Some thoughts of the recent episode:

1. I have severely underestimated Mitsuri's strength and capability in the manga, holy moly she's astoundingly strong and it shows in the anime! She singlehandedly stopped one of the dragon with her bare hands!

2. I, too, have underestimated Genya's strength when he becomes partially demon...like I forgot that trees have deep roots and the tree that he threw is so big how the hell he's so amazing

3. NEZUKO BEING SO AMAZED WITH MITSURI THEY'RE SO CUTE SISTERS DUO

4. Tanjirou strikes again with his wholehearted words for Mitsuri! :D

5. Really, REALLY love how Tanjirou gets so pissed over Hantengu. He hates this cowardly demon, who victimized himself. He has no mercy for Hantengu.

6. I love Mitsuri's family, but I keep thinking on how crestfallen they would be when they received the news of Mitsuri's fate after the final battle :((

I can't draw dragons for goodness sake so I might redesign some stuff here. Anyway, here are dragons Sun and Moon

Sol (Sun): Don't be fooled by his cuteness, he can blind you. Literally, with his ability to reflect the light with his wings.

Mani (Moon): He usually hunts at night and is able to camouflage with the background, so it's very hard to detect him.

Both Sol and Mani have venomous teeth that can cause delusions to their victims. The spiky stuff around Sol's head will pop out when he's threatened, and the hat-like thing on Mani's head will spring up when he gets spooked or surprised. Both dragons grew up in a small, isolated island of a ruined kingdom. They started taking in children when an illegal human trafficking ship sunk down near the island so they flew over to save the children.

Here is Astra's ancestor: Maristella

Maristella joined a pirate crew for a few years until she stumbled upon Sol and Mani and decided to help them taking care of children in the island. Sol and Mani were wary of her at first but then started to respect her when she singlehandedly sunk down a ship of another pirates that tried to attack the island.

Sol and Mani gave her some treasures they found (subtle courting) and the earrings Maristella was wearing are her favorite.

Saw a YouTube video of someone doing a 'What If Tanjirou meets another Hashira in the first episode' so here are my speculation;

Giyuu: Already in canon, Tanjirou and Nezuko are spared

Shinobu: Same as Giyuu with attacking Nezuko first but becomes immensely curious and bewildered when Nezuko protects Tanjirou. Thinks about Kanae and decides to let her curiosity wins her over. She probably make a deal with Tanjirou like "I'll recommend you a teacher for you to become a slayer in exchange for me to take your sister with me." Probably does experimenting on Nezuko because of her opposite demonic characteristics 💀 (a complicated situation, both sides trying to find the solution for a mutual agreement with Tanjirou refusing to leave Nezuko while Shinobu wants to poke her around with needles and stuff)

Kyojuro: Attacks without hesitation, stating bluntly to Tanjirou why Nezuko should be decapitated (unintentionally harsh) and does a double take when Nezuko protects Tanjirou. He might still stands on his ground but questions the whole situation. I can either see him still trying to slay Nezuko or spare her and takes Tanjirou as his student.

Mitsuri: Despite her soft and cheerful attitude, she shows little mercy when it comes to swinging her blades. She apologies first before diving into an attack. Very shock at seeing how Nezuko protects Tanjirou and starts complicating on what she should do next, to continue her mission or spare the siblings. She might needs to sit down and thinks for a moment. The outcome probably with her sparing them.

Muichiro: So honest with his words, insults Tanjirou at hoping for Nezuko to be good. Attacks but pauses when Nezuko is protecting Tanjirou. Maybe tilts his head and stares, asking Nezuko if she has ulterior motives. The most possible outcome of this situation is him to continue his mission and slays Nezuko, reminding himself that his responsibility as a slayer outweigh everything else.

Uzui: Doesn't filter his words when it comes to explaining to Tanjirou on why the boy is stupid enough to protect his demon sister. His eyes get wide when Nezuko protects Tanjirou and questions swimming around his mind. Either he decides to grasp onto the tiny possiblity that Nezuko can be good, or that he goes ahead to behead her. I see Uzui as a hopeful man clinging on to exciting possiblity of impossible situations, so he might takes Tanjirou as his student but keeps Nezuko lock or isolated away 💀

Gyomei: He thinks the situation is pitiful and hopeless, that Tanjirou is in too much despair to hope his sister still has the humanity in her. Even with blind eyes, Gyomei senses the change of the atmosphere when Nezuko stands over Tanjirou like a protection barrier between him and Tanjirou. He keeps wondering how such thing is possible, how a child like Nezuko decides to risk her life for her human brother that she probably never has memory of. He thinks of the chance that maybe she's being defensive over her food. Either he goes for a killing strike, or to have Tanjirou learning under his guidance while keeping close watch on Nezuko.

Obanai: Very harsh insults, thinks Nezuko has ulterior motive for protecting Tanjirou and beheads her 💀

Sanemi: We all know where this is going 💀 Kill first ask later.

They did so well with his smile, capturing the sinister in it and the mocking glint in his eyes. So I redraw the scene.

I understand why some people thinks the fight between Muichiro and Gyokko seem shorter than the last time with Gyutaro and Daki so here are some my speculation:

1) Muichiro has gotten the mark so his strength, speed, durability get more enhanced. Not to mention that he's very strong for someone his age and became a Hashira at a young age has proved how powerful he is even without the mark.

2) Gyokko's fighting skill and range isn't as far as Gyutaro and Daki, and he isn't as destructive with his surrounding that much compare to the siblings. His attacks mainly focuses on Muichiro and are quick to vanish into ashes at being slices, leaving not traces left behind.

3) Muichiro basically more stronger than Gyokko with the mark: he is poisoned and bleeding around but still maintain a perfect strength and skill to keep up with Gyokko. The mark probably helps in slowing the poison too. So the fight is done quicker than the last fight in entertainment arc.

I think it's just me, but maybe the factor of destruction of the surrounding and the exaggeration of movement can manipulate the length of time shown. Gyokko punches and swipes a lot after transforming into his last form, and Muichiro dodges and moves only in that area without the need to jump across many trees.

Also, maybe their fight is happening at the same time as Tanjirou and the others. See how fighting Hantengu seem to take more time? With his rank and ability, Hantengu has far range fighting skill, splitting up to clones and the area of the battle expand more. Aizetsu has smaller fighting range while his other clones can expand the area more like Sekido with his thunder striking, Karaku with his wind blasting and especially Urogi who flies around and has high frequency soundwave shrieks.

Then comes Zohakuten and his dragons, so Tanjirou, Nezuko and Genya have to move around like, a LOT, to dodge and plan counter attacks. Mitsuri comes along then and she, with her unique sword, also has far range fighting skill so along with her perfect acrobatics ability, she's in her zone in fighting Hantengu.

Again, these are just my speculation though 👁️👁️

I bet that Inosuke once charged at one of Ubuyashiki's children (screaming "IMPOSTERS GAHHH") because he didn't know they were quintuplets.

I need to say this after I Hantengu's anime debut.

Hantengu literally has Boboiboy's powers. Down to the power split and fusing to become stronger.

Rushing sketch but i totally see the resemblance between Sekido and Thunderstorm; grumpy angry boi with thunder abilities. Only difference is Thunderstorm doesn't actually need to forcefully absorb his brothers 💀

I know that Muichiro and Yuichiro can easily carry things heavier than their weight I mean look at how much woods they were carrying on their backs 👁️👁️

Also their dad looking a lot like Tanjirou, so Mui must be seeing his dad in Tanjirou that's why he's so soft and sweet around him (the bias is so clear LMAOO)

Inspired by a fan art I saw on Pinterest sometime ago, where Muichiro, Genya and Senjuro realizing they could call Tanjirou brother if they became in-laws.

So I have an AU idea with set on modern era with bits of mixed of the original one, where Nezuko gets ask out on dates by other boys who actually (at first) only want to have Tanjirou as their brother.

Hot take: Nezuko knows their intention, decides to take advantage of the situation, but always making sure that everyone knows that the only person who can call Tanjirou brother is her.

- Inosuke tried at first but got confused on the whole 'asking thing out' and just proudly claim that he wants to be Tanjirou's brother (at first he thought taking out means tackling them so he did that to Nezuko and got scolded by Tanjirou) (he dropped the asking thing out with Nezuko because he views her as sister from the very first begining)

- Senjuro got to embarrassed to ask her out but still hangs out with Nezuko (he's still trying but decides to take careful measure)

- Muichiro straight up being honest with Nezuko and makes a PowerPoint on the benefit the two parties can get if he becomes associates with her and Tanjirou's brother-in-law

- Genya just can't do it like Senjuro but still hangs out with Nezuko and tried subtly (failing) making himself look cool or something

- Zenitsu thinks he has the best shot at it cause he's been friends with the Kamado since kindergarten and the closest to Nezuko (but he's often on Tanjirou's bad side, so....)

This is mostly a crack sort of AU that I find silly.

(I am feeling a little bit evil so Giyuu doesn't get to have his chance hugging Tanjirou cause there are too many people so he leaves with his head down like a disappointed dog)

Random things I think about after watching the latest episode of Demon Slayer:

- I thought that Muichiro's father might be siblings with Tanjirou's but the family name doesn't add up so! What if Mui's grandmother is a Kamado and married a Tokitou. Mui's father inheriting the red eyes and married a turquoise eye coloured woman hence the Tokitou twins are born.

- I love how Tanjirou gets so work up over Zohakuten victimizing himself, like he's so pissed that this demon has the audacity to acts like a victim when it's the other way around. That he also gets so angry over being questioned why he cares about others, why does he keep helping others when it's not his business.

- CRYING SCREAMING WHEN THE CLONES GET ABSORBED AIZETSU MY MAN 😭😭

- CRYING AGAIN WHEN MUICHIRO KEEPS TRYING TO GET KOTETSU TO LEAVE AND LOOKING SO HORRIFIED WHEN THE BOY GOT STABBED

- This episode reminds me of Gyutaro and Daki, how they're on the different side of the same coin with Tanjirou and Nezuko. They became demons because they suffered, contrast to the Kamado who became demons slayers because they suffered.

Tanjirou and Nezuko are the definition of " The world is cruel and makes us suffer so we make sure no one gets the same fate."

She was just taking a dip and taking pictures of corals to make reports on the effect of pollution and suddenly a mermaid grabbed her and nagged her. Also Ratchet was about to comment on the shorter hairstyle, thinking she cut it but then Azure and Optimus made their appearances.

KNY Episode 6 ft Genya and the Kamado siblings

They were just kids, man 😕. I just noticed that Genya having less injuries from his other siblings is because he's holding the youngest one, who received the most attack and shield his body 😕. Man Sanemi and Genya aren't my favorite but they suffer so much.

Imagine Genya seeing Nezuko and Tanjirou hug and just think like " they have such a good siblings relationship " 😕😕😕
