NOTES: Dedicating this to @badgerintraining who asked about this a while ago! I’m so sorry this took me so long to post. I was really enjoying my break before the semester started and now that it has, it’s kept me busy. I hope I did your boy justice!

A = Activities - What do they like to do with their s/o? How do they spend their free time with them?

Sebastian likes playing video games with you or to have you at his side while you watch him! He likes having your input and commentary as he plays. This includes you playing Solarian Chronicles with him and Sam too. He also likes showing and explaining his comic book collection to you!

B = Beauty - What do they admire about their s/o? What do they think is beautiful about them?

He loves your touch and your skin! It’s always so warm and your scent relaxes him. He loves being enveloped by you. It’s not something he thought he liked before—in fact, he wasn’t receptive to it at all—but with you, it’s so different. Your presence and touch is calming because you’re not overbearing or expectant of him. When anyone else touches him, he visibly tenses.

C = Comfort - How would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?

Sebastian isn’t great at comforting people. He’s very awkward. For example, if he finds you crying, he’ll stand there for a moment before going to sit next to you. He hesitates to rub your back at first (he does awkwardly) but eventually pulls you into him. He doesn’t say anything, just letting you cry, all while he becomes increasingly more comfortable with petting your head and holding you tighter. He’ll ask you if you want to talk about and then offer to do something you enjoy, like watching your favorite show.

D = Dreams - How do they picture their future with their s/o?

He pictures a quiet life with an occasional outing. He’s not concerned about marriage or children—he’s never pictured that life for himself personally. He might want to buy an apartment in the city where he (and you!) can go to every so often.

E = Equal - Are they the dominant one in the relationship, or rather passive?

He tends to be more dominant but it’s not on purpose; he’s kinda stubborn. For example: if you come home later than you said you would, he’s waiting for you at the door or on the porch and telling you off. He does it out of love and worry but tries to come off as though he’s more mad than he actually is.

F = Fight - Is it easy for them to forgive their s/o? How are they when fighting?

Although he tries to act tough, he’s very sensitive! If you hurt him, he’s going to be quite passive until you approach him to apologize. He’s not gonna initiate anything. If holding grudges was a sport, he’d be the MVP. The same pretty much goes for when you fight. But if he was in the wrong, he’ll probably be mad for a little while but later he shamefully apologizes.

G = Gratitude - How grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their s/o is doing for them?

He’s very grateful for you as a person but doesn’t recognize his gratitude beyond that very often. Not because he isn’t! He most definitely is but it doesn’t cross his mind frequently. When it does, he becomes kinda mushy, giving you more physical affection than normal and doing you favors around the house or farm.

H = Honesty - Do they have secrets they hide from their s/o? Or do they share everything?

I think Sebastian has a lot of secrets or things about himself that he’s not willing to share. It’s so hard for him to open up. The longer you’re together, the more he does and the easier it is for him.

I = Inspiration - Did their s/o change them somehow, or the other way around? Like trying out new things or helped them overcome personal problems?

Without a doubt! He’s very open-minded and is willing to do just about anything to ensure your happiness. He tends to like what you introduce to him to even if he thinks he won’t at first! It’s enough that you want to spend time with him.

J = Jealousy - Do they get jealous easily? How do they deal with it?

He doesn’t get jealous very easily but when he sees someone blatantly flirting with you, he gets pissed. He’s not confrontational so he’ll aggressively remove you from the situation, pulling you close to his body. He’ll then either lecture you, asking you what the hell was going on, or he’ll give you the silent treatment with one word answers or grunts. Either way, he is not letting you leave his side nor is he removing his hand from you.

K = Kiss - Are they a good kisser? What was the first kiss like?

Inexperienced king. The first kiss was awkward and shy on his part. He was a little hesitant, cupping your cheek so gently and slowly pulling you in. His kiss is so soft and sweet, like you were going to crumble beneath him if it wasn’t.

L = Love Confession - How would they confess to their s/o?

On a motorcycle ride to a cliff with a view of the city!

M = Marriage - Do they want to get married? How do they propose? What would the marriage be like?

I think the thought of marriage kind of freaks him out. Commitment freaks him out. If you’re down to never be married, he’d be very happy. But if that’s something you know you want, you’ll need to tell him that so he can ease himself in the idea. The closer and longer you’ve been together, the more receptive he is to the idea.

N = Nicknames - What do they call their s/o?

Babe, Sweet Thing, Doll. He mainly calls you by your name and sometimes ‘babe’, reserving the other two mostly for the bedroom. He’s not much for nicknames otherwise.

O = On Cloud Nine - What are they like when they’re in love? Is it obvious for others? How do they express their feelings?

To people who don’t know him well, no, it’s not obvious. To people who do know him well, it’s painfully obvious. He spends less time in his room, he’s happier, he’s friendlier, he’s more sociable. His loved ones catch on quickly that something’s up and he knows there’s no hiding it.

P = PDA - Are they upfront about their relationship? Do they brag with their s/o in front of others? Or are they rather shy to kiss etc. when others are watching?

I don’t think he talks a whole lot about you. That’s not to say he’s unhappy or ashamed because that is so far from the truth. Sebastian is a very private person, only willing to let the outside world in on a surface level. The closer he is to someone, the more he’s likely to mention you. He just wants to keep his private life private.

Q = Quirk - Some random ability they have that’s beneficial in a relationship.

he’s good with his hands Sebastian is very good at setting boundaries, mainly that of alone time. His social battery drains very quickly—it always has—and he needs frequent time to himself to recharge. Please don’t take it personally! It has nothing to do with you. Even in your honeymoon phase, he’ll need this. It aligns with your schedules pretty well, though. While you’re busy going throughout your day on the farm, he’s at home using that time to spend alone, and in turn, time to miss you. He’s always so happy to see you return, hoping you’d like to spend time together for a little while.

R = Romance - How romantic are they? What would they do to make their s/o happy? Cliché or rather creative?

I think his first reflex is to do something cliche and romantic, like taking you out to a nice restaurant. His second would probably be a more adolescent approach, like a movie. And there’s nothing wrong with either of those date ideas! But as he grows more comfortable in your relationship, he starts taking you places he enjoys (and of course, thinks you’ll enjoy too), like going to a concert, going to an amphibian and reptile showing, or even getting a (small) couple tattoo.

S = Support - Are they helping their s/o achieve their goals? Do they believe in them?

He hates when people try to help him without him asking. He knows how that can make things worse so he doesn’t want to step on anyone’s toes. Unless you ask him for his help and specify what it is you need his help with, he’s gonna back off. He’ll always give you emotional support though. He wants to see you succeed and help you in achieving your goals!

T = Thrill - Do they need to try out new things to spice out your relationship? Or do they prefer a certain routine?

Sebastian is such a creature of habit and doesn’t feel a need for much adventure. He prefers to keep a lowkey routine and is very content with it. He needs to be able to rely on it to manage his anxiety and depression.

U = Understanding - How good do they know their partner? Are they empathetic?

He’s a lot more empathetic than he might come across. Sebastian is very perceptive and he quickly picks up on what bothers you. Even if he might not exactly understand what you’re feeling, he does understand what it’s like to not be so he’ll always try his best to empathize with you.

V = Value - How important is the relationship to them? What is it’s worth in comparison to other things in their life?

Sebastian strikes me as the type to lead with his heart. He might not completely rationalize a situation or think logically at first. For example: if you’re in danger, he’ll run into it head on in an attempt to bring you to safety, not considering other possible factors or hurdles he might come across. So he’ll do and endure just about anything if it means you’re happy.

W = Wild Card - A random Fluff Headcanon.

On rainy days, Sebastian likes to either take you down to the docks or to catch frogs with you! At the docks, he brings a couple of towels for you both to sit on as you stare into the horizon, cuddling each other under your shared umbrella. Catching frogs brings out a child-like innocence in him that you rarely ever see. He’s completely himself too, telling you everything he knows about them or about that specific species you caught.

X = XOXO - Are they very affectionate? Do they love to kiss and cuddle?

He’s actually more affectionate than you may think! He likes having you in his lap while he works at the computer. He’s especially cuddly in the morning and at night. If he’s not holding you, he’s wrapping himself around you and burying his face in the crook of your neck. But he’d never admit to doing that to save his life.

Y = Yearning - How will they cope when they’re missing their partner?

Sebastian will probably text you hourly to check on you, maybe even call you just to hear your voice. He greets you at the door when you come home, suggesting a movie or chill multiplayer game.

Z = Zeal - Are they willing to go to great lenghts for the relationship? If so, what kind?

Absolutely! He’s a lot softer than he likes to come across. If you asked him to quit smoking, he might give you some gruff about it but eventually would. It wouldn’t leave his mind, in fact. He’d look at it as something he had to do, the only reason he’d hesitate at first is because of the addiction. Otherwise, if you asked, then sure!

Sam really enjoys playing the guitar for you! And if you play too, even better! He loves having jam sessions together.

B = Beauty - What do they admire about their s/o? What do they think is beautiful about them?

Sam loves your lips and eyes. He loves that your eyes can be so cute or so seductive, and that your lips always look so kissable.

C = Comfort - How would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?

Hugging is Sam’s go-to for comforting someone. He’s a very good hugger. He’ll hold you close and let you hide in his chest. He’s not always good with words so he’ll take to petting your head while reminding you that you’re okay and safe.

D = Dreams - How do they picture their future with their s/o?

He likes the idea of being your rocker boyfriend/husband; having you along for the ride as he tours or in the studio when recording a new song. After that, he’s sure he wants to be a dad and raise a family with you!

E = Equal - Are they the dominant one in the relationship, or rather passive?

He’s neither dominant nor passive. He respects you and your work and hopes you do as well! He never wants to intrude on your work and he’ll only help if you ask him to.

F = Fight - Would they be easy to forgive their s/o? How are they fighting?

He hates arguing. He avoids it at all costs. If you start arguing, he’ll roll over like a dog and apologize, saying he was wrong (even if he wasn’t—something he’s working on). After you’ve had some space from each other, he’s the first to apologize, coming up behind you with a hug and kissing your neck and shoulders. Try as you might, it’s so hard to stay mad at him!

G = Gratitude - How grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their s/o is doing for them?

It’s not something he dwells on too often. Not that he isn’t grateful—he is!—but the thought doesn’t really cross his mind. When he does, he gets a big, goofy grin on his face when he thinks about all the ways he’s grateful for you and your life together. He feels like the people in his life don’t take him seriously, except you and he’s grateful for that.

H = Honesty - Do they have secrets they hide from their s/o? Or do they share everything?

Sam is a very honest person! He’s always had trouble lying to his mother. He doesn’t really do anything worth lying about either and he’s very open. He’s likely to forget to tell you about something but he’d never keep anything from you intentionally, unless he thought it was in your best interest that he did.

You’ve both changed each other in different ways! Sam has taught you to have more patience and you’ve helped Sam to be more organized. You’ve helped people to see that he’s not an immature kid anymore but a responsible young man with a sense of humor.

J = Jealousy - Do they get jealous easily? How do they deal with it?

He rarely ever gets jealous—he trusts you with his whole being! But if he does, he doesn’t get mad or anything but he starts getting really clingy and physically affectionate. More than usual.

K = Kiss - Are they a good kisser? What was the first kiss like?

He was ready to kiss you the minute you entered your relationship. While he is a good kisser, he is also sloppy. Your first kiss together was a little intense because he kissed you like a man starved. It wasn’t planned either so he definitely tasted like pizza or cola.

L = Love Confession - How would they confess to their s/o?

Like any desirable man, he sneaks you through his bedroom window and hides you from the prying eyes of his mother.

M = Marriage - Do they want to get married? How do they propose? What would the marriage be like?

Sam doesn’t feel one way about marriage. He’d be happy as your boyfriend or as your husband! But if he were to… he’ll initially want to propose to you on stage at one of his concerts. Luckily, his friends talk him out of that, saying that could put pressure on you to say ‘yes’, or you saying ‘no’ could be humiliating for you both. He asks his parents for advice; Kent suggesting somewhere sentimental and Jodi suggesting somewhere romantic. He ends up not being able to contain his excitement long enough to go through with any plan. He proposes to you as you’re walking back to the farm one night. It actually proves to be perfect; the two of you alone, under the stars.

N = Nicknames - What do they call their s/o?

Babe, baby, cutie, girly/pretty girl (if you’re a woman), mama/daddy (if you have children or are expecting). They’re basic and a little juvenile but you love them! He gets nervous when you don’t call him a nickname, assuming the worst lol.

O = On Cloud Nine - What are they like when they are in love? Is it obvious for others? How do they express their feelings?

Sam is already a bubbly and optimistic person. But when he starts dating you, he can’t wipe the dopey smile off his face! He no longer dreads going into work (which Shane quickly picks up on), he practically slips through town, and he can’t keep his hands off of you. It’s obvious, to say the least.

P = PDA - Are they upfront about their relationship? Do they brag with their s/o in front of others? Or are they rather shy to kiss etc. when others are watching?

He’s so excited to announce that you’re dating when you start! Definitely not shy to kiss or hug you in public. He’s physically affectionate with all of his friends though so unless he kisses you, an onlooker might assume you’re just friends.

Sam is a very good listener! He’ll listen intently as you boast, complain, cry, or talk about nothing. He’s also very agreeable. Did someone piss you off? Yeah, they suck! Got cash-back and want to use for a getaway together? Sure, he’d love to spend some quality time with you!

R = Romance - How romantic are they? What would they do to make their s/o happy? Cliché or rather creative?

He tries to be romantic but he’s a bit clumsy. He tries to make you your favorite food but messes up the recipe. Or he runs a bath for you with rose petals and scented oil but when you enter the bathroom, the tub has overflowed. It’s the thought that counts!

S = Support - Are they helping their s/o achieve their goals? Do they believe in them?

Absolutely! He’ll assist you in anyway you ask him to. He feels it’s only fair since you’ve helped him so much before with his band and defending him from his mother and Mayor Lewis.

T = Thrill - Do they need to try out new things to spice out your relationship? Or do they prefer a certain routine?

Sam loves some thrill and adventure! He’s so happy being with you but he gets a bit antsy so every week, you two go out and do something new. Attend a local concert, eat at a different restaurant, go dancing—whatever strikes you interest!

U = Understanding - How good do they know their partner? Are they empathetic?

He is very empathetic. He’s not very confrontational so while he will get mad on your behalf, he’s more inclined to feel sad when you are. He absolutely hates seeing you cry and might shed a few tears when you do (but he’ll never let you see).

V = Value - How important is the relationship to them? What is it’s worth in comparison to other things in their life?

All of Sam’s relationships are very important to him! He wouldn’t think twice before sacrificing his stuff, or Yoba forbid, himself if it ever came down to it. He’s quite impulsive already so he definitely has before when it really wasn’t necessary. But it goes to show just how far he’s willing to go for you.

Sam teaches you how to skateboard, if you don’t know how to already! He makes you wear knee and elbow pads (partly for his own amusement). He’s so proud of you once you start to learn! He also offers to teach you how to play the guitar. You have little jam sessions together where he leads, while you’re still learning.

If you didn’t already know how, Sam has taught you how to skateboard! He insists you wear knee and elbow pads (even though you hate how dorky they make you look, that’s part of the fun for him). He’ll also teach you how to play guitar if you don’t know how to either! He loves bonding with you this way and he’s always so excited when you get something right!

He’s kinda very clingy and hates to see you go! He texts you every so often to check in and remind you not to overwork yourself. Huge golden retriever vibes in the sense that he’ll greet you at the door, kissing your face and hugging you tight. Expect him to be all over you for a while after you come back.

He’d do just about anything to prove himself to you. One way he does this is by learning your favorite songs and playing them on the guitar for you! He makes sure he gets them just right before he preforms. Sometimes, he offers to sing and play them softly to you as you fall asleep.

NOTES: I haven’t known what types of headcanons to post so I’m hoping this might inspire me. I’m taking requests, by the way, if you’d like to help a girl out! Enjoy!

A = Activities - What do they like to do with their s/o? How do they spend their free time with them?

Elliott loves cooking and baking with his spouse! Even if you’re not great at it, he’s happy to teach you! As long as it’s edible, he’s happy and proud of what you made together. That phrase “a way to a man’s heart is through his stomach” applies to him specifically.

B = Beauty - What do they admire about their s/o? What do they think is beautiful about them?

It’s so hard for him to narrow it down but if he has to, it’s your generosity and strength. He could watch you do farm work for hours (and he has) and he loves that you’re so giving and that you don’t think twice about it.

C = Comfort - How would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?

Elliott is at your side immediately, asking how and/or what he can do to help. If you ask for a minute alone, for example, he’s preparing your favorite snack and movie or show. Or maybe a bath or shower, later reading you to sleep. He’s doing whatever he can to help you!

D = Dreams - How do they picture their future with their s/o?

He dreams of the typical white-picket fence dream: marriage, kids, growing old with you. More than that, he wants to take care of you, to protect you, to provide for you. As long as he knows he can do that for you, he can die happy.

E = Equal - Are they the dominant one in the relationship, or rather passive?

I can see this going both ways. I feel like if you’re a woman or feminine presenting, he’s more likely to subconsciously take on a dominating role. If you’re a man or masculine presenting, the same still applies but less so. It’s not that he has sexist views! He was raised with these values in mind and it didn’t help that a lot of the media he consumed growing up portrayed a damsel in distress. If this makes you uncomfortable, you can tell him that and he’ll be much more mindful of how he treats you. Regardless of your gender, he’ll always be protective over you and that’s something you cannot change.

F = Fight - Would they be easy to forgive their s/o? How are they fighting?

Yes, without a doubt, yes. Even if you hurt him deeply, he’s already forgiven you long before. To quote James Fraser from Outlander because I feel like Elliott would think the same: "She asked forgiveness, and I gave it. But the truth is, I'd forgiven everything she'd done and everything she could do long before that day. For me, that was no choice. That was falling in love."

G = Gratitude - How grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their s/o is doing for them?

He’s eternally grateful for everything you do. For him and for the community. You saved him from dying a lonely hermit on the beach! For that, he feels he owes you everything.

H = Honesty - Do they have secrets they hide from their s/o? Or do they share everything?

He’s very open and honest! I don’t think he intentionally keeps secrets. Like with the piano, you didn’t know he could play so beautifully and he would probably not have brought it up unless you found him playing. Or if it didn’t come up in conversation, he probably won’t mention it. Except it’s something actually important, then you can trust he’ll tell you. But in that case, it probably wouldn’t be a secret.

You’re his muse! You inspire him every single day. You helped him to write his book. He runs a lot of things by you because he knows that you’ll give him kind constructive criticism.

I don’t think he gets jealous easily. He gets jealous like the average person. When he does, however, he becomes passively aggressive. If he notices someone flirting with you, he’ll politely remove you from them and gently scold you. He might be a little petty so you’re probably going to have to apologize a bit more than you normally would.

K = Kiss - Are they a good kisser? What was the first kiss like?

YUP. He’s a romantic and very in tune with his partner and what they like. Your first kiss with him was magical. He wasn’t clumsy or too rough. It was sweet and gentle.

L = Love Confession - How would they confess to their s/o?

On a shabby little row boat out at sea!

M = Marriage - Do they want to get married? How do they propose? What would the marriage be like?

Yes! He feels it’s the natural next step to your relationship. He proposes to you on the beach while the sun sets. Your marriage would be pretty low-key but never lacking. Especially in the bedroom. You both are happy and content with your quiet lives on the farm. Whenever Elliott goes on a book tour, he brings you along, considering it a vacation.

N = Nicknames - What do they call their s/o?

Darling, love, dear, sweetheart, beautiful. He called you darling, love, and dear before but when you started dating, he added ‘my’ in front of it.

O = On Cloud Nine - What are they like when they are in love? Is it obvious for others? How do they express their feelings?

Elliott is pretty animated already but even more so when he’s in love. He’s much happier and carries himself more confidently (if you can believe it). I don’t think it’s obvious to anyone but his friends. Leah, for example, notices it almost immediately. He expresses his feelings through writing in his “secret book” of poems expressing his love for you or your likeness captured through a character in one of his books.

P = PDA - Are they upfront about their relationship? Do they brag with their s/o in front of others? Or are they rather shy to kiss etc. when others are watching?

Yes, he’s very proud to be yours! He doesn’t necessarily brag but he talks about you whenever he’s given the chance. He’s not shy about physical PDA either. Of course, nothing inappropriate but definitely touching you in some way or kissing you. He’s not in the least bit shy!

Q = Quirk - Some random ability they have that’s beneficial in a relationship.

Elliott is a very smooth talker. He almost always knows exactly what to say. And I know that would otherwise be a red flag but he does stumble over his words frequently too! He never wants to risk loosing you, especially over something that’s his fault.

R = Romance - How romantic are they? What would they do to make their s/o happy? Cliché or rather creative?

He’s extremely romantic! He’ll happily help you around the farm and later take care of you when you come home: making dinner, bathing you, massaging you. He also loves reciting poetry to you whenever you’ll listen.

S = Support - Are they helping their s/o achieve their goals? Do they believe in them?

You can count on him for any sort of support you need and he’ll gladly help you work towards your goal(s). He has always believed in you.

T = Thrill - Do they need to try out new things to spice up your relationship? Or do they prefer a certain routine?

He doesn’t feel like it’s a necessity. He likes adventure on occasion but he’s also very happy and content with your daily routine.

U = Understanding - How good do they know their partner? Are they empathetic?

He’s very empathetic towards you. He’s good at remembering details about you too, regardless of how insignificant it may seem. He remembers what you like and don’t like, things you’ve mentioned that you want, or little stories from your past.

He values your relationship the most out of everything he has! He’ll always put you (and your shared family) first. He loves you more than writing and reading—and that’s saying a lot.

Elliott absolutely hates when people touch his hair. But you’re the only exception. Even though he may tense up a bit at first, he eventually melts into your touch. He trusts you with his life, and more than that, his hair.

He’s super affectionate! He loves touching you, whether that’s through hugs, hand-holding, cuddling, or kissing. He takes any chance he gets to tell/show just how much he adores you!

Y = Yearning - How will they cope when they’re missing their partner?

When he went away on his book tour, he took to sending you letters. He also called you at the end of every day. He prefers to call rather to text because he wants to hear your voice.

Z = Zeal - Are they willing to go to great lenghts for the relationship? If so, what kind?

Absolutely! Anything you need—or want, even. You can always count on him. He’d pet a sea cucumber if it’d make you happy.

A ctivities - What do they like to do with their s/o? How do they spend their free time with them?

As is to be expected, Silvanus loves any activity that deals with magical creatures. Since he takes care of only a few for a living, he likes to bring you on trips to find and observe more obscure and less appreciated creatures. 

Despite him being so focused on magical creatures, he does enjoy flying his broom with you and enjoying the scenery at and away from Hogwarts. He also loves indulging in your hobbies as well. Whatever makes you happy, usually ends up making him feel overjoyed as well. 

B eauty - What do they admire about their s/o? What do they think is beautiful about them?

Silvanus admires your unwavering love and commitment to him the most, to be honest. He never thought that he'd meet someone that would appreciate and love him the way that you did; never mind the fact that he'd find someone who desired to be in his company. Too many times has he been the subject of ridicule and never looked at in a positive light. Because of his reckless determination in studying and caring for magical creatures, not many individuals fancy his company. You, though, have defied all expectations and stuck with him through thick and thin. And for that, he's so very grateful. 

Appearance wise, Silvanus loves your smile and how it touches every aspect of your face. To him, your smile reassures him that he is valid and can be taken seriously. Furthermore, it reveals how happy you are to be around him and share in his interests. He really needs to be reminded of your love, and to look at your smiling face reveals all he needs to know. 

C omfort - How would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?

When his s/o feels down about a certain matter, or is facing a sudden bout of bad mental health, his first instinct is to comfort you and then aim to find solutions. If you're in a public place when a panic attack occurs, he'll immediately steer you away from the crowd into a secluded area and then instruct you to follow your exercises in order to calm down. Once you've reached a decent equilibrium, he'll begin to hug you and soothe any worries that seem to be bothering you. When all else fails though, he has a way with making you laugh without fail every time. 

Overall, he's very empathic and will pick up on anything you may be needed at any given time. 

D reams -  How do they picture their future with their s/o?

Ever since he first met you, Silvanus had known he wanted a future with you. Once he started his relationship with you though, he knew he wanted more. Although children had never been a serious topic that he had considered, you had changed that opinion very quickly. After your marriage, he brought up the idea to you and waited till see your opinion on the matter before he did anything serious. If you didn't want any children, he may be disheartened for a while, but will ultimately accept it given a bit of time. If you say yes though, he will be over the moon. Lord knows he needs someone as excitable as he is for company. 

E qual - Are they the dominant one in the relationship, or are they rather passive?

Although he doesn’t intentionally do it, Silvanus is usually the more dominant one in you two’s relationship. With his excitable nature and drive to please you, he usually takes the more dominant role in the relationship. But he is more than willing to have you take control over things. 

Overall, he just lets his passion flow and goes along with how it ends up.

F ight - Would they be easy to forgive their s/o? How is their fighting?

If a fight occurred between the two of you, it would have to be very serious. Usually you two can discuss issues in a clear and effective manner, but occasionally something will pop up that will make your emotions take control. When that happens, your fight usually lasts for a couple hours and includes a heavy yelling match; after you two finish and calm down though, you come back to each other and deal with the issue properly.

G ratitude - How grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their s/o is doing for them?

In general, Silvanus is beyond grateful. Whether it be for life, other people or you, he is just glad to be able to walk through life and experience all of its joys. His injuries left him with an appreciation for life and for the people that have helped him through the years. 

You have been there for him in both the good and bad times since you two met, and he could never repay the amount of happiness you have made him feel over the years. And he is aware of that every day he wakes up. 

H onesty - Do they have secrets they hide from their s/o? Or do they share everything?

Since you two do not have a lot of free time and are always at school or with each other, there isn’t much he can, or would, hide from you. After years of being together, he feels as though he can confide in you for a number of things and trusts you to hold even his darkest of secrets. And he knows that you would do the same when it comes to him.

I nspiration - Did their s/o change them somehow, or the other way around? Like trying out new things or helping them overcome personal problems?

Although Dumbledore states that his injuries were the source of his new mellow attitude on life and teaching, everyone knows that it was really you that changed him for the better. You act as his metaphorical stabilizer and help him find a calmer medium rather than let him go into situations unhinged. Although you didn’t change his overall personality, you did help him work through his weaker aspects and reach an ideal form of himself.

J ealousy - Do they get jealous easily? How do they deal with it?

Given the amount of major injuries he has sustained over the years, he knows that there are numerous other candidates that you would be better suited with. He doesn’t think of himself as conventionally attractive, but his usual excitability calms his insecurity. 

You have been with him for years, so he knows that a person making you laugh at a stupid joke isn’t enough to steal you away from him. It still makes him nervous though. One can never know when love is involved. 

K iss - Are they a good kisser? What was the first kiss like?

In terms of kissing, Kettleburn's can only go one of four ways: short and sweet, slow and languid, fast and excited, or hard and passionate. Depending on the situation and where you are, the most common ones to get from him are either the slow and languid ones or the short and sweet ones. He usually doesn't have a lot of time during the school day, but when he does he stops by you and gifts you a short and sweet kiss on the nose, cheeks, then mouth. The younger kids find it kind of disgusting, but the older ones have come to think of it as oddly adorable. Once you two are alone though, he draws the kisses out to be longer and more love filled. Those times are definitely his favorite, and when the end  he can't help but feel a little sad.

What can he say though? Your kisses are rather addicting.

L ove Confession - How would they confess to their s/o?

Unlike others, Silvanus knew you were the one for him almost immediately. Most people are put off by his passion and excitable personality, but not you. You were receptive to his interests and let him rant about anything and everything. 

When trust was gained, he started to look towards you more when he had to make certain decisions. Your opinion and input means a lot to him, and he doesn’t want you to forget that. 

It wouldn’t be until he saw you care for his magical creatures that he would realize his true feelings for you though. Besides other Magizoologists, he has never had a friend that acted so compassionate and unaffected by the various creatures he took an interest in. (Even Chimaeras) And he wasn’t gonna let someone like you slip through his fingers.

Which is why, when you were putting some Nifflers in their makeshift home to get some sleep, he pulled you into a fond hug and connected your lips. 

M arriage - Do they want to get married? How do they propose? What would the marriage be like?

Marriage is a definite when it comes to Silvanus. After two to three years of being together, he decides that he wants to be there for you through thick and thin and seal the deal. To propose, he uses the aid of his magical creatures and some entertaining spells he learned just for the occasion.

The night he proposed to you, he took you to visit one of his favorite spots in the Scottish Highlands and set up one of your favorite dinners. After a night of aesthetic visuals, delicious food, and interactions with native magical creatures, he finally let the question slip. And only when you said yes did he finally break out in tears and laughter. 

Being married to Kettleburn would not be too different from a regular relationship to be honest. The only difference is the joy he and you get when you’re able to say that you are each other’s husband/wife/etc.

N icknames - What do they call their s/o?

Out of all the names that Silvanus could call you, Sunshine, Dear, and Mo Leannan are his favorite. He loves to remind you of how happy you make him and if he can include a nickname into that then he is more than happy. Plus, he loves the look on your face when he calls you them. The blush that spreads across your checks brightens his day significantly. 

O n Cloud Nine - What are they like when they are in love? Is it obvious for others? How do they express their feelings?

Although Kettleburn seems to be on cloud nine almost 24/7, nothing could be farther than the truth. He is hit by boughs of depression, anxiety, insecurity, and irritation when faced with various different situations. Whenever he gets into those funks though, he just switches his attention onto both of you guys' love for eachother and immediately has his mood raised. When in love, Kettleburn makes it the most obvious thing in the world. Even after years of marriage you both act as though you're in your honeymoon stage of your relationship. Outside of class, he'll seek you out in order to just spend time together. More than enough times has he been spotted sitting in on your classes and, essentially, being your own personal teaching assistant. Not that it bothered you though; you got to spend more time with the love of your life and also got some help teaching your rowdy students. What could possibly be bad about that?

Given his profession, Silvanus expresses his love through physical affection as well with spoken affection. He doesn't want to make any action unclear when it comes to you knowing your worth to him. And if that means being as clear as possible with his actions, it's a price he's willing to pay.

P DA - Are they upfront about their relationship? Do they brag with their s/o in front of others? Or are they rather shy to kiss etc. when others are watching?

Yikes, where to start. Kettleburn is very upfront about his relationship with you, and will not shut up about it. You have been such a vital aspect in his life and to not hold you in such high praise makes him feel a tad guilty. After the first hundred times of him ranting about you though, many professors start to get annoyed. They think that his pure love for you is admirable, but they don’t need every conversation to be centered around that. 

Silvanus has no qualms about showing his love for you in public. Although he doesn't wish to embarrass you, he can’t help but express his love for you. You’ve meant so much to him for so long, and if he mistreated that built trust he would be devastated. 

Q uirk - Some random ability they have that's beneficial in a relationship

Silvanus is essentially an empath at this point, so understanding you and your feelings is fairly easy to him. Furthermore, he has a way of deflecting attention off of you when you feel pressured or self conscious, which helps you significantly. All the little things he does for you aids the bond you both have developed and maintained over the years. You've even developed most of those skills as well, given you aren't as skilled at them as he is. When it comes to being the ultimate sidekick though, Silvanus has always got your back. 

R omance - How romantic are they? What would they do to make their s/o happy? Cliché or rather creative?

In terms of being serious, Silvanus is not an expert. He can be undoubtedly romantic, but his actions are usually ones of excitement and passion. Which is something that you’ve come to enjoy over your years together. He is courteous, compassionate, and undeniably quirky. lmao Everything action he makes doesn’t get made without you in mind. To make you happy, he offers little trinkets he created for you, entertains you with stories from both of your pasts, sets aside time for both of you to enjoy, and lets you aid him with the care of his magical creatures.

S upport - Are they helping their s/o achieve their goals? Do they believe in them?

Given the fact that you’ve helped achieve so much in his field (in Hogwarts and the wizarding world), Silvanus has sworn to help you advance in yours in any way that he can. And, although he is not the best in (y/f/s), he offers you so much support it’s overwhelming. He has made a number of influential acquaintances over the years, so getting you help from better resources is somewhat easy. Needless to say, he is, and always be, your number one supporter. 

T hrill - Do they need to try out new things to spice up your relationship? Or do they prefer a certain routine?

Although he can handle a routine, Silvanus adores spontaneity and spicing up your relationship. He loves the thrill of trying something new and getting out of his comfort zone; whether it be in the bedroom or in pda, he loves living for the moment. It isn’t something that he needs though. Anything that makes you uncomfortable instantly puts him off. He’s only willing to go as far as you want and can easily adapt to your wants and needs. 

U nderstanding - How good do they know their partner? Are they empathetic?

Given how well Silvanus handles magical creatures, as well as the fact that he dedicates his life to understanding and helping them, it is fair to say that he is exceedingly empathic. 

He knows almost all of your quirks and, given you’ve been married for over ten years, he has a great grasp of your unique routines. Whenever you need alone time or comfort, he immediately picks up on your vibe and handles the situation in the most appropriate manner. 

As your relationship progresses, he makes an effort to leave you little gifts that he made or found throughout the day and always leaves you affectionate notes in places he knows you’ll look. 

It honestly makes your heart melt and improves your day by ninety percent. 

Much to his student’s surprise, he gives the same amount of energy and consideration to you as he does magical creatures. To him, you take first priority and anything he can do to express his love for you will be done in a heartbeat. While sickeningly sweet to the student body, most of the professors are getting tired of him ranting about you every time they engage in conversation with him. it’s so sweet to you though, to know that he cares

V alue - How important is the relationship to them? What is it’s worth in comparison to other things in their life?

Compared to his career, Hogwarts, and the animals he takes care of, you always end up being more important. He could trade everything he had and it still wouldn't be enough to reach your worth. He has never had someone that cares about him as much as you in his life besides his parents and he knows that if he doesn't cherish you he may never meet another person like that ever again. (Magical creatures can only help so much in situations like that you know?)

W ild Card - A random Fluff Headcanon

He has collections of photos he’s taken of you two over the years. Despite what people think, magical creatures aren’t his only passion; photography is as well. From the first kiss you shared to the most recent lesson he sat in on, he has the most randomest and dorky pictures of you. The one he cherishes the most though, is the album he constructed of you two’s wedding day. He has two copies of it: one in your shared quarters and one in his desk in his indoor classroom. Whenever he’s had a bad day, or gets a little more glum than usual, he’ll whip out the album and relive the one of the happiest days of his life.

X OXO - Are they very affectionate? Do they love to kiss and cuddle?

If Silvanus Kettleburn is known for one thing above all else, it’s his deep, passionate nature. Paired with his Hufflepuff loyalty, he turns into the most affectionate partner you've ever had. 

Although you have restraint when it comes to showing too much physical affection in public, you two can still be found cuddling quite often near the Forbidden Forest with a few of the calmer Kneazles. On top of that, you too are barely found apart from each other when grading student's assignments or working on a new lesson plan for each other's classes.

When sitting in the Great Hall for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, he is always found pulling out your chair and holding your hand in a loving grip. The love-sick puppy dog eyes he throws at you either makes the students gush or gag. Depending on the situation. lmao

During your off hours, you two either curl up in bed together, practice fun little charms you both created, read your respective literature choices, or indulge in a much-needed make-out session.

Y earning - How will they cope when they're missing their partner?

Copes surprisingly well compared to others, honestly. Given the fact he has to give almost constant attention to his magical creatures, finding a distraction when you're away for longer than a couple days is pretty easy for him. When your stay away from him lasts a week or longer though, he usually starts conversations through your patronus' and continues them until you get back. It's pretty cute when you send messages at the same time though. Over the years, you guys' patronus' have become similar; and since he seemed to love you with a strong and passionate love, his patronus soon mimicked yours. When they met though, the two (y/p) would dance around each other and nuzzle their heads together. Overall, it expresses the love you two can't express when away from one another.

Z eal - Are they willing to go to great lengths for the relationship? If so, what kind of?

In terms of the length he would go for the relationship, Silvanus would do anything to maintain you guys’ bond. Ever since you reciprocated his passion, he has been entirely devoted to you. as any Hufflepuff would And, although he loves you more than anything else in his life, he would be willing to give you up if that would make you happy. Because, if you really love someone, you have to be willing to let them leave and put their happiness first. Even if it means you aren’t able to have them anymore. He wouldn’t let you leave on a bad note though; you both have endured numerous difficult times together and have enjoyed an insurmountable number of good times. To put that all in the trash over such an unfortunate event would be pointless.

AN:Hello guys!!! As you can see I am still alive I was just busy with school and studying lately so I didn’t have time to write. I hope I will finish all requests I have this short winter break. As always this is gender neutral so everyone can read this. Requests are OPEN. If you notice grammar mistake please tell me so I can correct. That’s all! Enjoy!

A - Attractive (what they find attractive)

Sherlock isn’t type of man who cares about your physical appearance or something like that. However he will find very attractive your mind, the way you think and understand things. He doesn’t have time for people who are led by their emotions, money or even something else; he searches for the beauty of the mind which is very hard to find.

B - Baby (do they want a family?)

Sherlock isn’t sure if he wants family or not. If he finds the right person with whom he can make his own family then sure but only if that person wants same. If you don’t want kids then it’s not that big problem for him.

C - Cuddle (how they cuddle)

Sherlock leaves impression of emotionless man lead by only logic and his mind but he is also huge cuddly baby. He likes to be little spoon when he had bad day or when he doesn’t feel well, then he just wants you two wrap your arms around him. When you have the bad day he would almost immediately knew what’s wrong and would just open and wrap his arms around you quietly. He would stroke your back slowly making you relax and calm down.  

D - Dates (what dates with them are like)

Dates with Sherlock are never boring and never at the same location. Sometimes the date can happen on the crime scene and he often makes them even more interesting by asking you to help him solve the case.

You are his helper, crush, relaxation and love. The last one takes the most time to confess to himself but once he finally accepts the truth he becomes more open to you about his feeling.

F - Feelings (when they realize that they love you)

He realizes that he loves you when he notices how often he thinks about you. His mind is filled with only important things so when he catches himself thinking about you he realizes he has some feelings for you.

G - Gentle (are they gentle?)

He is very, very, gentle even if he doesn’t look like that. At the end of the hard day he just loves to cuddle with you and to listen to your gentle voice as you tell him about your day. When he notices that you are not in the mood for talking he would just wrap his arms around your body and bring you close to himself. He would often stroke your hair and cheeks making you forget about your bad day and every problem you might have.

Not always and surely not in public. When he is stressed or angry because of something he doesn’t want to be touched but when he notices you don’t feel well he would gently touch your hand and slide his fingers between yours reassuring you that everything is going to be fine.

When he first time saw you he tried to deduce and find out as many things about you as he could. He only found out few things about you but most things are secret for him still. He immediately noticed that you are cheerful a bit naïve and very loving and caring person.

Sometimes, when he is in the mood for it. Sherlock is very serious most of the time and doesn’t like to joke but when it comes to you he likes to tease you a little bit, just to see your reaction.

When you remember something he said to you. He knows that people don’t pay attention when he says something or when he does something so when you tell him something you remembered or when you notice the small things on him and make your own deduction about it he feels very happy and also falls in love with you again and again.

His favorite memory of you is when you both got stuck in elevator. You two talked about weird but interesting stuff for hours and shared interesting facts with each other until they fixed the elevator.

No unless you mean affection and love. Material things are not important to him and he doesn’t waste time on that.

Dark blue, reminds him of you because no matter how much time he spends with you or how much he thinks he knows you, you are still mystery to him, and you will always be. He associates dark blue with depth of the ocean, mysterious, calm yet dangerous, and surely very beautiful in its own mysterious way.

He doesn’t use any kind of pet name or nickname; he prefers to call people by their name.

Q - Questions (what are the questions they’re always asking?)

He always asks kind of weird questions or very complicated ones which made you think for a while before you answer him.

R - Remember (their favorite memory of each other)

His favorite memory of you is when he saw you helping the lost crying little girl on the street. He knows that people like you are rare and when he saw you smiling gently at her and helping her find her parents he knew you were special.

S - Sad (how they cheer themselves/others up)

Sherlock doesn’t know how to cheer himself up and as well doesn’t know how to do that to others. Sometimes he would make the situation even worse with his conclusions (which are most of the time true) but he didn’t had intention to hurt anyone just to help them see the right side of the problem. However sometimes he knows how to surprise sad person by giving them compliments and making them laugh with his smart jokes.

T - Talking (what they love to talk about)

He absolutely loves to talk about his unsolved cases. He would just walk around the apartment talking quickly about what he had seen on crime scene, the smallest details he saw on suspects, the behavior of the suspects… Usually your questions would help him solve the mystery and he would be very thankful for that. Also he likes to talk about art, science, music and other things he finds interesting.

He thinks you are very kind, beautiful, intelligent and a little bit naïve person who always manages to make him smile even in the worst situations.

You think that Sherlock is one really beautiful person, who has heart of gold; you think that he is very caring and that he doesn’t know how to express it correctly. Overall he is very loving at his own crazy way.

He loves you because of your smile, your intelligence and your kindness. He loves when you smile because it warms his once cold heart, your intelligence because you always find a way to intrigue him and your kindness because no matter how the people are bad to themselves and to each other you always find a way to see good in everyone and you are always kind to them.

Vivaldi’s four seasons. He absolutely loves classic music and you often find him playing it on his violin.

You are his biggest mystery. He never understood your reasons why you love him, why are you so full of patience, why are you still with him when he is at his worst etc…

He would like to have a dog, cocker spaniel. Because of the huge mess the dog sometimes created you two had to give him to his parents who take nice care of him. However the dog didn’t forget you two and would jump at you as soon as you showed up on door.
