Based on the meeting with Leviathan <3 Honestly I hate ocean so when I did this dlc mission in mass effect 3 i was terrified. But it was so damn cool yayaya
Wanted to make another one of my ‘hydrozoan city’ leviathans (after fighting the divine beast in elden ring).
I imagine this one is much older and therefore has more conjoining colonies piloted by several ‘crowns’ (a term I made up for the piloting creatures in the head section) as well as far more complicated mimicry. Him big.
I feel like I should make a little info post showing its individual crown critters when they aren’t fused together? Idk

Class: Paladin (Oathbreaker)

Frontline tank for the party
Protective of the others. Will take hits to block his more fragile brothers
Leader of the party and organizes trips. Maybe sent by Diavolo on quests?

Class: Rogue (Wild Card)

Holds a deck of cards on him, depending on the type of suit he pulls, it enchants his attacks to deal various effects to the enemy

Boasts of his skills, a bit acrobatic to show off

Instead of tentacles the summon for his class would be vaguely representative of Lotan (like his head rising up and chomping the enemy etc
Literally just some guy. Also uses his pact to do mundane or petty things he’s too lazy to do

DPS (kind of) and Support (kind of)
Has many animals (mostly cats) following him, he cares deeply for these companions. He also uses them to cause a lot of trouble. Pranking others and other antics. Both sides are protective of each other which can be problematic to the rest of the party.
Knowledgeable of creatures/maybe has a journal on them?

ASMODEUS
Class: Bard (College of Glamour)

I didn’t want him to be stereotypical of a bard but I think glamour fits him -w- pretty and manipulative and such
Has weapons (knives and shivs) hidden on straps on his body
Uses his mind manipulating and enchanting magic for more selfish and maniacal needs. Very much does what he wants when the time is right
Heals occasionally, depending on his mood

Class: Barbarian (Path of the Beast)

The tank/damage dealer. Sways depending on the situation.
Non-human
Basically the same but with a giant axe/weapon. Guy who literally hangs around and enjoys meals and such. Kind of a creature if you ask me
Similar to Lucifer, protective of his brothers and will block hits when possible
Comes in a package with Belphie. Do not separate the animals.

BELPHEGOR
Class: Druid (Circle of Dreams)

Heals and micromanages Beel's health but everyone else is on their own. Leaves Lucifer to take hits and delays heals to fuck with him
Protects the party at night when everyone is sleeping
Also the same as canon; sleeps a lot until someone shakes him awake. Beel carries him around

Since I couldn't name my new gecko Pinhead I named him Leviathan. This is the best name I ever gave anything. Also he was my best purchase
ok hear me out, Hellraiser, but Christmas edition, where Pinhead has little Christmas lights in his head instead of pins, so his bald head glows

HC that Anna is a pretty decent baker but can not cook
Baking is measuring and weighting and exact times. It’s an equation, as long as she has a recipe she’s fine
Cooking is to random, to chaotic. Sometimes Greg will come over and they’ll make dinner together, taking turns in the tiny kitchen to not run into each other. Greg will cook something easy, quick because they never have enough time together. After cleaning up Anna will make something from scratch, and they do the dish’s while waiting for it to finish baking.
I don’t ship them and I can’t tell if there was any subtext in the book but Greg and Anna are platonic soulmates, I really wish there was more of them in the book
I had a dream last night where me and Keller were sitting in a cave, and Anna and Leviathan were arguing, so I asked Keller why and he was like ‘they just broke up, it happens every other week’ I dream a lot about my fixations, but for some reason I can never remember what they look like 😭 I know I was talking to them but I only have a vague recollection of them, but I loved meeting them all
I’m watching the movie Strange Magic right now (literally just bc I saw a TikTok about it) and the Bog King is low-key giving Leviathan, they definitely both have a dramatic flair
I love them both actually ❤️ even if Leviathan IS and idiot sometimes
IS IT VILLAIN OR RIGHT HAND?? I’ve seen both so many times + on good read the one called Villain is supposed to be realized in August but Right hand (like this one) is supposed to come out in MARCH OF 2026,

Late post, but
Leviathan reaching for Anna, him trying to get Anna to see his point of view, holding her throat and retracting when he thought he over stepped. Anna, never before initiating contact, grabbing Leviathans wrist, making him stay, trying to keep him home- trying to make him understand using the only defense she has, words.
Super Collider wrapping his hand around Anna’s throat only a few hours later, Anna grabbing his wrist, trying to lift herself up to breathe, Collider taking away her ability to talk, done with all his false pretenses of trying to sway her from her path, so ready to be done with her. So ready to destroy her home.
I love this book with all my heart, I mostly listen to the audiobook but I finally found one at the Barnes and Noble, so yah
