Dive Deep into Creativity: Discover, Share, Inspire
Hey there!
Ughh.... tomorrow is Monday :(
Sometimes I kinda wish the weekend was longer, but it is what it is I guess 🤷🏽‍♀️
But anyways, here I’m going to list some random health/school (kinda) tips which I hope you find useful <3
1. Get enough sleep /this one is obv easier said than done, but it’s very important. Identify how many hours of does your body need, cause everyone is different, AND STICK TO A SCHEDULE/.
2. “Don’t prioritize your schedule, schedule your priorities” /when organizing your week, keep in my things that may not be necessarily related to school/work, but that are related to self care, and plan around them/
3. Start studying a couple weeks in advance at least. /By doing this, you won’t have to cram for an exam or pull an all-nighter (which goes against tip #1)/
4. Be patient with yourself. /you are not going to be able to work for 12 hours non stop everyday, it doesn’t work like that; and it’s ok. Don’t be too harsh on ursekf if you don’t get a lot done/
5. “NO DEJES PARA MAÑANA LO QUE PUEDAS HACER HOY” my mom always said this when I was younger, and it basically means DON’T PROCRASTINATE. Sometimes it’s gonna be hard, I mean we are humans, and it’s ok; but srsly ; stop scrolling through ur socials AND WORK! thank me later
6. Balance school life w ur personal life. This is something I have to really work on myself. I’m very consistent with everything school related, but I don’t have a very “social” life as sad or relatable ( I guess it depends ) as it sounds. I don’t rlly enjoy going out w friends, or things like that, but I’ve been trying to be more consistent w going to the gym ( which I’ve been enjoying quite a lot tbh ) You don’t have to go out everyday, but try to find something that keeps you motivated and happy, cause it’s key to finding balance and succeeding :)
Oh and the picture is a lil peak from my desk area, ft. my new cozy blanket. Have a great week!✨🍓
