I picked up a few little 5 X 7 canvases just to sketch on or whatever. Lol. This is me trying to get myself back into drawing, sketching just anything bc my skills have really suffered. But Shit what happens when u have hardly drawn not much of Shit over the last decade. Thats the absolute longest stint of my entire life not being artistic very scarcely. Trying to get back into drawing but my skills have dwindled. Only one way to get them back right.
I found a piece of cardboard of which i liked the format, started this and found out that it doesn't do well with watercolour. (But at this point i was too invested and i don't know when to quit.)
I'm trying to teach myself how to draw detlaff, who i find very difficult to 'get right', and while i was leaving my comfortzone, i thought, "why not go all the way and add colour?".
It probably doesn't look like much in this vast sea of fanart, but for me it is quite an improvement. :) colouring things always scares me terribly - almost as much as uploading!
