okay but hear me out. why does soul eater manga art style looks like something a fifteen year old girl would draw in 2011
oh guys i just remembered that i'm a writer
Stein exhaled smoke, looking at the dark sky. The clouds were slowly gathering over the academy, so it would probably rain soon. He wondered if there might be a tornado today.
Behind him he heard the sound of the entrance doors slamming. From the sound of the heels, he could guess that it was...
"Got another one by any chance?" Spirit asked, standing next to him.
Stein, without taking his eyes off the horizon, took out a pack of cigarettes from his pocket and silently handed it to Spirit.
Spirit silently took out one, lit it and put the pack into his jacket. Stein mentally grinned at this, but outwardly continued to stand without any word. It was most likely Spirit cigarettes in the first place.
They stood silently for about a minute as the clouds continued to slowly approach them. The air began to feel damper and only the wind creaked in their ears.
"Something big's coming, huh?" Spirit said with a smile, but without fun.
Stein gave in to temptation and looked back at him. His long hair was starting to get a little frizzy due to the humidity in the air, the bags under his eyes were more noticeable than usual under this gray lighting, and his gaze itself seemed to have already seen too much of... the world, perhaps. For a moment he ceased to be filled with his usual enthusiasm. He trusted Stein, and because of this, Stein wanted to squeeze him in his arms until Spirit stopped breathing.
He takes a drag.
“It has been coming for a long time now, pal,” Stein parodies Spirit’s manner of speaking.
Spirit doesn't answer or comment on this(but he noticed, god, he always notices).
Thunder roared in the distance.
i think it would be so funny if fairy timmy didn't know how to grant wishes like AT ALL. he would be so bad at this because he never learned how to grant wishes properly, like in that one episode when he becames wanda's and cosmo's fairy. someone would say "i wish i had a glass of water" and the guy would just make unstoppable rain in their room by accident. this is why he works with papers now
(tap on it for better quality)
recently i was thinking about how much attention is focused on stein's craziness and how less is on the fact that he's trying his best to fight it.
it's interesting for me to think about how he actually has morals. and even though it would be eazier to join the bad guys he is still trying to be a somewhat good person
not a day passes without me thinking of gordon and barney meeting gordon and benrey. just imagine their reactions
barney: is that supposed to be me??
benrey: uh dude why're you wearing security uniform. you're not working here. take it off man
gordon(hl2): *signed "hello"*
gordon(hlvrai): the fuck did you jus' said
imagine the boys standing next to the entrance to the academy, stein's probably smoking, while spirit's just looking at the sunset sky because they had to leave from academy very late. then spirit looks at stein and
spirit, uncomfortably: what're you doing?
stein: looking at you.
spirit: well, stop.
and that's it. black screen for a second, and then ending starts to play
i like to think that spirit has a somewhat texan accent
someone on twitter is trying to claim that use of an em-dash is an indication of AI-generated writing because it’s “relatively rare” for actual humans to use it. skill issue
i like to imagine a scene where spirit looks at stein calmly, a little questioning even, like asking "what'd you see?". he stands against a blue sky with some rare clouds. and stein looks up at him as if he was looking at sun
