You know what really irritates me? When in order to get the men in my life to understand why a rapist or sexual predator deserves a longer or harsher statement I have to say, "What if that was me?" Because then all of a sudden the criminal deserves life imprisonment. But it's not me, it's another girl that they don't know and therefore can't imagine caring for her or wanting to see justice and I just want to scream.

Emma Watson Talks Turning 30, Working With Meryl Streep, And Being Happily Single | British Vogue
The prefix is about men because our society has deemed it masculine. If a girl sits with her legs apart she's told to stop because she is sitting like a man. If a man sits with his legs crossed he will be shamed for being to feminine. Femininity and Masculinity are social constructs made to force men and women to act in favour of certain stereotypes.
Men get hurt by sexism too. Feminism is equality for men and women. A man should be able to do what a woman can and vice-versa. This is what feminism promotes, not a women are better ideology.
You know if we're going to use "man" prefix like "mansplaining", "manspreading", "manthreading" and so on, then we should be able to use "fem" as a prefix as well like "femsplaining", "femspreading", "femthreading" and shit like that. It's only fair. And isn't feminism about equality and fairness?
But not THAT kind of equality!!1!
Black-on-Black crime is merely a deflection from the real problems at hand. End of story.

We spend years learning about the Constitution and its finer details ,which ,naturally,is condered an important aspect of a well-rounded education. This is to create a sense of idealism in the impressionable minds of young students. But as we grow older we realise you don't get justice unless you are 'important'.How does the case of a woman who has been raped, whose dignity has been violated and self-respect shattered drag on and on for fifty years?!?Does our our so-called justice system expect the victim to arrive at court with her grandchildren to punish a sexual predator who has probably committed the same crime 20 times over due to lack of immediate action and punishment. This is in contrast to politicians and journalists whose cases are so highly publicised that they have to be taken up on a 'high -priority basis'. We are taught that everyone is equal before the law.But does this social equality really exist?I am not questioning the Constitution or any of its ideals but its excellence is rendered invalid when those who really need these institutions consider equality itself a luxury.
One day we will be able to breathe again.
