Driftveil Drawbridge: Why Charizard?

I don't understand why it's been a trend lately to call the drawbridge the "Charizard Bridge", especially among the younger kids. I mean, if I squint hard enough I can see the vision, but... Charizard? Really? I think Reshiram would be a much better choice if you want a fire-breathing dragon, considering the fact that it's one of Unova's very own legendary Pokémon, not the final evolution of a starter from Kanto. Honestly, I'm just disappointed that more people don't call it the "Swanna Bridge".

I think part of this comes from the recent trend of "Kantobsession" (as I like to call it) - so many people are just obsessed with the region and its dex, its food, its culture, the like. Nothing wrong with loving Kanto (it's the region that pioneered many of the inventions in the Pokétech industry, after all) but I feel like nicknaming it after Charizard... it's a bit dismissive of its history, its purpose for being built, the Pokémon that helped build it, no? I know the residents of Undella and Humilau would throw a fit if someone suggested nicknaming the Marine Tube the "Wailord Tube", though in their defense, the amount of Frillish and Jellicent in that area year-round more than outnumber the times a Wailord has been spotted in all of the 12 or so years that it's been open... Not the best example, honestly. But my point still stands.

TLDR; I'm just complaining about a nickname for a bridge, of all things. If you have any thoughts/responses to this, please feel free to share them! If you're a "Charizarder" I'm genuinely interested in hearing your opinion - why Charizard?

Big fan of this beta theme. The anger and intensity isn't there, but it's still incredibly evocative. It kind of stumbles forward, wobbly and unstable. This Ghetsis is visibly much less There. The body and mind of this Ghetsis are hanging onto each other by a thread. It's not that he actively wants to kill you as he does in BW2, it's just that your death is an inevitable outcome of this interaction. He's a ghost. He's a zombie. He's beyond saving. He's full kubrick stare mode here. I don't know. I like it a lot, even if it doesn't match the final version of Ghetsis.

unova has so many cool ruins. relic castle. dragonspiral tower. abyssal ruins. the weird regi chamber in clay tunnel. the ruins that the new victory road run through that i originally thought were part of plasma castle but the architectural styles don't match and they're full of golurk which implies that they're ancient which means they're just an unacknowledged mystery. the dreamyard is modern ruins but it still counts
