Today I made this project, basically a DS3231 Real Time Clock conected to a microcontroller wich reads the data and displays it in a LCD screen. Now the goal is to edit the code to add the option of selecting a time of the day to activate a port so it can be used as an alarm clock or activate a device at a specific time, my idea is to use it to wire it to a motor so it rotates the window blinds in my room.
So I started playing Crossout, a post-apocaliptyc MMO game that consists on the construction of cars to battle other players.
The game looks good, is easy to control and very intuitive, the battles are fast paced and quick. Enjoying it very much.
Right now I can only think in two things: physics and the apocalyptic winter of The Long Dark.
@vampireapologist Oh well, “ Earth Abides“ when it starts everything kind of had already happened so it goes more for the community building style, being a more calm post-apocalyptic novel.
What genre do you prefer then?
Do you like the apocalyptic novel genre? some time ago you recommended "Bones of faerie" and I think another one
Actually, I kind of hate it, haha! Not that it’s bad or anything! The stories just stress me out!! I was melancholy for days after finishing Bones of Faerie, even though it was excellent! The only reason I recommended “Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet” is that it takes place thousands of years after the apocalypse, and the conflict is different.
But yeah, I can’t really indulge in much “end times” stuff, because it freaks me out!
