practice in Asia, and is true in my country and our company. What I said is true & are based on my experiences. I didn’t include links, pictures, other proofs because I don’t want to give in my identity, my nationality, and the company I work in. I’m a lazy but busy person, I wouldn’t waste my free time writing this if they were all lies. But I know that there are still people who will chose not to believe, but who am I to force you? Just remember this: the media and entertainment industry is very manipulative, DON’T let media control and fool you. There are many studies, research, and theories regarding the media and its effects on the public (when I was in college, we memorized a lot of theories regarding media and its effects, just search about it if you’re interested, you’ll understand media even more!). And even though media has negative effects on the public, they will still continue with their doings. Because it’s business. It’s the industry. It involves money. 

So yeah, in general, don’t be fooled. Also, there’s nothing wrong w/ questioning the media because you have the right anyway (because remember? media claims to “serve” the public, entertainment companies claim to “do this for the people”).

Lay bothers Kaisoo?

This happened at the The EXO'luXion of 2015/2016 (I don’t know the exact date)

In his ment, Lay was talking about the cold. Then he said this: 

When it’s cold, your boyfriend can keep you warm like this. The funny thing here is Kyungsoo’s face, I don’t know if he was surprised that Lay did that or that he “represented” it that way.

Then he turns to Kai and asks: 

How could you do that, hyung? Kai just looks down and looks somewhat serious.

We know what Lay is like, it is transparent to what his eyes see and shows. This is one of those cases.

My theory is that from seeing Kaisoo love each other (bc are their members and know they are together), he takes it as a reference to let fans know how their boyfriends have to hug them so they don’t feel cold.

This is very funny, many times the members do not want to expose the relationship (more than Kaisoo already does), but such things make everything more suspicious.

Call Me Baby era Kaisoo incident

For this I will star quoting kaisoology

“As we all know Jongin’s passion is dancing; he loves it more than anything and will continue to do it until he is physically unable to.” 

I think we are all aware of the passion that Kai have for dancing, it´s nothing new, if you check out any fancy of him you will se how focus he is while dancing. But back in the Call Me Baby era, on this specific presentation, Kai almost hits Kyungsoo with his arm as you can se in the next gif:

As you can see, he did´t actually hit Kyungsoo, Kyungsoo moved fast so he could dodge Kai’s arm. What is interesting about this is that, even Kai didi’t hit Kyungsoo, he was shocked because he almost did it, here is another gif so you can see what I am saying

He just stay still for a second, but his WHOLE body stop, he stopped and stare at Kyungsoo to see if he is okay. Now, let me ask you something, have you ever see Kai stop while dancing for any reason? NO he never stop if he is dancing, because why in the world would he do that? 

Now, if you are thinking “Well baby it’s part of the choreography, maybe in this exact moment he stop because it’s part of the choreography.” Well, you are wrong. First of all, ase you can see, he is the only one that stopped in this exact moment. Still no believe me? here is a Kai’s fancam of the same song at the exact moment:

I think Jongin is the kind of person that worries about people he love like his boyfriend it’s not shocking to me to see his reaction when he thought he hit D.O, this proves how much he cares about him.

[Analysis] Kaisoo Eng*gement / W*dding 2: Trip to Hawaii

This is the second and last (for the moment, until something else comes out) part of this topic.

I will explain why I think they took this great step, which shows that they are a very solid and mature couple.

* The previous post dealt with your marriage.

2017: Eng*gement

When a couple gets eng*ged, it shows a lot and that’s what I saw in them. They showed us infinite happiness being together.

Earlier that year, they were calm and showing support (we know they couldn’t be very obvious because at the time, Jongin was in a relationship) 

As the months went by, both matured and it was very noticeable in the Kokobop and Power era. 

For the month of June, Kai was no longer with a partner, so he was “free” and the day before we noticed how much he had expected that moment. Also at that time Kyungsoo was filming his drama.

That was a small count for what is coming now.

In the month of October, Chuseok is celebrated: a great festival of the harvest and festivity that extends for three days in Korea that celebrates the fifteenth day of the eighth month of the lunar calendar.

This is a theory about Kaisoo traveling to Hawaii for this holiday. @ameliasooyah explained to me about how they went on a trip without being discovered.

On October 3, Kai went by bus and traveled by train to that place. Kyungsoo was filming near Busan. Jongin was seen by people and stayed in a small restaurant. He walked with his phone at all times, as if waiting for Kyungsoo to finish his filming.

After waiting for him, they were able to leave in Kyungsoo’s car (in a manager’s company) along with their luggage, to Busan airport without anyone seeing them.

As a curious fact, Busan airport is more private than many airports that are in Seoul, so they could have gone millions of times (yes, they travel a lot even if it doesn’t seem like it)

On October 4 (at dawn) all of Busan happened, because Tap’s Kyungsoo teacher hung that picture on October 7 and Sehun hung the picture of Kyungsoo eating with him on October 8 but with the same clothes, which It means it was taken on October 7 but Sehun posted it 1 day later.

Then on October 4 they were already in Hawaii, during those 3 days in Hawaii, there was no news of Kyungsoo. There was only news on October 8 for the photo taken with Sehun. Now, we will analyze all the photos 😏

These photos may belong to October 4 or 5.

At first I thought they were alone (without Jongin’s family), but in this picture there is a blonde woman taking the picture and obviously not Kyungsoo. So Jongin’s family may have traveled before Jongin traveled with Kyungsoo.

The photos of the parachute if I think they are from Kaisoo. I zoomed in and you see two people: one bigger and the other smaller.

Let’s move on to the photos of October 6

Stop, how do you know it’s October 6?

I have a metadata program that reveals to me when the photos were taken. In this case, these are the photos that were taken on October 6, 9 and 10.

In the first photo, I noticed something. It is not seen because the glass opaque it, but if we raise all the brightness it may be seen.

There are some legs in the photo, the special thing here is that they don’t seem to be female. It could not be a skirt (it is very close to the body) so I think they are shorts. 

Kyungsoo has curved and skinny legs (so it’s easy to get confused) look at his legs

Then there are the night photos with fireworks. He was enjoying a great moment with Kyungsoo and his family. But in the photos with the costumes, they were alone. There is no trace of his family (his nephews with so many costumes could be with him) I think after that, his family left him alone with Kyungsoo (because he knew he would have to go to Korea later, for his Tap lessons) <3

These are some photos from October 7, 8, 9 and 10, he enjoyed his family and nephews even more. Kyungsoo was gone because he had Tap classes on the 7th in Korea (the same day Sehun ate with him and hung the picture on October 8) 

Another curious fact is about the sack that takes October 3 looks like the one in this photo, will they be the same?

On the clock of this photo, I could not say that it is Kyungsoo. Since by this time it was possibly 7 to 10, Kyungsoo was already in Korea. For what could have been her sister’s husband.

This post has been long, but I hope you have clarified doubts. No doubt this is one of the trips that has more meaning for them. Having spent many things and then celebrating because his love is stronger than any obstacle 💞

Basically he Babied him like How OP who watched Exos Ladder unseen cuts from Exo Ladder 3. She said he called him "My Baby" !!! And it was cute she said.

That added to Ji hyping every Ksoo's move in all Ladder 2 and 3, and complimenting everything Ksoo does! I'm Ladder 3 remember when once Ji heard One of the member say that Ksoo cut the sandwiches Ji didn't hear well and proceeded to say "Ksoo made the sandwiches? Ksoo hyung is so good at cooking" but then Ksoo cut him off saying he didn't cook them he just cut them!

We love a supportive Hubby.

Add that to Ji babying Ksoo and blowing him a kiss out of the blue for no fucking reason in the middle of the show in front of dozens of cameras and dozens of people and with the members there in front of their salads 🤌🏻 Shameless Smitten BF 🤦🏻‍♀️🤌🏻🙏🏻
