And that was Art Fight! These were all a ton of fun to draw. I can only hope I can keep up the same speed for like. my own characters and projects. But ey regardless, good month! 40 attacks! A scorpion with little ones on its back! South Texas is scorpion paradise! Yard work, Loading square bales ‘hay’, Pulling green corn all could be hazardous! However I prefer 'zapps’ from scorpions over wasps or honey bees as they dont hurt as much. According to my grandfather when dried corn was hand harvested 'pulled’ and tossed into a mule drawn wagon the harvester could expected many scorpion stings on his/her hands. Asking about gloves he replied gloves made it difficult to grip the corn so were not used.

But scorpions can’t swim. - So the scorpion asks a frog that happens to be by the river if he’d give him a ride on his back, so he can get across. - The frog asks him: “But you’ll sting me, won’t you?” - The scorpion responds: “I would never do that. Because if you die halfway across, I’ll drown.” - The frog is convinced, and kindly lets the scorpion onto his back, and starts to cross the river. - But on the way, the scorpion stings the frog. - As he’s losing consciousness, the frog says: “You told me you wouldn't sting me.” - And the scorpion tells him... “I couldn't help it. It’s in a scorpion’s nature.

While I'm dreading that Harumi will probably be reduced as both Scorpion's wife in the future, I'm happy that at least NRS created a brief backstory for her and currently made her a head of a clan in Japan.
It's also sweet of Kuai to name the clan after her...
