SIX... and now allow your neck to relax... and become aware of your face relaxing... your cheeks... your jaw... your lips ...
FIVE... let your eyes relax... your eyebrows...your forehead...
FOUR...and everything feels loose and heavy... as if you arms and legs were made of stone... totally relaxed... you can feel the weight pressing down... and you just can't move those arms and legs now... and you can enjoy this feeling of total relaxation... letting go... and the more you relax the more you can relax...
THREE... and as your mind drifts off you feel a wave of relaxation traveling down your body ... down and down... from the top of your head... relaxing your face... relaxing your neck... your shoulders your body... spreading... down and down... gently and easily... feel your body sinking down... safe and warm and secure...
TWO... and each soft gentle breath out... is relaxing you more... and that relaxing means you can relax deeper and deeper now... letting go... drifting away... nothing matters... enjoying that that lovely feeling...
ONE... and totally relaxed now... totally at ease... and your mind can drift away to a place... far, far away.... a place where you feel relaxed... where you feel comfortable... always... and think of what the place is like... what other places there might be that you make you feel comfortable... maybe a beach at twilight... or a favorite chair... or snuggled warm in bed on a stormy night... or maybe floating in warm water... allow your mind to drift over these things and other things... whatever feels right for you... as you drift ever deeper... enjoying the feeling ... nothing matters... nothing is important... just being in the moment... let your mind empty...
You will find that the trigger DEEP SLEEP will return you to this state of deep relaxation and trance.

OK so brats
They're actually really easy to control once you understand their motivation. And generally I split them up into three groups.
1. Attachment issues. Brats in this category need constant reassurance that you love them but often can't communicate that to you. So they seek this reassurance by breaking rules to test if you care about them enough to put them in their place. It's not a game and it should be taken seriously. If you're consistent with your rules they will eventually learn that they are loved and will stop intentionally breaking rules. If you've ever parented a 2-4yo you know what I mean.
2. Masochists. These brats, some way or another, have learnt that the best way to get their dom to hurt them is by acting out. You can control these brats by: a) internalising that punishments aren't good tools for training. b) using pain as a reward. c) reassuring them that there's nothing wrong with wanting pain and rewarding them when they use their words.
3. Fucking Brats. These brats just enjoy fighting, they want you to fight back and they want to loose. You can control these brats by refusing to engage or by communicating to them that this is not the time and you don't want to fight right now. You can train the brat out of them by using disappointment but honestly if you don't also enjoy the fight then you probably shouldn't be playing with this type of brat.
Secret 4th option. Obedient submissives who just like to banter and have been labeled brats by people who have never experienced an actual brat.

You sat there stunned. Was that the game? Quickly tap the button? You could definitely beat this. You clicked the play button and waited. Ready to start. You slowed your breathing. Focused entirely on it. Not blinking when suddenly, the red circle appeared. You tapped it furiously and were rewarded with a bright flash and the words “Level 2”.
You celebrated quickly. Ready for the next level. The circle appeared quickly this time. You tapped it. Rewarded with the same bright flash. You felt excitement build within you. This was fun. And you were getting good at it.
One by one the levels came and went. You hadn’t even noticed the circle lingering on screen longer and longer, the levels taking you longer to complete. All you became aware of was focusing intently, tapping the red circle, and winning the game.
Your breathing slowed as the victory screen flashed. The bright light burning the word Relax deep into your brain. Your body slumped forward on the couch. Your arms falling into your lap. You waited for the red circle to appear. It did. Your finger moving in slow motion to tap it. Pressing down firmly on it.
The bright light flashed burning the word Blank deep into your brain. All thoughts drifted away. Your mind growing sluggish only the red button that needed pushing remaining as a lonely thought.

It's been some time since I really posted anything. Let's see about fixing that.
It's been a stressful couple of weeks on the outside of the screen. So I figured the best thing to do tonight is to offer everyone a nice chance to relax.
A nice opportunity to just let our worries slide off our minds like so much heavy baggage off our shoulders. Wouldn't that feel so nice?

I'd like to craft a control collar.
I'd start with an ordinary pretty collar, and then I'd start attaching triggers to it: you can't take it off on your own, when wearing it you must obey direct orders, and so on.
The cumulative effect would be for the collar to turn you into a subby, owned pet.
