So apparently Rui's classmates consider Rui as someone tall/huge. I mean make sense since he's 180 cm.
Also looking here, Rui may be the tallest compared to his classmate. Miyake (the shy one) is considered to be small and Hayashi (glasses with short hair) looks like he bends over less than Rui.
On a side note: Everyone looks great here. Tsukasa's arm hogging all the space as per usual. Mafuyu and Shizuku looking the most perfect of the bunch, Airi couldn't catch a break from Tsukasa even when taking a photo, Tsukasa and Taniyama looking like besties and also Rui looking like he had fun.

Saki, Toya, and Kanade, on the other hand, are very overprotective of Tsukasa and weren't afraid to let it show when he and Rui began dating. They do everything they can to intimidate him. Toya will corner him at school. Saki will watch him like a hawk whenever he comes over. Kanade will send him random messages in the middle of the night, yes, even while she's having Nightcord meetings.
Rui is simultaneously amused, endeared, and terrified. He tells Tsukasa about this, and, obviously, Tsukasa is mortified. He thought his siblings would have gone his taken his approach of "be worried but not let that turn into overprotection." They didn't.

Nora confessed to Yuki when they were partnered up in a school project. While Suro confessed to Aysh when they finally graduated.
Suro treated them as his siblings (except Aysh ofc, thats his wife /hj)
Rookie/Rev:
Had known each other at Middle school and are both the director(lead) of their music club.
Rookie barely spoke to Rev since she's very anti-social, but the two got a bit closer when they were assigned to have a duet one day.
Soon departed when they reached their Highschool days.

Rookie was a bartender in one of the cafe she worked at and that's where she met Rinne.
Both of them are anti-social but Rookie was the one who made the move and finally started talking to Rinne.

The two never spoke a word to one another, would often smile at each other when they meet at the hallways.

Were in the same class in their highschool years and still kept in contact even after they graduated.
I saw a post about how amazing it was that Phil immediately ran to the adoption center when the eggs were being returned. But I want to point out Fit and Bad too, who were seconds behind him and the 3 of them would have torn that place apart to find their egg (Jaiden would have too if she could warp)
Phil immediately digging through the ceiling when he realized they were in the attic to get to Chayanne who fell into his arms, Bad immediately climbing up and shouting Dapper's name, relieved and so happy, when he saw him then looking over the other eggs there and being concerned they were all cracked, Fit immediately being concerned about Ramón when he saw him, Bad also checking over Tallulah as Wilbur wasn't on (and he didn't know Phil was taking care of her till after), Phil immediately getting Tallulah and Chayanne away, Bad seeing the new egg and trying to make sure no one (including the other eggs) didn't crowd them as they were scared and the new guys didn't crowd Dapper when they first met him because he was still terrified, Bad also taking care of Leo while waiting for Foolish and Vagetta to arrive then not telling Quackity where Tallulah was because he didn't trust him with her safety before warning Phil about Quackity looking for Tallulah, while making sure Dapper was okay the entire time.
Honestly? Phil and Bad are the best dads of the server, Phil with Chayanne and Tallulah while Bad with all the eggs in general (he even wanted to check on the new egg to make sure their tasks were done)

Sometimes I like to think that Rui is Tsukasa's limit. Like, if Tsukasa ever do an acting training that's crosses the line Rui will stop him from doing so.
Since Tsukasa likes to push his limits, he would do anything that can make him achieve a goal. Even something that would hurt or break him.
In the event story, while Tsukasa said that he'll do water fasting for three days, Rui let Tsukasa does what he needs to do to get the role but if it gets too bad Rui will stop Tsukasa. Tsukasa agrees since if he gets badly injured it will effect the show.
Thinking about shows more than their own wellbeing is very much ruikasa thing why are they so unhealthy
The last time Rui ever stop Tsukasa was during the main story. Where Tsukasa still wants to continue the performance even though he got stuck under a malfunction nenerobo.
Which means so far there's no moments where Rui needs to hold Tsukasa back from doing something extreme for a long time. Although with that said, the hints about it are more blatant in the third phase tho.
And since Rui and Tsukasa has a director - star relationship, there should be times where Rui, as a director would need stop Tsukasa, the star from doing something extreme.

He lets out a sigh as he stares mindlessly at the board, he’s barely listening to his teacher if he’s being completely honest.
"Alright, before we end class, I would like you to grab a partner and build a model on our topic" The teacher tapped the board. "This will be your last project for this school year," She recalled as the other students took out their writing instruments and started to take down notes. "The deadline will be after your last exams, so you have plenty of time. '' The teacher then soon dismissed the class. Everyone packed their belongings and finally stepped out of the classroom, that includes the teacher.
"Hey"
A student approached Kaitou;
"Do you.. have a partner already?"
The boy asked, seeming to be hesitant.
"Mukha bang may partner ako?" (Do I look like I have a partner?) Kaitou snarled, he just wanted to go home. He doesn't wanna deal with anyone from this horrid place they call school. He's tired. "Yeah, no wonder no one wants to partner with you.." The boy muttered to himself, Kaitou could clearly hear him as he whipped his head and glared at the boy. "If you're complaining already then fuck off." Kaitou slammed his palms on the table, the boy flinched and Kaitou could care less. He grabbed his back and stormed off the room.
The boy was a stubborn one as he ran off to Kaitou. "Oy, teka lang!" (Oy! Wait up!)
The boy chased after Kaitou, grabbing his wrist abruptly stopping Kaitou's walk. "Ano?!" (What?!)
Kaitou looked back and saw a helpless boy, panting.
"I know you don't have a partner and you won't bother asking someone," The boy paused, catching his breath. "Let's partner up on this project and once we're done with it we don't have to interact." The boy looked at Kaitou straight in the eyes. He won't give up til he said yes hm..
"Fine." Kaitou replied, nothing but joy can be seen in the boy's eyes. "Give me your number" Kaitou then pulled out his phone. "I'll send you the research and other details next week" The boy nodded and grabbed his phone then gave it to Kaitou. The two were silent while putting each other's number on each other's fine. "I'll get going, don't chase after me" Kaitou sighed, turning on his heel and walking away. Thankfully, the boy didn't follow. He opened his phone and checked his contacts. "Koe?.." It took Kaitou a good minute. "Oh that's his name."
A week passed by and as Kaitou promised he sent all his research to Koe. The boy appreciated this and suggested that they talk more about this during their break time, Kaitou was hesitant but still agreed nonetheless.
"You remember how ma'am said that we have to build a model?" Koe asked and Kaitou simply nodded while eating his snacks. "I was wondering maybe I can build it while you do the research?" Koe requested and this made Kaitou's vein pop. "Do you just want the points to yourself?" He glared at the boy and Koe just shook his head. "No no no! That's not it– I–" Koe stuttered out and Kaitou wasn't having it. "Why bother looking for a partner when you want the grades to yourself?" Kaitou balled his fist trying not to slam it on the table.
"Just hear me out, please!" Koe begged and since Kaitou didn't want to embarrass himself, he just waited for Koe to start talking once again.
"Thank you. I'm not being selfish, I just want to split the work. That's all" Koe explained and Kaitou is not convinced one bit. "But.. if you feel like helping just ask me, a little help wouldn't... hurt" Koe looked down, staring at his lap waiting for a response from Kaitou.
Kaitou just lets out a sigh and arises from his chair. Koe looked up to see him packing up already, panic stricken.
"W-Where are you going?" Koe mentally slapped himself for stuttering. "Going back to the classroom, what else? We have 5 more minutes of break." Kaitou reminded Koe. "What about the-" Koe was cut off by Kaitou clicking his tongue. "We can split the work." And without further discussion Kaitou is off, heading to their classroom.
Koe lied;
And Kaitou knows.
Whenever Kaitou would send Koe one of the research he conducts he would always ask the boy if there's anything he can do. Koe would always turn him down.
Days turn into weeks, weeks turn into months, and the next thing Kaitou knows the deadline is near.
By the end of the examination he just gave up, he stopped asking Koe if there's anything he can help. He accepted the fact that Koe is taking all the credits to himself and Kaitou has no time to create another research let alone build a model.
The day of the deadline comes and everyone has their model in front of the class. Kaitou was sitting at the back— listening to the students present their work.
When it's time for their work to be presented, Kaitou couldn't help but look away, Koe's presenting by himself. It made every blood in Kaitou's body boil.
He couldn't fucking believe it.
Once every student had presented their work the teacher walked in front of the class.
"I have everyone's index card right here" She announced, waving a stack of index cards in one hand. "I mentioned the rubrics in one of our free time but if you forgot it's written here" The teacher then tapped the board with the written rubrics. "I also mentioned that whoever is in charge is allowed to grade their partner based on their performance from 1-10, 1 being the lowest"
The teacher then looked at each index card. "And the highest right now is..." She prolonged her sentence, trying to find a specific card. "Ah, Koe and Kaitou seem to be doing well, they've split up their work pretty well it seems." Kaitou's eyes widened, he whipped his head and caught Koe's eyes. He couldn't hear what the teacher was saying after that, the two just had a staring contest the whole time the teacher was talking.
When the teacher dismissed the class Kaitou hurriedly got up from his seat and chased after Koe. "Oy, dickhead!" He spat out, grabbing Koe's shoulder and forcefully spun him around to make him look at Kaitou. "What was that all about?"
"I did mention we're splitting the work," Koe said smugly.
"You fucker. I keep asking you if there's anything I can help with— like you said, but I always get fucking ghosted." Kaitou then shoved Koe. "L-Look.. I'm sorry, I heard you're not a huge fan of working, s-so I spared you a bit" Koe stuttered out, slowly stepping away from Kaitou. "And you didn't bother asking me?" Koe was silent, letting Kaitou yell at him. "Did I just waste my breath telling you that I can help with the building process?! I even went to your house to try and help you!" Finally, Kaitou lets out a sigh. "Whatever." He muttered and shoved Koe out of his way. Koe just watched Kaitou walking away. Koe sighed and walked the opposite direction.
Thankfully, school's over, the two can forget about this experience.
A month went by and the two stopped talking to one another, they didn't mind anyways.
Kaitou stepped out of the grocery store, both hands holding a plastic bag filled with groceries that his mother listed down, he also grabbed a couple of snacks for himself. He started walking to the direction of his house when he passed by an alleyway, in that alleyway he heard low groaning. Kaitou looked at the alleyway in disgust and proceeded to walk. "Who the fuck would have sex in a dirty ass alleyway" He muttered to himself, completely oblivious to the fact that someone or something was on his tail. It slowly approached him til it finally had its filthy hands on Kaitou's shoulder.
Kaitou flinched and immediately kicked whoever was behind him. Kaitou turned around to take a good look at whoever dared touch him and god..
He regretted it.
This creature that Kaitou was looking at— it almost made him throw up. The creature is covered in dried blood, skin decaying, mouth ajar and one of its eyes is dangling out of its own socket. Kaitou took a step back, then another, til he's finally sprinting home.
One creature turns into swarms of creatures. He ran as fast as he could; the joy in his eyes when he spotted his house. He swung the front door open and slammed it shut once he's inside, locking it. "MA!" He called out and the response he got sent shivers down his spine.
A low groan.
Shit. They got here already. How?!
He dropped the groceries and slowly walked his way to the kitchen and grabbed a chef's knife. He doesn't want to do it. But.. he knows.. his mother is gone.
He quickly grabbed the groceries he bought and before he could step out of the house he heard stomping, slow once but soon enough the footsteps became faster and louder.
Kaitou swung the door open and dashed out the door, leaving his now corrupted mother behind. He ran and ran, he didn't know where he was going and just ran with groceries and a knife in hand.

Once he came to a stop he dropped down on his knees and tried to catch his breath. "Fucking christ.." He cussed at no one, he slowly arose from the floor and looked up noticing a familiar house. "Kaitou?" A familiar voice called out.
"Well fuck."
"I see you just got back from an errand" Koe teased and jogged to the front of his house. “This is not a good time to be teasing me, asshole. Did you not notice our predicament just now?” Kaitou yelled at him, Koe just stayed silent, opening the door and letting Kaitou enter before him. “I know, I saw” Koe sighed and slid his jacket off his shoulder. Koe pointed at the counter, insisting Kaitou to place the bag of groceries there. Kaitou understood and did as he was instructed. “It’s best to mentally and physically prepare ourselves before going outside,” Koe said before hanging his jacket on one of the chairs. “Thankfully we got groceries.” He then pulled the chair and sat down, sighing to himself. “Why are you suddenly here out of all places?” He started to ask the boy who’s currently storing the groceries away. “Tried to go home, mother’s corrupted and I have no place to go” Kaitou said softly. Then silence, no one dared to mutter out a word. They didn’t mind it one bit, they needed to wrap their head on what on earth happened and what they just experienced.
“And the rest is history” Kaitou then clapped his hand as he finished telling the story which included every detail he can remember. To put it simply, Toko has no words as she listens to every word the two are spitting out. She’s thankful that Suro and Rinne found them and decided to take them in, they would be a good part of the team. “Is there anything else you want to know?” Koe asked.
“That’s all, no worries,” Toko smiled and tapped her fingers on the table. “I do have a question though,” Kaitou stepped in.
“Go on?”
“Do you give the others their “job” or do they have to pick?”
Toko hummed at Kaitou’s question. “It really depends. If they’re unsure on what they want to do they come to me and I'll give them a position. But other than that it’s mostly them giving themself a position.” The two boys nodded at the information that Toko gave. “Is that all?”
Koe hummed and the duo stood up from their seats. “That’s all for now, thank you” Koe smiled at Toko as he walked up to the door and opened it. “I should be the one thanking you two for trusting me with your story” Toko softly chuckled and watched the two step out of her office. Once the door was closed she leaned back on her chair and she let out a groan. “What’s with everyone with traumatic ass stories” She then lets out a sarcastic laugh.
“You’re one to talk” Another voice spoke, she immediately sat up and saw Rev leaning on the door frame. “As if you don’t” Toko teased which earn a laugh from Rev. “No one is stable in this shelter” He grabbed a chair and slid it behind him then he sat down. “True” said Toko,
“Also, aren’t we supposed to move out?” Rev added. “Maybe tomorrow, i’m not too sure”
“You said that last time”
“Shut it!” Toko lets out another groan and she lays her head on the desk in front of her. “Finding a new shelter is no problem, we already found one. The drive there will be a big one” Rev nodded as he mentally took notes. “We’ll have a meeting tomorrow, for now, go to sleep”
So anyway I think it's interesting that both More More Jump and Wonderlands X Showtime use a more simplified name writing when both Leo/Need and Nightcord uses their usual writing names.
I guess it's because both mmj and wxs target audience are more family oriented. So writing their names like that helps the younger children to read their name. Like how Saki's name on her bunny plushy was a simplified name writing.

When Kaitou and Koe were sitting down on the couch they remained silent, fiddling with their fingers or barely looking at the people in the shelter. Rev noticed this and decided to approach the two— grabbing a chair and dragging it near the duo. "Nervous?" He asked with a soft voice. The two unfortunately said nothing, Rev sighed and leaned back against the chair. "Nothing to be nervous about, we are going to introduce each other later on, so.." He chuckled and crossed his arms. "You better start talking later. '' Rev smiled and the duo just nodded.
When Rev left them alone, Kaitou looked at Koe and he let out a sigh. "Did he just threaten us earlier?" He whispered, just for the two of them to hear. "I believe so.." Koe whispers back.
"Do you think this is enough for all of us?" Suro asked, looking at Rev and Aysh. "I think that's more than enough" Aysh giggled as she grabbed the plates and utensils with Rev's help. "Ahh.. smells delicious" Rev complimented making Suro look away and awkwardly chuckling. "Hopefully it tastes good as it smells" Suro then turned off the stove, taking off his apron then hanging it by a hook stuck to a wall.
"Let the others know that dinner is ready" Suro commands and Rev follows.
Rev approached the Director's room first, he knocked on the door. "Toko, Dinner's ready" He said through the closed door. He didn't wait for a response and just walked to the next room. He knocked once again. "Rookie, Rinne, Dinner's ready" Again, Rev didn't bother to wait for a response and just walked back to the kitchen. The food is already set by the time he enters the kitchen, he spots Aysh trying to talk to the two friends who still refuse to talk.
Footsteps can be heard from the hallway, revealing Toko, Yuki and Nora. The three took a seat and continued to wait for the rest.
By the time Rookie and Rinne enter the kitchen, Koe and Kaitou are already seated thanks to Aysh (and Nora's) help.
"Should we introduce ourselves over dinner?" Toko asked while scooping the food and placing it on her plate.
"I don't mind," Nora smiled as she handed a cup to Yuki. "I'll start, My name's Nora, the second in command and Yuki's one and only" Rookie glared at Nora when she finished her sentence. "Was the last part necessary?" Rookie chuckled whilst taking a bite out of her food.
"I'm Yuki if you're wondering" They raised their hand and gave Koe and Kaitou a quick smile. "I mostly stay in the shelter when people are out on expeditions"
"I'm Toko, as you two might have heard already but I am the director. Basically like a leader, we take any lost survivors and take them to this shelter where we obviously give them a home and what not." Toko explained as she continued to devour the food on her plate. "Also, Suro, this is good" She complimented and Rev chimed in. "That's what I told him!"
He cleared his throat and looked at the duo. "Hello, I'm Rev. Just like Yuki, I look out for the shelter so I don't go on expeditions as much. Though they are times I will help out if needed" He smiled and proceeded to eat, then Aysh waves at the duo. “I’m Aysh, the one you’ll often find doing expeditions with Rookie” She explained then she looked at Rookie. “Hm..” Rookie hummed, taking a bite out of her food. “Aysh already explained my role so I don't need to introduce myself” Aysh rolled her eyes on this. “You already made a first impression on them, you know?” Suro added, Rookie’s ears suddenly turning red. It was quiet for a couple of minutes, everyone eating and savouring the delicious food that Suro cooked.
“You two already know who I am, but let me say it again” Suro said with a soft smile. “I’m Suro, you’ll often find me paired up with Aysh when going out with expeditions”
“Rinne, pleasure to meet you two, I am also on expedition duty, usually partnered up with Rookie. Unfortunately our girlfriends are currently injured and Toko put them in house arrest for today” Rinne introduced.
“What about you two? No introduction?”
Toko said, teasingly yet she still has a smile on her face. The two looked at their plate, still a bit awkward. Kaitou looked at his friend and chuckled. “I’ll introduce the two of us. I’m Kaitou, this is my friend Koe. We’ve known each other since our Middle school years and we’ve been friends up to now” He said with a smile on his face while Koe was just nodding along with everything Kaitou was saying.
“Is it rude for me to ask everyone’s status?” Koe suddenly asked, Rookie almost choking on her food and Yuki almost spitting out her drink.
“Oh, I-I’m sorry- I didn’t-” Koe stuttered but was dismissed by Yuki’s soft laughter. “No, no, it’s quite alright, it just took us off guard” Yuki shakes their head, reassuring the duo. “As you already know there’s me and Nora, Rookie and Rinne, then there’s Suro and Aysh. I suppose Toko is married to her work.” She listed and then looked at Rev. “Yes, I'm taken, though I'm not telling who.” Rev winked then got up from his chair and walked to the kitchen to place his plate on the sink.
“Introductions out of the way, it’s getting late so I suggest we take a rest” Toko said, getting up from her seat and looking at everyone on the table. “Those four will tell you the basics of expeditions” Toko pointed at Suro, Aysh, Rookie and Rinne. Suro giving the duo a thumbs up. “Be sure everyone rests up” She smiled. Everyone went to their own room while Toko helped out Yuki and Rev with the chores. Toko hands Yuki the dirty dishes while Yuki washes them and Rev wipes the table.
Morning rolls around and a couple of people have already stepped out of their bedrooms. One of which is Rinne.
He stepped out of his and Rookie’s shared bedroom, yawning and stretching his arms— while doing so, he didn't notice a certain someone was just behind them. "Rinne?" One called out which led to Rinne letting out squeak at the sudden presence. "K-Koe..! You startled me there.." He stuttered out, holding a hand to his chest. "Good morning," He added and he smiled at Koe.
"Good morning, Rinne, don't mind me walking around the shelter"
"Oh, go right ahead," He insisted, chuckling nervously. There was a bit of an awkward silence for a few seconds, enough time for Koe to scan Rinne from head to toe. "What's that on your neck?" Koe pointed out and Rinne tried to hide it.
"U-Uhm.. That's-" His eyes wandered everywhere but Koe's figure as he tried to hide the obvious marks on his neck. "Just.. Just some mosquitoes.. from last night, heh.." His face flustered as he tried (but failed) to come up with an excuse. Unfortunately for Rinne, another member stepped in.
"Yeah and that Mosquito's name is Rookie"
"AYSH!"
Aysh immediately scurried away while also giggling, Rinne’s face was tomato red.
It took a while for Koe to finally understand what Aysh was saying but noticing the situation he decided not to say anything and just chuckled at this. “Oh, don’t laugh!” Rinne pouted and stormed out the hallway and to the kitchen— Koe then soon followed suit.
A couple of hours later, Rookie then finally stepped out of the room, though still half asleep. She heads to the kitchen and spots Aysh, Rinne and Koe in the kitchen. Rookie yawned and walked over to Rinne and pressed a kiss on his forehead before going to the counter and brewing herself a cup of coffee. Aysh and Koe quickly glanced at each then looked back at Rookie. “Oh, yeah, that happened, huh” Aysh whispered to Koe, which he only giggled at. “We’re gonna accompany Koe and Kaitou for expeditions,right?” Rookie asked, grabbing a mug and spoon. “Suppose to, Suro’s getting ready, i’m not sure where Kaitou is” Rinne replied, taking a sip of his own coffee. “I’ll go get Kaitou” The two nodded, Koe stood up from his seat and stepped out of the kitchen. Rookie hummed and poured the hot water on her mug and started stirring it, she leaned back on the counter and slowly sipped her coffee.
“You alright?” Rinne asked and Rookie just nodded. “Tired,” Rookie muttered, still sipping her cup of coffee.
When everyone had eaten their breakfast they all waited for Rookie by the front door.
As for Rookie, she was having a quick chat with Toko.
“So, what do you want us to teach the kids?” She asked with her arms crossed.
“Just the basic survivals, give them some tips on how not to get killed and what not” Toko said while handing Rookie some weapons. “Tell them the shortcuts and easy routes” She then patted Rookie’s back and opened the door for her. “Just the basics, no need to be extreme” Rookie nodded and started walking to the others.
“Hey, think fast” Rookie smirked and threw the bat at Kaitou which he immediately catched. “Oh.. I like your reflex” She cooed then handed the spare weapon to Koe. She looked around and once everything was set she stepped out of the shelter. “Let’s go then” Rookie ordered and everyone also stepped out of the shelter— Suro locking the door behind him.
They were all walking down the street, Suro pointing to where the shortcuts are located and where it leads.
“There are hospitals here but the medicines and ointment are close to expiring,” Suro explained while pointing at an abandoned hospital. “We should definitely steal a car,” Aysh said out of the blue, sighing. “Why the sudden suggestion, hun?” Suro asked and Aysh only shrugged. “I’m getting tired of all this walking” She whined but still kept on walking, Rookie rolled her eyes but still kept her mouth shut.
“There’s also an escape route over..” Rinne looked around while dragging the ‘R’ in ‘Over’
“There!” He pointed at a parking lot. “How is that an escape route when it’s just a forest after?” Kaitou asked. He’s curious about the escape route Rinne mentioned. Rinne just chuckled and started explaining.
“If you keep walking… Or should I say running straight ahead you’ll find a cabin there” The group stayed silent, letting Rinne continue explaining. “That cabin is filled with all types of weapons and if you need time for yourself that's a good place for you!” Rinne said enthusiastically. “Is that where you’ve been staying when you’re not on expedition” Rookie teased.
“No, I don’t!” He protested and Rookie just giggled at his reaction. They all showed all the shortcuts and escape routes as told and even told the two a few combat tips.
Koe spotted a lonely zombie wandering around, he grabbed his pistol and aimed at the zombie’s head but before he could shoot Aysh stopped him. “Huh? Aysh?” Koe looked at her, she simply just shook her head. “You’ll attract those bastards. Dealing with an ocean of Zombies is a pain in the ass, you know.” She rolled her eyes and grabbed Rookie’s bat before charging in and smacking the bat hard on its head.
“On expeditions we don’t want any attention, obviously,” Rinne explained. “That's why you either put a silencer or your gun or go for the short range” Aysh soon walked over to the rest of the group. “Well, that’s all the basics for now,” Suro said, turning on his heel and starting to walk back to the direction of the shelter. Rookie sighed and looked at the two. “We can teach you more if you’re willing to take on expeditions”
“Of course you’ll have a partner or two so you don’t have to deal with the zombies alone,” Aysh added. “Anyways, let’s head back. My feet are killing me” Aysh whined and complained. The rest nodded and followed behind Aysh and Suro but before they could go any further Koe and Rookie heard a groan and a rapid footstep approaching. Rookie looked behind her and indeed there were two zombies approaching them, rushing at them. But before Rookie can pull out her gun.
Bang! Bang!
Gunshots were fired. Koe then opened his eyes to see the two zombies now laying down on the floor, one zombie had its head exploded to pieces while the other had a hole on its forehead. “What the fuck..” Koe muttered under his breath.
Rookie whipped her head up to where she assumed the gunshots were fired and there it was, on top of a building. Rookie squinted her eyes and she spotted a silhouette holding what she assumed was a sniper rifle.
“Rookie!” Someone called out, breaking her train of thoughts. Rookie looked away from the building and saw Rinne running towards her and hugging her tightly. “Are you alright??” He asked, while frantically checking for any signs of injuries or bruises.
“I’m alright…” Rookie paused, gathering her thoughts before replying to Rinne.
“I’m both shocked and impressed, honestly” She chuckled then grabbed Rinne’s hand, tangling their fingers together. “Let’s go back before more zombies roll around” Suro commanded and everyone followed behind Aysh and Suro. The rest of the group started to walk, except for Rookie. She looked up one last time to see the silhouette gone. Rookie shook her head and started to catch up with the rest.
The walk back to the shelter was quiet, everyone was too confused and shocked at what happened a couple of minutes earlier. The only sound being heard was shoes crunching against gravel, sticks, and rocks.
They finally reached the shelter after what felt like hours of walking, all six of them are craving for the comfort of their own bed. Aysh shoves her hand on one of the pockets and pulls out the key, inserting the key in and unlocking the door. “We’re back” Aysh announced their arrival, Yuki and Rev were on the couch— the two greeted all of them and went back to chit chatting. “Oh, Koe and Kaitou” Rev called out, grabbing the boys’ attention. “Before you two head to the bedroom, Toko and Nora want to talk to you both” Rev reminded.
“Someone’s in trouble? Already?” Rookie teased which earned a smack from Rinne. “Ah!-” Rookie huffed and walked to the room. “Don’t mind her, I’m sure Toko just wanna get to know you two” Rinne reassured and walked to the bedroom.
The two slowly approached the Director’s office, Koe lets out a deep sigh before knocking thrice on the door. The two waited for the muffled “Come in” from the other side. Kaitou then slowly opened the door and peeked his head out. “Toko? Rev t-told us you needed us?” Kaitou mentally slapped himself stuttering. They shut the door once they entered Toko’s office. She pointed on the chairs that’s in front of her, insisting the boys to sit down.
“Relax you two” She lets out a chuckle. “I don’t bite”
There was a quick silence before.
“I shoot, instead” Toko grinned and the faces the two made had Toko laying her head on the table, trying to hold her laughter.
“Anyways, I just want to know about… well… know about you two in general, history, strengths and what not” Toko tapped her finger on the table waiting for the two to let out any sort of reaction or words of disagreement. “The history is optional, the strengths and weaknesses, maybe a bit prioritise”
The two sighed and they nodded.
“I suppose, we can tell you a bit of backstory,” Koe muttered, occasionally glancing at his friend. “That’s good, take your time. I’ll sit here and listen”

Zombie Apocalypse ft. Biko Sekai
CHAPTER 1: Characters: Rookie, Rinne, Aysh, Suro, Rev, Toko, Nora, Yuki, Koe, Kaitou It's been months ever since this absolute chaos occurred. The once perfectly clear sky, now grey and dull. Even though the apocalypse is quite recent, the gang adapted to the environment quite fast, still being bruised after errands but it's a learning opportunity, as long as none of them got bit, they'll survive for quite some time.
"Ah-!" Aysh flinched at the sudden pressure on her wound. "Stop moving Aysh, I'm trying to clean this cut you have.." Suro muttered while holding Aysh's wrist, keeping her arm in place. Aysh just shook her head, hissing at the stinging pain of the ointment combined with her open wound. "You two are reckless.." Suro sighed then put away the ointment and cotton back to its proper place. "We got ganged up on by a ton of zombies, what else are we supposed to do?" Someone butted into the conversation. "Maybe not be so reckless to the point where you'd get injured because of a fucking debris" Everyone sighed when Suro kept on scolding them though not paying much attention.
"I know you and Aysh are skilled with guns, but please, once you're back to running errands I want you to be a little more careful"
"I'll keep that in mind then, Rinne- Ah- ow-!" The gal flinched at the sudden pain, trying to pull away from Rinne but was pulled back. "Stay still, Rookie, I'm not done yet." Rookie whined but just stayed still 'patiently' waiting for Rinne to finish cleaning up the wounds she has.
It was quiet for a couple of minutes, no one daring to say anything— either felt too awkward or too tired; though the silence was cut off when they heard the door creaking open. "Are you four done bickering?" the director asks, a hint of sarcasm in her voice. She peeked her head out the door and smiled at the four of them. "Do you need something, Toko?" Rookie looked up, meeting Toko's eyes, Toko shook her head and fully opened the door. "Just wanted to let you guys know that Rev and I cooked, so you four better hurry the fuck up”
Toko then leaves the room, "Finally, food!" Aysh complains and takes Suros hand, "WAIT IM NOT DONE WITH YOUR INJU-" Suro was cut off by the door closing leaving Rinne and Rookie alone. "Well I guess we should just fix this mess.." Rinne says as she finishes with Rookie's injury, Rinne then fixes up the medkit and gives it to Rookie to put on the shelf. "Hah, Now that we've fixed up. Lets go Rinne!" Rookie takes Rinnes hand and goes to the other room.
As Rookie opens the door, They see Toko and Rev talking about their next expedition as she also sees Suro hand feeding Aysh.
' God, how much of a baby could Aysh be.' Rookie thought while smiling awkwardly.. "Alright, so Toko, What's our plan to get materials?" Suro asks, noticing both Rookie and Rinne at the table. "Well. I've thought about it and now. I think the best decision is for you and Rinne to go. Me and Rev will defend our base. Does that sound good for tomorrow's expedition?" Toko says while making eye-contact with both Suro and Rinne, "But can't we help them?" Aysh asks "Well, it shows that YOU AND ROOKIE. Are a bit too hyper on the battlefield." Toko glared at Aysh
"Urgh.. Alright then." Aysh rolls her eyes.
Everyone took their own plates and utensils and started to scoop up some food before sitting down on their chairs.
"Haah! I'm stuffed!" Rookie says while yawning with Rev silently giggling "Everyone had their food I assume?" He asked and everyone nodded. "Let's head to our rooms then" Rev suggested. "Alright! Goodnight everybody!" Aysh and Suro enter the room they share and go to sleep.
Time skip ..
"Hey Suro, you have the stuff ready?" Rinne asks while putting a bat in her backpack, "Mhm, I have" Suro assures Rinne while loading the bullets into his gun. "Alright, we're all set up. Bye Toko, Rev , and Aysh!' 'Rinne says, waving at them while heading for the door, "Alright bye Suro!" Aysh says and continues to kiss Suro ``REALLY? RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME?" Toko says disgusted, Aysh just stuck her tongue out at Toko and waved at the two heading off
"Alright so, we have to get to the store right?" Rinne asks while walking "Mhm, Since we've already gone there, I have a map on how long and far it takes to go there." Suro says while looking for any zombies that are nearby. They both continue to walk, "Huh, is it me or I hear something loud?" Rinne asks while looking around. "But I don't see any-" A small group of zombies suddenly come forward into Rinne and Suros' view. "Or.. Yes you may be right Rinne.."
"Alright! Time to clean you guys up" Rinne says while heading in with a bat but keeping a close distance, "I'll back you up, Rinne."
In no time, Suro and Rinne defeated all of them. "Haah.. Finally..!" Rinne says while cooling down. "Fufu, you did excellent Ri-"
(FUCK YOU!!)"PUTANGINA MO!!!!"
A scream was heard from the left,
"I DONT FUCKING CARE, KASALANAN MO TO KAITOU"
(THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT KAITOU)
A second person screams at the so-called 'Kaitou' person. Both Rinne and Suro come close, "Hello, Are you guys also survivors?"
"AAAAAAAAAA- '' Kaitou was cut off by the other person covering his mouth. "Uhm, Yeah! We are.." The person covering Kaitous mouth confirms the question.
"Can't believe you two have the time to argue in such circumstances.." Rinne muttered while still keeping an eye on the surroundings. "If you don't mind me asking, '' Suro started, earning more of the two survivor's attention. "What are you two uhmm.. bickering.. about?" As soon as Suro asked, a boy scoffed, glaring at his 'friend' before answering. "We were being chased down by a few zombies so we tried to fight it, but that 'few' zombies instantly turned into dozens so I insisted that we should run and hide but this idiot-" He cut his sentence off to smack the back of his companion's head.
("Ow- You bitch!")
"Ow- Punyeta ka!" The other cussed, rubbing the back of his head, but the boy paid no attention and kept telling the story. "-wanting to be the hero, decided to run head on to the crowd of zombies, this bastard actually has a death wish." Suro and Rinne looked at each other then back at the duo then back at each other. It was silent for a couple of minutes before Rinne chimed in. "Do you two.. have anywhere to stay?" They shook their heads and Suro immediately looked at Rinne. "I- Let's talk somewhere" Rinne nervously laughed and grabbed Suro's arm. "You two stay there, run to us if you need anything" He said before dragging Suro away.
"Is there a problem, Rinne?"
"Not really, I know you want to invite them to the shelter but.." Rinne trailed back. "I don't think Rookie and the others are going to be fond of them.." Suro cocked his head to the side. "What makes you think that?" Before Rinne can answer, Suro added. "Without sounding biased." The comment made Rinne a tad bit flustered but continues to explain anyways. "For starters, the noise or ‘bickering’, whatever you call it. It will attract a handful of zombies if not more, and if we take them to the shelter, considering it isn't all that big... knowing some of our members are a bit sensitive when it comes to loud noises" Rinne explained, his voice getting quieter and quieter the more he proceeds.
"You have a point on the first part" Suro taps his fingers on his chin. "But the second part.. list a few member"
"Rev, Rookie, Mila, sometimes Toko"
"Aren't they all loud individuals themselves?" Suro looked at Rinne. "That doesn't mean they don't enjoy peace and quiet." Rinne sighed and looked back at the duo who was just chatting at a volume only the two can hear. "As for the size of a shelter" Suro chimed. "Mila and I found a location just in case we find survivors, we can always go there.. Fortunately, Toko agreed we can move there" Suro smiled.
"And you didn't even tell me?" Rinne looked offended, rolling his eyes and puffing his cheeks a bit. "It was supposed to be the topic for tomorrow's meeting," Suro chuckled and walked in the direction of the two. "I have no space to argue huh?"
"None."
The duo saw Suro and Rinne walking back to their direction, one of them waving at them with a smile. "I forgot to ask," One of them started. "What.. are your names?" He asked nervously. "How rude of me to not introduce ourselves. I am Suro and this is my partner, well partner for today: Rinne" Rinne waved his hand at them. "and you two are?"
"Koe and this wanna be hero is Kaitou" Koe simply introduced. "What brings you two here?" Koe asks once again "Well, we were on an expedition, that's it. Wasn't expecting to run into some survivors" Rinne giggled when he saw Koe nudging Kaitou. "Well since we're here, why don't you come with us and help with the expedition?" Rinne offered which had Koe accepting immediately but leaving Kaitou skeptical.
"Kaitou?"
"I don't trust it." He crosses his arms and looks away. "How would I know you're not gonna stab me in the back or something?" Koe rolled his eyes at his friend's antics and insisted that they just leave him be. "Alright, suit yourself. Let's go" Koe started walking, having the two follow behind.
You sent
"Eh?! Oi! What the fuck?!" Kaitou began running up to them without hesitation, leading the three in a fit of laughter.
Once the laughing had died down the four just chit chatted the whole walk to the market.
"When you recruited people, did they immediately trust you?" Kaitou asks and Rinne shakes his head in response. "It's normal for people to distrust us, especially with what's going on" The two nodded.
"That reminds me of the first time we recruited Rookie."
Suro chuckled at the thought. "The moment she saw us, she pointed a gun at Nora" Suro then shook his head.
"It is quite an impression," Rinne smiled. "Anyways we're here"

Rev looked at the clock then sighed. "What's wrong?" Nora popped out of nowhere and asked. "Suro and Rinne are taking their sweet time, hm?" He chuckled and continued to clean the weapons that's laid down in front of him on a table. "Rookie is definitely gonna freak out when Rinne comes home injured" Nora teased and sat next to Rev.
"Oh definitely"
The two started to joke around, not noticing a person had stepped out of their room and came to check up on them.
"Nora?" A voice called out from the kitchen and Nora immediately looked up. "Yuki?" She called back, getting up from her seat and walking to the kitchen; there, she spotted Yuki. "You wanna eat?" They offered Nora a plate and Nora, not wanting to be rude, just agreed to eat with Yuki.
A couple minutes passed and Rookie stepped out of the room, hair drenched and a towel on top of her head. "Hm?" She looked around the room. "Are they not back yet"
"I was surprised, myself.'' Rev chimed in as he was putting away his cleaning tools. "I see" She sighed and walked to the kitchen— grabbing an energy drink from the fridge, popping it open before drinking it.
"Rookie in distress" Nora giggled at her own comment. "A bit stressed, yeah" Rookie gave Nora and Yuki a quick smile before sipping the drink in her hand.
Soon enough— they heard the jiggling of the door knob and revealed Suro, Rinne and two new faces. Though Rookie could care less about the two new faces as she puts down her drink and instantly approaches Rinne, wrapping her arm around Rinne's waist and pulling him into a chaste kiss. Suro cleared his throat and Rinne pulled away, panting a bit— a face red and flustered. Rookie rolled her eyes and grabbed Rinne's hand and dragged him to their shared bedroom.
"Off they go.." Rev commented then got up to greet the two new people. "Hello, I assume Suro and Rinne recruited you. I am Rev, one of the survivors if that wasn't obvious" He held out his hand to Koe and Koe gladly shook it. "Hello! I'm Koe and this is my friend Kaitou, I'm glad there's more survivors than just the two of us" Koe smiled. Kaitou noticed the two people occupying the kitchen. "So exactly how many people are in here?" He asks, looking at Suro who just shrugged. "Honestly, I lost count" He laughed and picked up the bag filled with materials and foods. "Help me with these Rev" He instructed and Rev followed suit.
"I'll inform Toko that there's new people" Nora stood up and walked to where the Director's room is located. Yuki got up grabbing two cups of water and some snacks. They walked up to the two boys and led them to the couch and placed the snacks and water on the coffee table. "We're most likely going to have a meeting so we can all introduce each other," Yuki said, resting a hand on their hips. "Don't look so nervous now, we won't bite." Yuki then chuckled. "You two can relax now, we're all safe here" Yuki assured and walked to the Director's room and knocked.
"Come in" They heard Toko yell out, opening the door which revealed Toko and Nora having a little chat in the bedroom. "I heard there's new people?" Toko asks and Yuki nodded. "Yeah, I can tell they're a bit nervous but that's no surprise" Yuki smiled softly and Toko nodded. "We might have a meeting tonight" She said while tapping a finger on the desk.
"I thought you'd say that" Yuki then leaned against the wall and admired Nora. "Make them feel at home for the time being" Toko reminded them and the two followed.
