Okay being super vulnerable by sharing this but this is my weight loss so far. I’m 5’4” and this is from 208.4 to my current weigh in of 152.8

I’m not where I want to be yet but I’ve made so much progress.

**Edit: the pictures in the purple were taken 4/22/22 and the pictures in the orange were taken 9/18/23 so this is well over a year. I was also postpartum

Would anyone be interested in seeing progress pics from my weight loss? I started at 208.4 and am currently 152.8. Still nowhere near my goal but I’ve made so much progress.

The reason for such an odd number is the heaviest I weighed in was 208.4 and that was after I gave birth so I want to lose a round number like 80lbs or 90lbs

Okay I want y’all’s opinions…

I am 5’4” and I had originally set my goal weight to be 128 but now I am thinking 118? Because in reality 128 is basically 130 and I want to be in the 20s so maybe 118? Is that too low for someone my size? Which should be my goal?

Ehh, I’m not a big fan of meanspo to be honest. As much as I want to change my body, I’m in one of the best mental states of my life and I think I have a pretty good grip on my weight loss so I think I’ll pass for now.

Until I reach my next weight goal I am going to only eat the amount of calories that I burn. I weighed in this morning so I will post daily weigh ins until then and we’ll see how long it takes

Next goal is 148.4

9/10: 160.0

9/11: 157.4

9/12: 154.6 & I got my period today 🙄

Okay starting this again tomorrow until I hit 150 or maybe 148.4 (that’ll be a total of 60lb down)

Goal is to get there by my birthday which is October 1st!! Last weigh in was 157.8 so I think it’s doable! Wish me luck

So I’ve been counting calories again and staying really physically active and this is my weight loss from the last couple weeks. I don’t weigh in every day just whenever I feel like it.

5/27: 166.4

6/2: 164.8

Total lost in 18 days: 12.0lbs

Total weight loss since starting: 43.6lbs

Your eating disorder gets you tiktok followers calling you brave, mine gets me an intervention.

Your doctor tells you to lose weight? Shocking ! My doctor calls a van to take me away.

You n’t get hired because you’re fat? I’m getting sued for time theft when I was involuntary sectioned and missed work.

When your favorite celebrities embrace being obese they’re praised, ours are called bad rolemodels and criticized.

You eating yourself to death is praised as self love, us starving ourselves is called self hate.

Tess holiday being on the cover a magazine isn’t glorifying obesity that’s obsurd!!! But Kate moss being on the cover is promoting eating disorders.

You’re just as fucked up as us.
