it's shown they canonically care A LOT for each other. there's no way Oingo tears up when Boingo says he'll try to beat the crusaders by himself to avenge his older brother, although both of them proceed to be beaten by a bunch of random guys and sent to the hospital. at least they are together?

Boingo is very tiny (canonically 90cm tall, according to jojowiki) and his brother is TALL AF, i enjoy how Oingo can put him on his shoulder with so much ease.

Oingo is protective of him. on their first appearance, Boingo was alone reading his stand, Toth (which is basically a comic book with a TERRIBLE art style that is able to see the future). a mangaka trues to buy it from the boy and Oingo gets pissed af like 'my brother's book is not for sale!' and even stomps on the ground to make the guy run away scared. the manner he picks Boingo up on his arms and puts on his shoulder, saying how he needs to be careful because there's a lot of bad people in this world… 😭😭💔
