It was my cousin's 1st birthday, so I went to his house, a Lil while after I came back from classes, to help with the decor and all. It was pretty fun and pretty boring, I really enjoyed the food though and the cake was delicious. Nothing much really happened and yeah I def didn't study again. At this point I am not even procrastinating anymore, life is getting more and more stuff to do instead of studying. Hoping to prioritise my study.

Just another boring day.

I am trying to increase my speed in solving math problems but I think I need to keep at it for quite some time. I finally completed a chemistry chapter, which was something I must have done cuz my teacher started another chapter, so it's easy going along with the teacher. I am also not able to keep up with reading since, I get really sleepy when I am done with studies. I still have a heck of a work to cover so I think I urgently need to learn to sit and study for long hours. An easy way to do so is to stay back in my institute after classes, which I have been wanting to do for a week, but unable to do so for one reason or another. I really hope I do sit back there for at least a couple hours after class since it'll help me cover a lot of work in a little time. Fingers crossed 🤞

PS: Since it's mango season, I am having a lot of those lately, as I love mangoes. So, today I made some Mango milkshakes too.

My classes were off today so I finally made some pancakes, something I've been procrastinating about for a month. But for real, they were the best I've ever made. I finally did some work but still couldn't do much. I am having a heck of mangoes these days which keeps me happy, lmao, I love mangoes to life. Anyway, it was a pretty lazy day, I was feeling sleepy all day but every time I laid down, I couldn't sleep. It's 23:12 and I think the moment I lay down on bed I'll be ded sleep.

[Tuesday, June 13 2023]

Today I had such an irritating cold, I was sneezing all day long. Going to attend classes didn't do any good, except making me sit in a chilled air-cond room and making the sneezing worse. I could barely concentrate in the classes and when I came back home I couldn't sleep even though I was so exhausted. Since, I couldn't study I started watching k-dramas and after just an episode of Delightfully Deceitful I wasn't left with any of the episodes to watch. So, I ended up scrolling on Pinterest. The weather cooled down a bit but the winds didn't let much of the rainfall happen. It 23:49 and my eyelids are probably the heaviest thing rn. So...

I studied nothing today lmao. Today, I came back from classes pretty late and tired. Instead of sleeping Ior studying I started watching Tail of the nine tailed 1938 and Dr. Romantic 3. Then, my family made plans to have dinner out so my night study slot was done for.

Overall, the only study I did today was studying during class and the chemistry questions I solved during recess.

I just ended up having double work for tomorrow, but life goes on.

Daily blog #1 [Sunday,11-6-23] Had a pretty busy day, even though it was a Sunday today. I guess Sundays will be busier since I have to complete a week's worth backlog. NGL the Pinterest's beauty with brain study motivation is helping a lot. I finally started a book after a long time and my love for classics is only increasing with this. I am refraining from reading more than a chapters to keep my hard fixed sleep schedule alright(it is still not ideal but I am trying). Trying my best to hold out this time. You need motivation to study? Let me introduce you to spiteful studying. When you study a subject to prove someone wrong. When you spend hours writing up notes so that you can get that grade and smile smugly at the teacher who predicted you a lower grade. Find someone to prove wrong, it can be a teacher, a parent, friend or just to prove society that you’re so much more capable then they say you are!

Trust me, it works.

Childhood - The Rose

Daily Routine (9/25/17) - Strawberry Jam

If today could be defined by one thing, it would be music. I spent the majority of the day listening to Spotify while simultaneously catching up on homework. Also, I recently have been reacquainted with my beautiful guitar. I’ve been playing on and off now for the better part of 6 years, with many hiatuses in between. I haven’t play since at least over 6 months ago, but for the past 3 days now I have consistently been playing. 

I want to not only become proficient in guitar again, but also play live. I’ve only ever been in a band once and we only played live once, but that doesn’t deter me in slightest. Going to the house show last week and becoming more in touch with the local music scene have inspired me to find people to jam with and hopefully play live shows. It’s always been a dream of mine to be part of a successful band. I want to get started on it now. 

So today I changed her strings. The new high E string snapped when I was tightening the peg, which was quite the bitch because it was the last string for me to change. Luckily I had a few extra packets of strings, but now I have a packet without the high E string, which irritates my inner OCD. She now sounds wonderful -- like brand new. I always forget how great your guitar sounds whenever you change their strings. It really makes a difference. 

With my guitar re-stringed and me consistently practicing, I’m ready to start jamming with other people. I have actually met a few people who are already interested, they just have to free up their schedules. I also am in need of a drummer.
