Okay, I'll play it again... Fine.
I think I found a new favorite outfit in Animal Crossing! ๐๐

The Tormented
The following art contains spoilers from the book.
Am I actually getting over my mental health stuff, or is Doctor Who actually fun again? Like genuinely joyful. Took itself seriously there for a second and it didn't gel with me a lot of the time. I just want to galavant across the universe with a goofball. Whilst occasionally having deep, traumatic shit thrown in.
Every time Ncuti is on screen I just feel like ๐ ๐๐ชฉ Slay queen ๐ no notes.
Belinda is also super fun so far.
I have not even finished The Secret History, but I'm already obsessed with it. The cult has gotten to me too!
Every moment I feel like I've lived with these characters... And I saw a Tiktok exploring the real Bennington College (which inspired Hampden) and somehow it was like I'd already seen it all.
Seriously, what dark magic is in this book?

um... excuse me. Did Richard understand, or like did he go back and realise what Francis said or what.
Is he dumb? Cause I could see that...
or is Francis just horny in several obscure languages
โWait.โ His voice was cool and Bostonian, almost British. I turned around. โAre you the new neanias?โ, he said mockingly.
The new young man. I said that I was.
โCubitum eamus?โ
โWhat?โ
โNothing.โ
I need to get back to Harriet. I miss her ๐ฅน
Currently it's The Little Friend by Donna Tartt
I've been thinking about it an unhealthy amount... But like we have sooo much dark, gritty sci-fi now. Black Mirror just came out with another season last week that shows us the darkest sides of the future. Paid advertising in medicine etc etc.
Why shouldn't RTD let an alien twink hoover up incels with a retro-future Roomba? Or fight a fifty foot fifties cartoon character. It's a universe where literally anything can happen and I think that's awesome.
It's the goofiness that sets Who apart and a lot of people forgot that after Moffat's run.
