If i think about it too long I start to get emotional, but I love how in Splat 3 there seems to be more octarian influence when it comes to the surroundings, especially the technology.

I mean, Think about it. Splatsville has kettles now! We have flying respawn machines! The splatfest floats too! All of this was tech previously only found in Octo Valley/Canyon, and now its so well integrated, pretty much everywhere you look in the overworld has traces of it.

Horror and its sister genres are pretty interesting from a standpoint of healthy consumption, because they’re the only genres I can think of that require aftercare.

Not only do you need to be in the right headspace to consume it, but you can’t go overboard with it no matter how fun it feels in the moment, and you really need to know when to take a step back and watch/read/play/talk about something lighter. And if you don’t practice safety with the genre, you risk genuinely hurting yourself.

I tend to liken Horror Communities to Kink Communities in their functionality for a lot of reasons, but this is a pretty interesting manifestation of that that I’ve never really seen people bring up before. Horror’s my favorite genre, and it means the world to me, but knowing when to take a breather is incredibly important to one’s health and experience of it.

Hey there! I hate to be the bringer of bad news, but bumpkarrie is Tamie Wilcox, a known scammer who is stealing a legitimate gofundme and trying to pose as the family member when they aren’t. Evidence can be located by searching up the username and the PayPal name in Google with ‘scam’ added on. It will list several past alerts for name. Also, the blog is very new and spamming asks, and nothing donated will go towards what they claim. An alert has been posted on kyra45 that links to the real fundraiser!
