When you’re a system who ends up with new members super easily, getting hyperfixated on a new media is pretty much the same as a promise to get 5-10 or more new members from that media

So after so many times of singing "Warrior of the Mind" and Athena going "I wish Ody (in our partner's sys) would high-five me." He did it and she high-five him so strongly she knocked a sticker off the top of our car (their just pinned to the ceiling). Like she was really fucking excited because her son actually high-fived her... She tried playing it off as the cool girl after that excitement

Penelope and Polites were checking out their husband (Odysseus, our partner's alter (for this context bio fem body)) and Penelope straight up goes "oh I like him a lot better in this better... *Bites lip*"

Polites turned to her like "Penelope... Look me in the eyes when I ask this... Are you into women?"

I learned about how other DID systems experience amnesia and one description has hit the nail on the head. We experience black-out amnesia, but not how it is commonly portrayed online or in media. We do not get confused about where we are, find ourselves in places we do not remember going. We do not notice our amnesia unless we are reminded of it.

Amnesia to us is like digging through sand trying to find the memory in our brain.

I do not recall forgetting something until i am supposed to remember the events. It feels to me like i have experienced every second of every day. I find it difficult to notice memory gaps on my own, and i believe that is partly the point of DID.
