Then they're safe, aren't they? Since they cure fevers. Hmm, maybe they could use that in their tea. They have friends who usually visit her in one of the nooks in the forest for tea time and they usually get sick when they stay too long (they keep telling them to take their umbrella so that they could safely go back to the brighter areas but they just have to refuse tsk tsk). They also have been growing some crab flowers in their free time to use as decoration, so that solves it.
"That's useful to know." Wis's closed eyes brightened up at them and they looked closer at the mushrooms despite the smell. "Are there any more of them…?"
The purple-clad sky kid, who smelt of flowers and evening dew, curiously looks under their yellow umbrella at Silas crouching over something. Is she- collecting it?
They approach, standing a lil' far from them but still close enough to offer shade from the rain. "Hello."
(They snapped their head at you, much more quicker than you'd think it was posssible. Her reflexes reminded you of a krill in some way. But what made you even more uncomfortable was their face. There was nothing on it, even the eyelashes that maskless kids usually have are gone. Suddenly, she smiles. Sharp pointy teeth glow in the dark, the mushrooms clasped tightly in her hand loosened. Was she collecting mushrooms near the dark plant? Isn't that dangerous? Then she spoke, her voice having a hint of distortion in it)
"My, my, my, my, MY! Hello there traveler! Awful weather we have here, but it's a good day to try out some medicinal herbs! Have you come for treatment?"
(They point towards the treehouse a bit further up in the forest that looks like it was renovated into a clinic. Warm lights spew out from the windows. They don't stop smiling.)
