Summer is the perfect time to revitalize your fitness routine and enjoy the great outdoors. Rules
No overconsumption during the challenge.
No checking the 3D. Period.
Mental diet, aka no affirming against your desires at all.
Don't focus on any resistance, don't try to argue with it or "fix it" just affirm.
The show must go on, affirm anyway.

Robotic affirmations are affirmations that are repeated without feeling. It doesn't matter how you feel when you do them.
You can do other things while affirming you do not just have to sit there. Go throughout your routine, do chores, whatever you want.
I like writing down vaunts in a journal like I'm writing in my diary.
Vaunting is just thinking as if you're bragging to someone about your desire.
Example:
Oh my god my hair is SO shiny. How did it even get that shiny? Wow my hair is probably the shiniest ever.

If you struggle with dark circles, don't try fixing them through skincare. Most likely, the problem comes from your diet or stress.
Dry brushing is a game-changer!!
Use lotion after every shower and apply a body spray before the lotion is fully absorbed into your skin. You'll smell amazing for DAYS.
Don't try homemade skincare if you already struggle with your skin. I learned it the hard way, lol…
WASH YOUR MAKEUP BRUSHES
Hair
The more heat you use, the more damage you'll have.
SILK PILLOWCASES
Never sleep with wet or damp hair.
Stop buying cheap shampoo and conditioner, also make sure to check the ingredients!!
Some ingredients to avoid: Sulfates, Parabens, Polyethene Glycols, Triclosan, Formaldehyde, Synthetic Fragrances and Colors, Dimethicone, Retinyl Palmitate.
I trim my hair every 3 months.
If you have damaged hair, invest in some Olaplex!! my favourites are N4c, N6 and N7. <3
Diet
green juice actually makes you feel better. I make mine at home and LOVE it :)
Balance is key!! I swear by the 80/20 rule.
Drink more water, even if you think you're drinking enough. DRINK MORE
Keto is BS <3
Focus on eating more protein. Usually, low-fat products have more protein, so I just try to buy those, lol.
I eat gluten-free, not by choice… But it did clear my acne, so…
Take supplements, get a blood test done, discuss it with a doctor and start taking whatever they recommend. GAME CHANGER.
EAT MORE VEGETABLES and fruits.
Lifestyle
Focus on being more active, walk more, workout, join a club or sport, dance, whatever works for you!!
I aim for 10K steps, I live in a big city, so I usually walk more than that but still.
Hobbies that don't include screen time. Trust me.
Find your personal style and ALWAYS dress up. <3
TREAT YOURSELF. Buy yourself flowers, and presents, go to your favourite restaurants, vacations!!
Read more. As a classics lover, I can't imagine a life without literature, but even if you don't like classics, any book is better than no book!!
Take more pictures. I've noticed that I have become a lot more present since I've started taking more pictures!! highly recommend :)
I hate to say this, but getting up earlier is lowkey kinda great... been doing it for a few weeks, and unfortunately, I do feel better... they were right...

do ur shadow work, journalling, meditation ALL OF THAT. do the necessary steps to heal and start ur healing journey if you haven't already. water urself so that u can grow like the beautiful flower you are. confront ur past and dont let ur past control ur future.
TAKE UR TIME ;
dont constrain urself and dont be in a rush all the time. luxury is the leisure to do what u want at ur own pace. dedicate time for relaxation and remind urself that theres no need to rush! ur in the race but you've already won ✨

i found that my femininity was strengthened when i allowed myself to express and be creative. doing things like dancing, song writing, journalling, keeping a blog etc has just been so good for my girlyness as a whole.

Hi girlies🐩💗 So yesterday i was incredibly lazy and unproductive and pathetic. I didn’t do any work and i was mostly on the screens. The worst part about it is that it was unintentional. Meaning that if it was planned as a “off day” bc i did a bunch of work that week, it would be fine. But it wasn’t planned. And it felt utterly horrible.
So i decided to take control of my life because i have no one to blame but MYSELF. I am in complete control of myself so now i am going to use that to my best advantage. It’s time to…
✨prioritise what matters✨
This is a step-by-step guide to how to prioritise what actually matters to you and then acting on it. So without further ado, lettuce(random pun sorry) begin :)
What’s important to you in life? Is it being online and scrolling on your phone all day? Or is it getting good grades, staying healthy and happy? What is it? Identify this first.
For me, its:
Time with loved ones
Enough sleep
Good grades + being smart & educated
Looking and feeling good + taking care of myself
Having hobbies & skills
God
This is the first step to learning how to prioritising things. It’s not about doing a bunch of hard work for something that you dont even care about, it’s so that you can do a bunch of hard work for something you do care about, so you’re working towards a goal.
So now that you know whats really important and what matters to you (aka your goals), create some bullet points/ things you can do to achieve those goals.
For example;
Goal: spending more time with loved ones
Spend time with my sibling
Talk more to my parents
Call grandma / friends
Goal: getting high grades + being smart & educated
Study study study. Study for tests at least a week in advance
Read a lot. Not just what you normally read, read outside your comfort zone! (So for me this would be history, classics, arts & fashion, etc.)
Listen to podcasts about different things
Goal: feeling & looking good + taking care of myself
Wash hair 2x a week
Skincare
Pamper yourself + self care days
Exercise
Going outside/ walking
Posture!! (Calling YOU out)
Once you know these mini goals/ habits/ steps you need to take, then its time for the most important part:
Execution.
Doing all this, is completely USELESS if you don’t apply it to your life. So now it’s time to actually do it.
“B-b-but i dont have time!”
Um okay.. but you have time for scrolling? Use this thing i once heard called “time stealing”.
Whenever you catch yourself scrolling or doing something unintentionally unproductive, then stop yourself and use that time instead on doing something that moves you towards your goal.
Having the steps you can take to reach those goals written down somewhere means that whenever you feel bored or need something productive to do, you have those things to go to!

Reading. Reading. Reading. Being well-read is so valuable!! Get cosy, pick up a Jane Austen, Emily Brontë, or maybe a Charles Dickens and spend some of your free time indulging in literature. <3
Soft-spoken and kind expressions. No one likes being around rude people. Being a bitch doesn’t make you look confident. Instead, be kind, make conversation, pay attention, engage, etc… trust me.
Dainty jewellery. Find some high-quality signature pieces.
Think before you speak. Take a moment to reflect on your thoughts so you can speak confidently and with intent without stumbling over your words!! <3
Quality over quantity. Stop buying large amounts of cheap clothing; instead, save up and invest in higher-quality pieces that will actually last you. :)
Practice your handwriting. Having pretty and neat handwriting is a lovely little detail; extra points if you write in cursive. ;)
Drop the tiktok slag. “sticking out your gyat for the rizzler”… just stop, please.
Keep to yourself. Small circle, no bragging, gossips only with the closest, keep your plans to yourself.
Watch your posture. Straighten that back, honey. I see you. :))

most people hate on others and say nasty things about others because they feel bad about themselves.┊ so what are they insulting you about? your looks, your intelligence, your personality, what is it? remember that "everything someone is insulting you about with no reason- that is something that they are insecure about with themselves." when someone says something to you, understand that it's just a reflection of themselves. and then just pity them and leave bc u dont need that kind of negative energy around you baby💅
"when you know who you are without this person, no one can shake or rock your boat! your boat has to be stable first." you need to learn to be so stable and secure in yourself that whatever comes in, it cannot affect you in anyway! if someone comes up to you and says "you're purple" would you take it seriously? no ofc not!! you may even laugh in their face because you know that you're not purple so whatever anyone says- it does not affect you. so those insults would go 1 ear in, and through the other ear out.
when you allow someone to talk down at you for the first time, then it wont stop. they will just keep going on and it will only get worse down the line. "toxic people dont get nicer down the line." so once you tell them to stop and they continue, that is officially disrespecting me. you can leave, cut them out of your life.

so many times we're constantly thinking 'how can we make this person happy' , 'what does this person want' , etc etc. but what about you honey? what do you want out of life, out of your relationships, etc.? genuinely, they should actually feel BLESSED to be in the same room as you, to breathe the same air as you. and here you're letting people come and talk down on you? like are you serious? PROTECT YOURSELF.
people who you surround you with, they should make you feel like the king/ queen of earth! they are meant to hype you up! they should tell you that you're amazing and beautiful! because if you don't then theres no benefit. why be with icky toxic people when you can be with people who will love you the way you love them? "im too pretty to accept this behaviour".
its time you stop saying stuff like "im gonna leave if you continue doing this" , "i will do this... i will do that.." no. just leave. you've said it once and they continued? shut up and leave.
start to create your exit plan. i understand that for some people, they arent able to just leave because of problems related to money, health, knowledge, a community etc. so thats why you need to start creating an exit plan.
if its money you need then start thinking: how can i get money? what job? how can i save up to live on my own? if its friends so you don't feel lonely: how can i make friends? can i join a club or a community with people like me? how can i start to meet new people? if its knowledge so you understand more about it: how can i start to educate myself about this? can i go to a library and find a book on this? can i search it up online? is there anyone else who's been through the same think and i can take advice from them?
sometimes a loss is a gain. if people in your life right now have been disrespecting you and now they've left or you've left, thats a gain!! looking back the people i was friends with before- i needed them so i could grow and gain knowledge. and when they stopped being a significant part of my life, that was a gain. "it wasnt a loss, it was a lesson"
you're always there for others. always listening to them about their problems, always trying to help them out, make them feel appreciated and included, but what about you? you, my sweet princess are so gentle and kind to others, are so considerate and uplifting with others, you are perfect, or at least you aim to be. but honey, what about you? you give and give and give so much love and appreciation to people in your life, but yet you dont give it to yourself? what kind of crusty musty dusty behaviour is this? it is not arrogant or rude to love yourself the same way you love others. i promise you, it is not. and if the people around you currently can't understand that, then i promise you that one day you will find someone who will.

My fav healthy meals/snacks for cravings🥗🥦🥥
These aren’t necessarily the healthiest meals but you can’t just eat chicken and broccoli your whole life so here are some of my favorite things to eat when I have a cravings.🥗🥥🤍🫶🏻
Drinks. I am the kinda girl that I need a beverage in my hand I do drink a lot of water but I also like fun drinks.
Smoothies (wide variety of flavors and with the right protein powder they can taste like a milkshake.
Matcha (I drink this when I want caffeine but know too much won’t help)
Kombucha (acquired taste but very good if you have a stomachache)
Sparkling water (gives that soda feel)
Water flavorers ( I like the crystallite ones they are low calorie and very good)
Snacks and meals
Dark chocolate covered fruit
Greek yogurt fruit and maple syrup (depending on how much fruit and yogurt this can be a meal or a snack it also is high in protein)
Chia seed pudding (I do 2tbsp of chia seed to a half cup of milk then I add a splash of vanilla and maple syrup tastes amazing)
Sweet potato fries in an air fryer (I prefer sweet potato but you can use regular potatoes too)
Toast with avocado and eggs
Frozen fruit with honey for a cold summer treat.
Pickles ( I am a pickle girl I love them so much)
Hummus on veggies
Really dark chocolate ( like 80% and up eat a piece when you have a craving it takes that craving away immediately great for pms)

I have noticed how the most popular IT girls have healthy , clear and glass skin . For example : Song Jia, Jang Wonyoung , Jennie etc . They all have clear skin. Try to visit a dermatologist, get to know your skin type and develop a skin care routine which suits you. Get enough sleep , stay hydrated , don't touch your face with dirty hands & don't pick your pimples .
2)Workout
Wonyoung , Song Jia & Jennie take great care of their bodies . You must have seen Jennie's instagram posts , she is consistent & practices pilates daily. Song Jia got alot of hate for the stupid fake clothes scandal and she still gets hate till now but she doesn't allow it to affect her anymore. She is just busy in improving herself & her life. She doesn't let hate get to her. Wonyoung , Karina, nayeon etc they all get hate for just breathing but they don't let the negativity get to them . Stop seeking validation from others and don't care about their opinions . Most of the time we get hate when we have done nothing wrong , it's better to realize our worth at that time & know that people often project their own insecurity on others .
