stop trying to make your draft perfect on the first try. your characters don’t care. your plot doesn’t care. even the imaginary readers in your head don’t care because they don’t exist yet. just write the terrible version. write the cringey dialogue and the scenes that go nowhere and the metaphors so bad they make you cringe into next week. because guess what? you can’t edit a blank page, but you can edit a hot mess. embrace it.
I have since made it to level 40. Unlocked Nightborne.
I am *very exicted.* Hoping to get the others soon.
Being lazy was a smart move this time lmao
I don't post too much like...personal stuff here? Idk dude anyway
I've been leveling a blood elf for a bit. Got her to level 19. She's beautiful. However, I decided to buckle down and get to 40 to start trying my hand at the allied races since I have them all on Alliance.
I may not know where the hell anything is in Orgrimmar but I'm level 33 and I know that Silverpine Forest and Hillsbrad are beautiful locations.
friendly reminder that if i have ever befriended you and have not spoken to you in a while it’s nothing you’ve done wrong it’s just because i’m a piece of shit at keeping in contact with people and i still love you okay good
i turned on the light in the dining room but Tubby had been sleeping in a chair and it woke her up and she was Not Pleased
So apparently tonight is 'describe the difference between the reason for eye contact between two characters played by the same man'....

Dear Diary,
I keep having this recurring dream nightmare…
Darlene sat at her desk, the faint sound of Waterloo came from her record player, a finished English paper sat off to the side of her. The 16 year old was hunched over a composition book, a pen scratching across the page in looping letters. She often hid the notebook among her school books in an attempt to keep her younger brother’s prying eyes out. She was so hyper focused on the diary that she didn’t hear her door open and her mother’s voice. Only being pulled from her writing when a hand touched her shoulder. Jumping, she spun around to see the slightly amused face of her mother.
“Hey jumpy, everything alright honey?” Claudia smiled down at her daughter.
“Yeah, fine. Everything’s fine, just...journalling. The usual.”
Nodding, her mother sat on the end of the bed. “Barb called, I told her you were finishing homework and would call her back. I also called Mrs. Wheeler and told her to have Dusty go ahead and ride his bike.”
Darlene looked at the clock on her wall, it was past 9. She had meant to be on her way to pick up her younger brother from his friends house. “Oh shit, mom I’m sorry.” She turned back to her mother.
“Darlene!” Claudia looked only slightly appalled at her daughter’s language.
“Sorry.”
“Listen, go ahead and get ready for bed. Dustin will be home soon and you can repay him by taking him to school tomorrow okay?” Claudia stood up, moving to kiss her daughter’s head. “And try to get some sleep. You need it.” Her mother smiled, heading towards the door, quietly shutting it behind her.
Darlene just sat there for a moment before turning back to her diary. She looked at it for a long moment and ended up adding a little more before closing it and standing from her desk. Finally able to stretch after sitting for so many hours. The satisfying pops and cracks coming from the stiff joints. On her way to her dresser, she paused for a moment to turn the volume up. She let her eyes close, taking a moment to let the music flow through her. She opened her eyes once again before looking through the drawers of folded clothes until she finally found pajamas to wear. On her way out of her room, she tossed them onto the bed and crossed the hall to the shared bathroom. With a scoff of disgust she kicked her brother’s dirty clothes towards the hamper. She was washing her face when she heard the front door open and the sound of Dustin and their mother talking, though she couldn’t make out any of the conversation. After a moment she heard his footsteps coming up to their rooms.
“...getting my X-Men 134! I can’t believe it, I didn’t even say go. He cheated!”
Poking her head out of the bathroom, she smiled at her brother. “Come tell me about the session, bubs.” And quickly, her younger brother’s mood changed upon seeing his sister.
Dustin sat in the bathroom with Darlene as she finished washing her face and brushing her teeth, only to drag her into his room while he got ready for bed as well. All the while telling her about the hours they spent looking for the Thessalhydra and encountering a Demogorgon. By the time the fight began, it was time for everyone to go home.
Darlene, who was ever the fantasy nerd like her brother, hung on every word. In the spare time she had with the boys during the summer months and any time they were off school, she would often be found alongside them in the Wheeler’s basement. Either weaving her own tales or helping Mike with his. The longer she sat there listening the later it was getting and she still needed to change. She stood up from the desk chair and headed towards the door.
“Where are you going?” Dustin asked, looking towards his sister from where he sat on the edge of his bed.
“Well, you and I both need to sleep. I’m driving you to school tomorrow, mom will have my head if I don’t.” She walked over and ruffled his hair. “Get some sleep.”
“Oh, okay! Goodnight!”
“Night.” She left the room, closing the door behind her. Going back into her own room, she shut the door before changing into the pajamas she set out for herself a little while before. Once dressed for bed, Darlene moved once again to her record player and turned off her music.
Shutting off the lights, she crawled into bed and snuggled under the warm blankets. She didn't realize how tired she had been until she got into bed, her eyes drooping as she reached over for her book. She probably wouldn't get too far tonight in her quest to finish Interview with the Vampire but, she was going to try her damnedest to get a few pages in. Five minutes later the book was forgotten as she slipped into sleep.
Hi there! I’m Bee and I used to write a lot of fanfics and imagines. It’s been a few years since I’ve written anything and I would love to get back into it. That being said, I have a few stories now that are kind of back logged that I can throw out at you all at any given point. And I probably will.
I should also tell you I used to write a lot of YouTuber fics. But, have changed to characters from TV shows and movies, as well as Critical Role. Things that I want to write for include:
TV Shows ~
Peaky Blinders
Supernatural
Reign
Stranger Things
Movies ~
Marvel
Critical Role
I’m sure there are others and I will update this list when I remember them. But, for now this is what I’m offering or feel slightly comfortable with writing.
It’s been a while...
